No more making big decisions based on small samples. Our 5,000 square foot, newly renovated Designer Showroom has full size products and displays so you will actually see what you are buying ! No more worrying if you made the right selections or not. Your designer will walk you through each step of the design phase, helping and advising you throughout the process. After Selective Sculptures installed my kitchen backsplash last year, I returned to them to renovate my master bathroom. I walked in with my unique vision and Bryan patiently brought it to fruition. We met and texted or talked on the phone many times to discuss, make decisions and answer my all questions. Once that was done and it was time to start the construction, Covid was increasing and I was nervous. Bryan assured me that everyone knew what to do and it would be safe. And it was! Everything was well organized. I had a calendar and a list of names of who would be in my home. Masks were worn and social distancing was practiced. Communication was constant. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I can’t say enough about the team who worked with me. Don, Bryan, Victor, George and Herin are each skilled at their craft, meticulous, professional and really nice people. When I had questions, they were answered so I understood and often they had already thought of details before I could mention them. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. I love my bathroom is gorgeous and I love it! I highly recommend Selective Sculptures!

We decided to go with Selective Sculptures for our first home improvement project as soon as we moved in. From the very beginning, it was clear that Mike and his crew had a tremendous amount of pride and honesty in their work. Mike spent many hours with us in the showroom as we combed over every detail. Once everything was in place, they were able to start on the date promised and finish before the scheduled end date. We were given a schedule in advance and they adhered to it to a tee. There was constant communication, and never any uncertainty regarding the timeline. The crew, which consisted of Don, Victor, George, and Herin, had a incredible eye for detail. They would often correct issues unprompted and handle every project, regardless of how small, with an impressive amount of attention to detail. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of our experience and the job. These are quality people doing quality work. I look forward to working with them again.

Kitchen Renovation (Summer 2019) Outstanding experience with Mike and his staff. The attention to detail they paid, their professionalism, and the dedication to working on our project as if it were their own homes was beyond expectations. Mike and the entire staff were easy to work with, honest, and committed to providing the highest quality and service, which they did. The team was able to respond to an unexpected issue with the house structure without hesitation, solved the problem immediately, and kept the renovation on time. Mike and his lead project manager were able to do absolutely everything that we asked, and come up with excellent design and technical solutions, even when we changed the details and scope of the initial work, extending it from a total kitchen renovation to re-doing most of the first floor. Additionally, Mike was completely transparent about cost (his proposal was fair and extremely competitive), the time required for the initial project, and what was required to incorporate the additional changes to the project. In Summary, Mike and his team at Selective Sculptures helped us achieve an incredible renovation of our first floor, and we couldn't give them a higher recommendation. We have already asked the team to work on our next renovation project.

I have had the opportunity to work with Selective Sculptures on two separate efforts over the past two years. The first was for one of my kids' house, where they converted the first floor to an open floor plan and completely redesigned the kitchen. Given the outstanding job they did there, I selected them for my home, which was a significantly larger job. We decided to also convert the first floor to an open floor plan as well as expanding the house by extending out the entire back (45 feet across) of the house by 6 feet. The project entailed architectural drawings, new foundation with helix pilings (required by code in this part of the flood plain), 46-foot steel girder, redesign and installation of a new state of the art heating system including the installation of over 1000 sq ft of radiant heat, 6-foot gas fireplace, entertainment center, laundry room, and gourmet kitchen. The design was superb, the tile work remarkable, and the custom molding genuinely outstanding. The level of effort was terrific as they integrated all the trades, sub-contractors, and building permitting requirements into a smooth construction effort. Their dedication resulted in a beautifully renovated and expanded first floor for our home. Given the magnitude of the work effort and the duration, it was surprising that it also came in close to budget. The only exception to the original budget was a few minor change orders done at our request. Mike Patti and his team at Selective Sculptures did an outstanding job, and I have no reservations recommending them to anyone.

As homeowners for over 45 years, we have had our share of renovation horror stories, so it was with great apprehension the we decided to take on another major reno. We checked with several home sites and chose three companies for estimates. After an innovative presentation with the knowledgeable (and engaging) Mike Patti, we awarded the job to Selective Sculptures. We could not be more pleased with their work. The project began well, and that success continued to the final walk-through-every member of Mike's team, from demolition to finishing was adept to the task at hand. We were kept abreast of progress, phone calls were always returned, and any necessary changes (or the inevitable issues that crop up with a job of this size) were handled swiftly and without incident. Construction dust and debris was kept to a minimum by their meticulous preparation and clean up, in fact, the entire experience has moved us to commission Selective Sculptures for two additional jobs in the New Year. Highly recommended.

I was looking to tile my backsplash and had been to five tile stores where the designer listened to what I wanted and then steered me to their vision for my kitchen. When I met Bryan, he listened, made suggestions and helped me create what I wanted for my contemporary kitchen. Patiently, he searched on line and ordered samples if they were not in store. I was able to borrow samples without a timeline so I could see my choices in different light and time of day. Then, came installation. Let me say, Herin is a master tile installer. After offering a few suggestions and some decisions, he went to work. Herin is precise, immaculate and a very nice man! Every tiny piece of tile fits seamlessly and I love the result! I highly recommend Selective Sculptures!

We were so happy with Selective Sculptures. The biggest thing was how clean and courteous everyone on their staff was. Brian and Mike went over and above to make sure we were happy with everything. We thought we might have annoyed them with all the questions and concerns we had but they continued to be so nice and patient! Mike provided a schedule and stuck to it.
