We are very happy with the way our three renovated bathrooms turned out. We were also very pleased that they were able to complete the project, within a three week period (working later hours, and working on two Saturdays. Make sure to get everything in writing to avoid any misunderstandings.

After receiving a recommendation from Angie’s List, I reached out to NV Kitchen and Bath to request an estimate to finish my unfinished basement. On April 15, 2021, I signed a contract and paid a 50% down payment, exceeding the 33% allowable legal limit in Maryland. The NV team cashed my check immediately, but did not request permits for 2 months. I followed the permitting process online. The process stalled and after contacting NV a couple of times and still seeing no progress, I reached out to the county and got the process completed. Once the permits were approved, it took a couple more weeks for the NV team to begin work on August 16, 2021. Problems arose almost immediately and the NV team was not responsive and did not resolve issues in a timely manner – for example, they improperly installed the wrong entry door (wrong size, wrong components, wrong style) causing water to come into the basement during heavy rain. This issue, like many others, was never resolved. The onsite crew – not employees of NV, but contracted by the company – was forced to come to my husband and I frequently for instructions due to the inability to get direction from NV. By mid-September, the Owner and CEO of NV, took over as the chief point of contact. An inspection occurred at my home on October 12 and the work performed by NV failed. The county inspector told us he did not believe NV was licensed based on the quality of the work he saw in our basement. Following the inspection, NV sent workers to attempt to correct some of the issues identified by the inspector, but their workers created additional problems by closing the soffit with 2 sprinklers inside. I sent pictures of the enclosed soffit with the sprinklers no longer visible on October 17 and the issue was never resolved. No further work was done in my home by NV. During the period of time when NV was doing work in my home, their team never worked a full week. When they did show up, they were inconsistent on the time and they played loud music in my basement beginning as soon as they arrived while my family attempted to work and conduct school remotely upstairs. After a series of contract breaches by NV including exceeding the timeline for completion, failing to perform work up to code standards (requiring us to pay for someone else to redo the failed components), failing to uphold professional standards, attempts to double charge for work that was previously contracted, and noncompliance with applicable laws – namely, the requirement to be appropriately licensed in the state prior to accepting funds or commencing work, by mid-November, we could not move forward. I attempted to I attempted to come to a resolution through the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection, but NV was uncooperative On April 13, 2022, the Office initiated criminal charges in District Court against the CEO and two NV Kitchen and Bath employees. To date, none of the funds that were illegally collected from me have been returned.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that our service was less than stellar. We always strive to provide the best service we can and address all and every issue that could potentially arise.

With respect to permits, we started pulling the permits almost two months ahead of the job start. There is no point pulling the permits right after we sign the contract as long as we have the permits when the job starts. We are pulling permits in 2 different states, Washington DC and many counties every day and we haven't had any big issue in the timeline of permits. With your project, we had started it on time, passed all the electric, framing inspections on time. We just needed to replace the two sprinkler heads which need to be handled by a special fire protection company with licenses. We arranged for them to come out to your house but you refused and did not let them in. After this small work we were ready to continue with the drywall and cabinet installations. Unfortunately you refused and did not let our crews in to do the work.

The collection of initial payment was an honest mistake and a clerical error. We have addressed this issue with our team and this is not our practice now.

Our installers, all of whom only work for us during our employment, are well-instructed and trained, and we appointed a dedicated project manager to supervise their jobs. We are unaware at what point they may ask you for instruction, there was absolutely no need for that. Our experienced project manager is a to-go person when they have a question or require something.

You mentioned that the county inspector assumed that NV didn't have a contractor license -- based on absolutely no tangible information -- which was false. We had a license with our DBA Ezo Design and our license for NV was pending, and took a long time to get because of the COVID delays which we received last year.

The project we have undertaken in your house was enormous. Renovation of this magnitude is a long and painful process. There are so many moving parts, including delays and defects caused by manufacturers, that it is almost impossible to avoid problems here and there.

