I recently hired Tyler on a major renovation at my beach house located off of 30A. The craftsmanship and quality work performed here is incredible. I was recommended to him from a local real estate company in the area. He showed up on time, gave me a proposal, and I knew right after doing a walk threw he would be the one for this job. His knowledge about what needed to take place saved us big time cutting corners and keeping us on budget. We ended up going with his cabinetry line and design. On-site remodeling did an excellent job with our condo remodel project. Our condo is 18 years old and we wanted the original entry way/kitchen ceramic tile replaced as well as the master bath redone. We do not live in town so not being on site during the remodel to check was a little scary. We were very comfortable with Tyler and his crew. He called if he had any questions and he kept us informed of the progress during the project. He sent pictures when they were done. He is honest and does high quality work. The floor is perfect. We highly recommend him for a remodel project.

We recently used Tyler on a full kitchen design and full renovation for our new house we purchased on 30A. We were very happy with his high level of professionalism and the attention to detail Tyler's team excibited through the project. Expectations around cost and delivery were set and met. Onsite Remodeling & Design recently completed a total make over of our master bath in Miramar Beach, Florida. Tyler is such a pleasure to work with and kept us updated with pictures, texts and phone calls through the whole process. His workmanship is beyond expectations and focuses on every detail. He designed and custom built us an awesome shower and a beautiful master bath. He even made room for a much needed closet. We highly recommend Tyler and Onsite! Tyler was great to work with. He completely remodeled two bathrooms. I was a long way from where the work was being done so he was really good to communicate with me via pictures and text. In March of 2014, I purchased a second home on the Gulf in Laguna Beach. My family and I often referred to this home as "grandma's house". The location was perfect, but both the inside and outside needed some love. After completing a full remodel of the outside of the home and landscape I hired Tyler Shaw of Onsite remodeling to do the full house "gut rehab". We scraped the ceilings, remodeled the kitchen and baths, built a master suite, and even open up the back of the home with French doors to view the Gulf. I can honestly say, Tyler is the BEST contractor I have ever worked with in my life. His response times and follow up was second to none. His attention to detail and commitment to perfection is so rare with contractors. He truly cared about making us happy in the timeframe he committed to. He even tore out some work he did at no charge after we conducted a regular FaceTime inspection. Simply put, he did it because his gut told him it might impact our happiness of the overall job! Being a second home, we managed this job from 300 miles away and because of constant communication via text, pictures and FaceTime, Tyler made us feel like we were right with him the entire time. Lastly, Tyler still follows up with me and takes care of things at the home weeks/months after final payment. That is simply unheard of in his Industy. Especially in a beach town. After my wife and I consulting with numerous contractors, we selected Onsite for a complete renovation at our 3bed, 3bath condo that we just purchased on 30A. Tyler came in with attention to detail on everything that needed to be updated and knew the fastest, most cost effective way to do so. I was not able to supervise the job site due to traveling and I left the job in his hands with all the decision making. He kept in touch and followed up with progress photos and Facetime that was very helpful. We also used his cabinetry line that is extremely modern and durable. My wife was absolutely blown away. This condo is a rental and investment so we wanted to make sure all the work was top quality and durable for weekly renters.
