SFC had outstanding communication and follow up throughout our renovation project and handled the project start to finish with professionalism. Onsite staff worked efficiently, knew what they were doing, did not take shortcuts, and the quality of the work shows. Any bumps in the road during the project, like permitting or design changes, were met with options and quick, experienced solutions. We highly recommend SFC, and we will use them again on future projects.

Our project involved the renovation of four bathrooms, the kitchen, and all of the floors throughout our home. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Last year we had a complete master bathroom remodel done and absolutely love it! Went from a run shower to a walk in shower. From a short 2 sink vanity to a taller one sink that is perfect. This year we are replacing our builder grade 20 year old windows and sliding door. We have noticed a big change with our new energy efficient windows not only temperature but noise reduction.

My husband and I completed a full home renovation with Amine and his crew. Floors, kitchen, bathrooms, wall removals and patio celling and flooring. Meeting with different contractors was overwhelming. Quite frankly Amine was the only contractor that felt genuine and honest. After one phone conversation with Amine, my husband and I knew this was the company we were going to go with to make our dream home come true. Amine assisted us with layout ideas and suggestions, he accompanied us in shopping for flooring, cabinets and tile (God bless him, because I must have changed my mind a million times but he is a man of patience). Amine helped us stay within our budget and made things so much simpler. His crew exceeded our expectation. They were the most professional and hardworking people I've ever met. We decided to live in our home during the renovation project. This wasn't easy for them or us but his crew helped in any way they could to make sure we were happy and safe. Just a small example of the kindness they showed. I mentioned how this home belonged to my husband's grandmother and the wallpaper had been in this home for so many years, and how it was going to be strange not seeing ducks on the wall. I came home one day and the walls have been stripped from the wallpaper and all in the trash. On my desk laid a perfectly folded piece of that wallpaper as a keep sake. Who does something like this? Good people do. Amine was in constant communication and on site when we needed him. Our home looks even better than we could have ever possibly imagined. I have recommended Amine and his company to several people for their renovations and they are also so pleased with the quality of his work. Thank you so SFC construction for everything.

Amine and his crew were phenomenal! They were always on time, professional and no matter the ask Amine always answered our phone call and text. He definitely surpassed all of our expectations & I feel like I have a brand new house inside! It is very stressful trying to find a good contractor due to reliability, trustworthiness & ability to complete the job right, however, Amine & his crew exceeded in all 3 areas. Anyone reading this post and are interested in remodeling their home, I highly recommend this company as they did everything we wanted and more. Lastly, I only have one dislike about Amine, he likes the Bucs..coming from a Jaguars fan ☺️

I am so thankful I chose Signature Flooring & Cabinets for my repair/renovation. I had a slow water leak that ran under my master bathroom floor tiles to the walls. Eventually it damaged the drywall, bathroom sink vanity, master bedroom closet carpet and close organization/storage units. Amine came and put together a very thorough and quick estimate. I signed the contract and he had his crew at my house the same week. They completed all repairs in less than two weeks. Not a small job considering they had to remove drywall, baseboards, floor tiles, carpet, sink and vanity, and closet storage units. Then they replaced drywall, baseboards, floor tiles and grout, installed new carpet, installed new sink and vanity, and painted. They matched the grout and paint flawlessly. The even relocate electrical outlets as the new vanity we chose was taller than the old one. All the materials were premium and we are so happy with the quality of the work and the overall level of fit and finish. Amine was so responsive to our texts or phone calls during the process and always kept us up to date on what would happen each day. They were so fast and did such quality work. I know we have found our home repair and renovation company for all future projects. I can't recommend them enough!

Really incredible people to work with. Amine and his collaborators are wonderful people with a lot of talent. They really went above and beyond for us. Nothing here was cookie cutter and they were really willing to go out of their way to bring my vision to life. It is exactly as I imagined it could be. His vendors are also wonderful, and they all had great things to say about Amine. When one of the vendors didn't have what we wanted he went out of his way to find the counters that we wanted and to have the soapstone fabricated and installed really artfully. We couldn't be happier with the results.

We completed our home remodel project at the end of July and couldn't be happier with the results! Signature Flooring did a full kitchen and master bath remodel; cabinetry in guest bathroom and laundry room; floors and paint throughout; smart electrical and sound installation. From the beginning Amine has been very professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, flexible, and ... on time! Amine helped us through the planning and decision process at the beginning of the project; and guided us in the selection of materials, and every step of the way through the end. Amine's team of workers is very detail oriented and loves a job well done. Since we were living in the house while the work was done, they kept the work areas as clean as possible for this type of project, and cleaned after themselves at the end of each day. This made our lives much easier and the project manageable. Surprises and problems were dealt with in a timely and reasonable manner that did not break the bank We would recommend Amine to anyone that asks without hesitation ! (he already did a small project for a friend of mine and she loves it!!)

We had an overall positive experience with Signature Flooring & Cabinets. Our old master bathroom needed to be updated. We called SF&C and Amine showed up promptly to give us an estimate which we chose over 2 other estimates. Amine was extremely professional. He knew what I wanted and worked with me to get all the details ironed out quickly and accurately. He gave an accurate timeline so we could plan accordingly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship I love how our new bathroom looks!

Amine and his crew built an addition in our home and their professionalism is unmatched. They were not only on time and consistent with what they promised, but they would arrive early often and stay late. We had to wait a long time to get our permit from the county (not at fault on their end) so they worked extra hard to help us complete the project in the shortest time possible. They would work extra days/hours, if it worked for us, just to help us expedite the process. They were clean, kind and professional. We've worked with several contractors but I highly recommend Amine and his crew!

Signature Cabinet and flooring did wonderful job on our Apollo Beach residence. We did a Kitchen remodel and installed new flooring in half of our residence. Happy with the job and pricing.

Amine was wonderful. Practically read out minds in the planning process. When construction started he did a great job checking in and keeping the project moving forward. 10/10 would recommend and will likely contact him again when its time for our kitchen remodel. Great team.

Our experience with Amine and his crew was an amazing one. Signature came highly recommended by a neighbor. We had a few hiccups that was out of our control along the way but Amine worked it out and our finished spa bathroom was more than we could have imagined. The reveal was just like the reveals on tv. The level of professional and his honesty is what we were pleased with so much that we’re planning our next project with him.

We did a master shower (84" x 40", double shower head plus rain shower) remodel with Signature. We chose a herringbone pattern for the three walls and it turned out fantastic! Their meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship really shows. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend their services!

Amine and his crew did a great job on our recent house reno. We remained living in the space during a complete remodel lasting about 4 months. They were trustworthy in our house with our belongings and treated our house with respect. We hired Signature Flooring to fix some rotten siding we had. They were the only company that came out for an estimate that looked around the whole house to see what other siding would need replacing. The estimate was a fair price and document explained everything that was going to be done. When I did have a question, Amine was responsive and helpful. They did a beautiful job, fixing all the rotten siding. They came in right on the estimate and finished in the time they said they would. The whole process was very smooth and stress-free. Amin went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and samples. Had bathroom, hall, kitchen & dining room floor finished in ceramic wood grain tile. Also, had both bathroom toilets replaced. Amin and his employees were very professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them for future work.