But as we mentioned during our initial talks as well, our team is here to handle and address every single concern you may have. Our promise is not to consider our job finished until you're absolutely satisfied. To this regard, we have met with you multiple times, communicated on every platform many, many times to fix those issues that you mentioned. In fact, our CEO personally appointed himself to fix the issue and became the point of contact.

However, you refused to let us finish our job and your claim that "no further work was done" doesn't reflect the truth. We are still committed to finishing our job and addressing every issue. Our workmanship is guaranteed - any problem that you could have after we leave, you are free to call our team again to fix it.

We want to solve this issue amicably. We are still committed and willing to come to a resolution with you, and address all your concerns.

The initial consultation and design process were pretty good. Kaitlyn was great as a designer in the beginning; Oz did much of the talking for the project management side and I felt confident in our initial meeting, but I was introduced to Rasheed who actually served as the project manager. I was disappointed in the handoff between design and execution, which was really just a "toss over the fence" and kinda left me feeling hanging out there when on the fly changes/tweaks were needed. It's a business and probably necessary to keep the customer base, but I expected more in the communication between the two (for instance, I provided all appliance specs to Kaitlyn who didn't feel obligated to provide those to the project manager - not a big deal, but the first sign this wasn't going to go smoothly) and the general contractor, Justin. I chose a single company so I wouldn't have to do the integration, but I often found myself ensuring parties were communicating, tracking down people to track down workers, etc. Of course there were issues beyond the team's control (missing/damaged cabinets, delayed deliveries during the gas shortage, broken tile, backordered countertop), but I feel like I may have been better served if I had a larger property. I paid for quality products and finishes, and I was left with quite a bit of touch up to perform myself. Honestly, after three months (initial estimate of three weeks to complete) I simply just got tired of seeing these people, including Justin in particular, in my house. The work was ultimately performed by a mix of good workers/craftsmen and average day laborers. Rasheed seemed knowledgeable but overextended, working too many projects at once. For instance, he went to great lengths to retrieve a missing cabinet by himself near Baltimore...I live in VA well south of DC and would not have even chosen this company had I known all of the suppliers and most workers were coming out of Maryland. The kitchen is fine and functional, but I pulled my own permits after they left just to give myself peace of mind (another red flag - something in my gut told me to walk away before signing when that came up but I did not...lesson learned). While the situation could have been so much worse, I can not recommend them as a vendor and will not hire them again.

NV Kitchen and Bath did a full remodel of our kitchen and did an amazing job. The only snags were related to material delays (out of their control—the joys of remodeling during COVID), but Sean and Amir kept us informed along the way and were always willing to jump on the phone to discuss. The on-site team was incredibly professional and respectful, even going so far as to take their shoes off whenever they left the kitchen area to go to the bathroom. We LOVE our beautiful new kitchen and will 100% consider them again for future projects.

I had NV kitchen remodel my kitchen, powder room and install wood floors throughout the house in the summer of 2018. This review is for the materials and contractors they use as NV kitchen had a different owner then so can't blame current owners. Also, not sure if they have the same designer working for them but I would not recommend her either. The cabinets (Kemper) look nice at first but are really cheap and flimsy. I had to have a cabinet door replaced due to poor build quality and then one of the doors started warping. When I went to get a replacement for the warped door I was told they don't make that color white anymore. This color white was recommended by their designer. So now I have to live with a warped cabinet door. If you go with this company make sure you get a color that will not be discontinued. Also, I have had to have the grout around the cabinets replaced a couple times and could use more grout as it is developing cracks. You should not need to grout your kitchen cabinets every couple years. The wood floors that were installed started to cup shortly after they were placed and now three years later have gaps and the finish has worn away in heavy traffic areas. The floors look horrible. The wood floors I replaced that were 20 years old looked better than these floors. Not sure if NV kitchen still uses this flooring contractor but be aware if having wood floors installed and get a warranty. Lastly, the contractors NV kitchen used to place my backsplash and laundry room tile were careless, messy and did a terrible job. They had to redo the backsplash. The positive about NV kitchen is they are very nice and will try to make you happy.

