Dominick tiles our fireplaces and front entry. They did a great job, were super clean and organized and a pleasure to work with. When we were short tiles, Dominick drove all the way to NJ to get more so the job didn’t stall. Really amazing attention to detail and customer service in a sea of terrible contractors.

I hired Dominick to install countertop and a backsplash in a rental unit I own in NYC. It was a pleasure working with Dominick and his team. They were beyond professional in so many ways. Whether it was helping me focus my options (tile, stone, vanity, appliances, paint, etc.), finding creative solutions to challenges, or honoring my building's strict renovation rules, Dominick brought his vast experience to ensure the project progressed smoothly and on time. I'm highly satisfied with all aspects of the renovation. First and foremost is Dominick's superb tile and stone work. I'm thrilled with the clean, modern lines of the large subway tile in the bathroom and the subtle features of the shower floor mosaic. The kitchen floor tile, backsplash tile, stone countertop, and stone windowsill are also amazing; such a vast improvement over the old linoleum floor and particle board countertop! Dominick was highly communicative throughout the entire project. This was my first renovation so I felt overwhelmed, but Dominick was always there to alleviate any questions or concerns I had. We encountered a few challenges along the way, the largest being my old bathroom tub. I originally wanted to replace the tub, but because of circumstances out of my control I had to install a full shower stall. Dominick handled this surprise with ease, presenting me with different options and recommendations. All worked out in the end, and I'm so happy with my full shower! Overall, I'm impressed with Dominick and would gladly work with him again on future projects. I strongly recommend him and his team for your upcoming renovation!

My husband and I have extensive experience with renovations, most of which ended up with the exclamation "never using that contractor again!" Dominick was the first contractor to leave us happy with both the finished product and the experience. We had two bathrooms to renovate in our 120 year old Brooklyn brownstone that hadn't been touched since the 1950's. The plumbing needed to be completely redone and the neighboring dumbwaiter chute (defunct since who knows when) was incorporated into the floorplan. Additionally, we popped a skylight into the roof to maximize sunlight on the top floor. It wasn't an easy project and we weren't easy customers, often changing our minds about things at the last minute. Nevertheless, Dominick was always calm and accommodating and prepared to respond to every detailed request we made with the utmost of professionalism. He really went above and beyond what any contractor would do in some circumstances, like the time my husband's toothbrush accidentally got thrown out during the demolition and Dominick showed up at 10 pm at night with a new one. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. Dominick's staff was always courteous and hard-working and his pricing is competitive. The word is out that Pedulla Tile is an excellent partner for your building project so if they happen to be available, do not hesitate to hire them!

Dominic brought a priceless skill to the job, which was the ability to relieve our worries during what is usually a stressful situation. He has a great work ethic and renovated both our bathroom and kitchen well beyond our expectations. He made certain the job was exactly as we wanted it and had helpful suggestions when we weren't certain how to proceed. The Popham tiles I used were hand made in Morocco, they are not your typical bathroom tiles being thicker and made of concrete. I needed someone who understood the material and how to install it. Dominick Pedulla was patient, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and and his workers backed him up with expertise and skill. He has a great eye and passion for what he does. Dominick gave me great ideas for other things going on with the renovation that had nothing to do with his work. He's wanted everything to work in the space. How generous and considerate! From the very first meeting with Dominick Pedulla, I was impressed with his knowledge and design sense. We hired Dominick to do a bathroom renovation in a 100+ year old brownstone in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The first bid was a little above our budget, and after discussion, Dominick suggested a few changes in design that brought the price down enough for us to consider him. And we are so glad we did! The project required extensive demolition, which wasn'the fun because we were living there. But Dominick and his workers did whatever they could to make that stage of the renovation quick. The results of the project are beautiful. Everything i wanted and more. Maybe the most important thing about working with this contractor was his attention to detail, and the fact that he came back several times when I wanted the smallest change, even after they were done. I call that great customer service, and combined with high quality work, it is a winning combination. We plan to hire him again this spring to update our kitchen.

Dominick was very polite and efficient at his work. He answered all our questions and explained everything thoroughly. His crew was very professional and always on time. They always clean up after finishing their job. They started and finished the job in the time specified. Domenick is our go to guy for all of our Home improvements.Having hired him years Ago for our master bath makeover we were highly satisfied. We called him agAin to do a tile floor and then a floating floor and also to hang our French doors.We called domenick this oct To redo our 2nd bathroom shower.it looks amazing,better than i even imagined.The thing i love about domenick is how easy he makes the whole experience.His team of workers are always neat and respectful of our home.Domenick has great design ideas which help when your undecided.I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

They had great variety. They listened to what I wanted and gave me the bathroom of my dreams. They gave a solid time line and stuck to it. They were true to their word and very professional.
