This man is a real gem! I cannot say enough good about him and his abilities and ethics. He did a bathroom remodel for me. As his company name denotes, he truly is a perfectionist! Dustin also has great ideas and suggestions, if that is something you value. I found him to be very honest, considerate, conscientious, reliable, and punctual. He pays great attention to every detail of the project he is doing. He is a great communicator. He works on your job until it is done, not juggling two or three different projects and clients at the same time. You will not regret hiring Dustin to do your next project!

We own a home that was built in 1979. In 2008 my husband and I hired Dustin to complete a kitchen/mainlevel remodel. This massive project required the complete removal of the entire kitchen and multiple walls to be moved. Dustin helped us with the design process, suggesting materials and always coming up with ideas we hadn't considered. The result was amazing, from the hickory floors to the extensive lighting. From that point, we have had Dustin return to complete remodeling the rest of the entire house. Including a complete basement remodel, entryway staircase facelift, full bath, extensive laundry/craft room, and exterior porch update with new pillars, tongue and groove ceiling, and new lighting. The last project he finished for us was a stunning master bath remodel in April 2023. Dustin has great communication skills, always shows up on time, and has come up with great solutions when we have had things happen that we didn't anticipate. I can highly recommend Dustin for any project you may have.

We hired One Perfectionist to remodel two bathrooms with tile showers, floors, and walls, put a new bathroom in the basement (also tile), remodel our staircase to all wood with metal railings, and he also did a tile backsplash, under counter microwave and a hood vent, and lighting in our kitchen. His work is impeccable and he is very easy to work with. He is very respectful of you and your home while he’s working there. We could not be happier with our remodeled home.

One Perfectionist is truly and I mean exactly like his name, he is a perfectionist and everything he does is with lots of thought, planning and perfect execution. Dustin will seek your wants, needs and thoughts about you want and then work closely with you to plan your improvements. He has great knowledge, vast experience and one of the nicest gentlemen you'll ever meet. His work is detailed to the enth degree and he will be constantly advising you of his every move. His work is done with precision and quality and guarantees that you be satisfied. He is always educating himself on the latest techniques and ideas and is very much in the know. One Perfectionist is one of the best decisions you will ever make.

Dustin is a true perfectionist and it shows in all of his work. He was always here when he said he would be, he worked straight through the day and he cleaned up daily before leaving. The work was exceptional - especially the tiling on the floor and shower walls. He made wonderful design suggestions and they were just what was needed. He even went above and beyond and fixed things he noticed that needed to be done. And, he accommodated us whenever he could. All in all, he is a great person and true craftsman.

Dustin (Sensitive Information Hidden) has completed several projects for us in recent years. From deck replacement to pergola replacement to remodel of our master shower. Everything he has worked on for us has turned out exceptionally well. We couldn't be happier with the results. We will contact him for any future remodel needs and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dustin did a phenomenal job on our main-level renovation! We have a new kitchen with a hidden walk-in pantry, gorgeous new hardwood flooring, tile, cabinets, and two new bathrooms with custom tile showers and heated flooring. He made design suggestions on lighting and making the most of our space. He lived up to the name One Perfectionist with his incredible attention to detail. I can't wait to have him remodel my lower level and replace my deck!

We have used Dustin a number of times. Great knowledge of his profession and great expertise in applying that knowledge; he is a perfectionist. Great at listening and communicating; so that all are on the same plan. Great dependability and trustworthiness; gets the job done as planned. Dustin is a rare gem. Someone who you can trust and count on that will do a job the right way, providing superior workmanship. Dustin rebuilt my deck then he completely remodeled my kitchen, dining area, great room, hallway and master bathroom (which I call my spa (it is nicer than any bathroom I have ever seen). By the time Dustin was finished, he had made improvements in every room of my home, including my basement and my garage (per my request). One unexpected upgrade is that my home is now a smart home! When you realize his talent, you will not want anyone else to do work in your home - ever! His company name sums him up perfectly. He does it all and he is a perfectionist! He also is very personable, caring, courteous, honest, smart, thoughtful and respectful to you and to your property. He has excellent communication skills and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with his work. His estimates are accurate (and fair), giving you many suggestions and options. He was also very helpful giving me interior decorating suggestions which saved me money as I was going to hire an interior decorator. A rare quality is Dustin is prompt. You can always count on him. He will tell you the date and time he will arrive at your home. If he thinks he will be a minute late, he will notify you before his start time. He's extremely talented with the ability to do almost anything. Honestly, I dreaded having my home remodeled; however, Dustin made it a wonderful, positive experience. I am so thankful Dustin did the work and I love my remodeled home! (I had to wait for Dustin to get to my job, but he kept me informed and for sure, he was worth it.)

Have used Dustin Skinner and One Perfectionist LLC on multiple projects, deck rebuild, complete bathroom remodel, office, and sunroom hardwood floor installation. Extremely happy with results, price, and scheduling. Dustin is very punctual, an expert in many construction skills, provides accurate estimates and completion dates.