My relationship with Northern VA Kitchen and Bath (NVKB) began in July 2021 with them providing a bathroom remodel design that provided me with everything I wanted in a primary bath. The designer listened to what was important to me and instead of telling me what I couldn’t have or do; she was creative and helped me find acceptable solutions. This was the primary reason I selected them for my remodel project. During the product and finishing’s selection phase, I was pleased with the options of materials they provided to select from and though their price for the job was expensive, it was competitive. Not too long after final measurements were taken of my space we were off to the races. There were a few hiccups related to materials ordering, but after those were straightened out things went relatively well. Once demolition was completed a few design changes were needed and NVKB was very cooperative and flexible in making those changes without me occurring additional cost. I must say that the quality of the workmanship was great. The crew really paid attention to detail, and worked with me to make adjustments on the fly where it made sense to do so. Though there were moments of misunderstandings and frustrations, I’m glad I selected NVKB for the project and would do it again all things considered. I’m pleased with the way the remodel came together and I love the finished product. A word to the wise, regardless to whom you select to do a remodel project, make sure you understand fully what is involved and the time lines for getting things done. Don’t take anything for granted.

NV KITCHENS of Sterling Virginia performed an excellent job. They were totally professionals in every step of the project. This job was orchestrated like a fine tuned instrument with Sean at the helm, with the project manager Will and the fine craftmanship of one of their many employees. We were lucky enough to have Jose remodel our kitchen. The job was performed in a timely manner even though many suppliers are way behind in manufacturing materials .We will definitely be using NV for future home improvements including remodeling our bathrooms. NV Kitchen and Bath did a very complete renovation of a condominium for us. This included redoing the entire electrical system, gutting and rebuilding the kitchen, installing all new appliances, gutting and rebuilding two bathrooms, building and installing built-in cupboards, installing all new lighting and hardware, and installing new floors throughout. The job was particularly challenging because the condo is in a 1938 building with concrete walls and ceilings. The team also had to work around the restrictions that come with working in a condo in DC--limited work hours, the need to accommodate neighbors, DC regulations, etc. Our designer, Italo, had excellent ideas and suggestions and helped us find finishings that met our taste and budget. Our day-to-day foreman, Edgar, was a joy to work with and was unfailingly helpful and kind. We are thrilled with the final results. We got the warm, inviting home we were looking for and couldn't be happier.

Our master bath remodel is complete and we couldn’t be happier. We wanted to send a shout out to the entire staff of NV Kitchen and Bath. Our experience started in the capable and knowledgeable hands of our designer, Moogie. We spent an afternoon choosing complimentary materials that easily fit our budget. Moogie gave us a visual template which brought our vision to a reality. Carlos is a master at tile work and respectfully adhered to my rather perfectionist need for balance and everything level and centered. Isaac really worked at getting a tricky tub fitter installed perfectly. The entire staff was respectful, clean, on time and completed the job in the time promised. Overall, they over delivered with this bathroom and we will use NV Kitchen and Bath again next year for our hall bathroom without hesitation!

After may other estimates over a period of time, we found NV Kitchen & Bath. Our designer (Moogie Kennedy) was extremely helpful and we found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and very cooperative, not to mention patient, to ensure the design was properly constructed. Her ideas really connected with the vision we had for our bathrooms (master & guest) The workers did a great job, they left their workspace clean and tidy every day, and were respectful and conscientious of our home. The project was completed in a timely fashion and Will Ferrell (project manager) and Sean Onal (Owner) went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend NV Kitchen & Bath.

My husband and I found NV Kitchen and Bath here on Houzz and could not have been happier. We were new homeowners and wanted to renovate our bathroom prior to moving in. We were having a very hard time finding interest in a small project like this during COVID 19 (when everyone seemed to be renovating their homes), but the NV team was happy to take on our project. Katelyn was our designer, and she was beyond helpful and patient. She was able to really maximize the space of our small bathroom by replacing the single vanity with a double and giving us additional storage within the space! Oz was our project manager and he was professional and accessible via email and phone during the entire renovation. My husband and I were very impressed with how organized he and his onsite team were as we watched the progress unfold. We will definitely plan to use NV Kitchen and Bath for future projects.

We had NV Kitchen and Bath do both our small master bathroom and our half bath. Our project manager Oz Huseyin was fantastic, flexible, and reasonable. We went into the show room to choose our materials with their help of one of their designers, and they were ready to begin work just days later. The work went quickly and smoothly, but Oz told the workers to take their time to make sure it was done right, and it was! We ended with a beautiful product within a good time and reasonable price.

We just had our kitchen renovated by NV. We've been in our house for about 5 years and this was by far the biggest endeavor for us, which naturally made us a little nervous in selecting a contractor based on reputation and our budget. We received 3 recommendations from friends and 3 bids. NV was the ONLY company that provided a rendered drawing/design for our vision with their input, of course. My wife and I are both in the event and production industry so we understand how important visual designs and renderings are in the pre-production process. We recently completed our third successful renovation project with NV. As usual they completed the work to our exact specifications, on time and on budget. We have now used this company to renovate our kitchen, all our bathrooms, and most recently reface our fireplace and install custom built-in bookshelves. The one time we used a different company on a separate project - a basement renovation we wanted to get going on in a time slot that NV was booked - we quickly regretted it because we didn't experience the same level of reliability, honesty about how long things would take, and clockwork organization of different trade teams. We recently completed a total renovation of a small bathroom with NV Kitchen and Bath. Their price was competitive with estimates received from 2 other local firms. I chose NVK&B because of their interest in doing the job and that they were located in my neighborhood. Edgar conducted a site visit to take measurements and make design suggestions. At their showroom, he helped us pick out all of the new fixtures, tile, etc. He understood what we were looking for and came up with materials that complemented our ideas. We were able to do the material selection in a few hours. The project started on time. Prior to demolition, they laid down protection on floors and stairs and covered nearby furniture. The demo was done in 2 days. Overall the work proceeded pretty close to schedule. Workers generally showed up on time. The only significant delay was caused by some of the tile being on back order. Our project manager, Huseyin identified some construction challenges during his walkthrough that allowed the design to be altered before work began. This resulted in no change orders during the project. He was very responsive to calls and text messages and issues that came up as the work proceeded. Specifically, we requested that some tile work be redone and to have a medicine cabinet changed that didn’t fit quite right. Huseyin addressed each of these issues quickly without hesitation. Overall, we are very happy with the results.

They quickly assessed our situation, explained the required repairs, and worked with us to choose materials that would complement the existing out of production tile. In addition to repairing the water damage and restoring the look of the shower, they repaired the drywall behind the shower wall, painted, and installed a ceiling fan. The work was performed quickly, and they did a good job. We are pleased with the results. I was especially pleased that they were able to use the existing glass enclosure and sized the step into the shower to match.

Be sure to communicate any concerns to your designer or contractor if you feel like something isn’t how you expected it before it’s too late to change it. Less than a year after our kitchen remodel was complete, our fireclay kitchen sink cracked. NV Kitchen and Bath contacted the sink company and the sink company admitted they had a faulty product - but unfortunately the sink company was challenging to work with. It took some ridiculous persistence from NV - but they eventually did get a replacement sink (different brand, thank goodness) and came and replaced the sink - as well as added a couple of other finishing touches that were originally overlooked (I should qualify, it was a huge remodel) - at no charge. I was very impressed with their follow through and dedication to a job finished well over a year ago. I can attest they stand by their work. We get tons of compliments on the remodel and our estimated home value has drastically increased in our short ownership.

NV Kitchen&Bath submitted a cost estimate which slightly exceeded our budget for this project. We then sat down with Sean and reviewed, changed material to stay within our budget, with some "room" for unforeseen expenses. Sean is a total pro with a solid background in architecture + design, he is very perceptive and knew instantly what look/style we wanted, suggesting features, material + colors that were spot-on. This was our first renovation ever and it was all positive: great communication throughout the process, well trained, professional, polite, committed work crews. Everybody was very responsive to our questions + comments. They were singing + joking while working, I commented on that and they said: we have a great boss, you know?! NVKitchen&Bath stayed 100% within the cost estimate and followed up on little odds and ends immediately. The "lady" in the office is a JEWEL, efficient, friendly, always calm. We had a great experience with NV renovating our kitchen in the summer 2017 so we brought them back in the summer of 2018 to renovate our three bathrooms. We had an excellent experience with NV Kitchen and Bath. Everything was on time, on budget, and done to a high standard. The company was extremely organized and professional and the price was good. Our project was a full kitchen renovation that included installing new hardwood floors, replacing all cabinetry, installing quartz counters and backsplash, adding a gas line, removing a wall, closing a staircase, and installing recessed lighting on a full level of our house. The craftsmanship was excellent, the tradesmen were reliable and friendly, and most importantly the project manager was quick and responsive in all communication. We would check on the work in the evening, send him an email with questions or concerns, and by the morning our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed the same day. The company was genuinely dedicated to making sure we were happy with every detail even if that meant sending a tradesman back to adjust details such as countertop length or cabinet lighting wiring, etc. I recommend this company without reservation.

Being involved in the housing industry for over 15 years I have a very good idea of the different construction trades and what a good contractor should be like. I also have a very good idea of how hard it is to find the contractor that will be reliable and responsive as every homeowner expects. I found it all in NV Kitchen and Bath. From day one, scheduling a quote for our (fiancée and I) project, Nv Kitchen and Bath office reps were extremely helpful and courteous. On the day of our meeting Sean came to our house with a lot of positive vibes. He gave us a lot of good ideas of what we can do with our budget and how our dreams can blend in with reality. The gave a few suggestions that really expressed our inspiration and needs. The quote was emailed to us within about a week from the day of the meeting and was pretty much what we expected it to be. As much as we felt comfortable with Sean, it was our first meeting with a contractor and we didn't want to jump into a contract without interviewing a couple of other contractors. In regards to our meeting with the other two reputable contractors, that I will not mention their names here, to make a long story short there was nothing to compare. Once the contract was signed Sean and the Nv Kitchen and Bath office crew were on top of everything, the planning was quickly done and we were ready to start the project in no time. The project itself went above and beyond my expectations, the quality of work was high, the customer service was constantly good, they kept sending us updates and made us feel very comfortable trusting our project in their hands. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to the whole project and when he disagreed with our selections or design inputs, he did not hesitate to state them but pointed out why they wouldn’t work in a logical fashion. It was a pleasure to work with him. The crew he had working on our project were very professional and did a quality job. When there was a question, they always asked for input and discussed the options (of course Sean was leading) prior to execution. Minor challenges during the project were dealt with quickly. This company needs to be recognized for its exemplary customer service. Everyone we interacted with from Nv Kitchen and Bath was polite, and always willing to listen and help. When Alex and his team came to our place to remodel the upstairs area, we were not prepared for how enjoyable this experience would be. Everyone chipped in when it came to exchanging of ideas, and it was like we had all been working together for years. I can truly say that it was a team effort, and all the rooms on the upper half of our house look spectacular. I especially like the work done in the master bathroom, where we had a shower installed with a glass door. The tiles in this room were also re-done and they help tie the room together. I hired NV Kitchen and Bath to re-model my kitchen and bathroom, as well as incorporate a bar in the living room. It was a refreshing experience to work with this group of contractors, who from the beginning were professional, and friendly. I wanted to increase the resale value of my house and my representative thought it best to remodel the kitchen. I had lived in that house for nearly four decades, so I was a bit squeamish about having to change anything about it. I could never have imagined my kitchen looking like one straight out of a magazine. Even my friends cannot stop praising the good work that the team from NV Kitchen and Bath did on my kitchen. Bad weather over the years had done a huge number on our home, and it had begun having a depressed aura every time you entered it. I was of the opinion that we should sell the house, and cut our losses. I needed a contractor who could remodel both my bathrooms and my kitchen for a wedding reception I was to hold in late July last year. NV Kitchen and Bath came highly recommended and after I saw their reviews online, I thought I should try the company. The result was beyond satisfactory. I love all the custom delicate finishes they put in my bathrooms, especially in one, where they replaced the dated bathroom window with a frosted version that lets you see the beautiful valleys outside. The unique tiling they did in all the rooms was also a big seller among my guests. I just want to commend Steve and the guys from NV Kitchen and Bath who did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen. Thank you for your patience, as I am sure it must have been difficult dealing with clients who were constantly changing their minds. The price was just right and fit well within our budget. Steve was the sane one during the entire process as my husband and I constantly differed on design ideas. Steve is the one who helped us see eye to eye on almost everything throughout the entire remodeling project. Steve would call us to explain what his team had managed to do throughout the day and would walk us through the next day’s goals. Every member of the team was professional, conversant with our needs and expectations, and extremely lively. It did not feel like there were strangers in our home during the period, more like a big band of brothers and sisters who wanted to spread their cheer through their work. The team did an excellent job and we would not hesitate to call on them again to renovate our other rooms.

Early last May, my wife and I had decided we needed to remodel our kitchen and the two bathrooms. While searching for good contractors online, I was shocked at how many remodeling horror stories there were. There was even a point I told my wife we should reconsider foregoing the renovation, as every contractor seemed like a fraud. I had rented out my house to a former colleague as I was out of the country for three years. When I came back and he moved out, the house was in complete disarray. To anyone planning to remodel their kitchens or bathrooms, or any room really, I highly recommend NV Kitchen and Bath. At the beginning of last year, my brother had just come back from combat overseas and his injuries were so severe that he is now permanently disabled. After a few months undergoing physiotherapy, it was time for him to come back home. He had to live with me for a while, as I was his primary caregiver. To make him feel more independent in my house, I decided to renovate the kitchen and guest bathroom so that he could get around easier and do things for himself. I had used NV Kitchen and Bath before so I decided to hire them to do the remodeling for me. I wrote down a list of features that would make the kitchen and bathroom more accessible for my wheel-chair ridden brother. Steve and his team did an incredible job lowering the sinks in both rooms and installing a ramp to make it easier for my brother to move around in his wheelchair without requiring my help. All the improvements you guys made to my house have significantly improved my brother’s self-esteem, as he is now more independent. When he gets a place of his own, I will definitely call you to make the house friendlier for him.

Communication was optimum, as I was kept informed about everything that was going on in my kitchen. Sean managed to merge creativity, art, practicality, and efficiency into one and the result is absolutely stupendous. The team was always on call throughout the five weeks they were working on my kitchen. There were times when I would text Sean in the middle of the night about an idea for the renovation and by the time I woke up, he had already sent me a detailed e-mail explaining the pros and cons of the idea and whether he thought it was a good idea to implement it. As an hotelier, I know this fact all too well, which made me very wary when searching for a contractor to remodel my kitchen. Jeanine, my best friend told me to give her contractors, NV Kitchen and Bath, a chance because they had done a bang-up job in her house. Sean was project manager for the total remodel of my only bathroom in my small condo. We worked up the Scope of Work with many detailed items. It’s important to put in writing every possible selection to be incorporated into the contract, such as matte/polished tile, direction of tile installation, countertop material, shower head and handheld, niches, vanity options, lighting and more. Sean made good recommendations in particular about the medicine cabinet, lighting, vanity, dimmer outlets and removal of a non-weight-bearing partition. I was able to make some selections in his Falls Church City showroom and others at Ferguson. I found grab bars and the vanity light on the Internet. It is important to keep the visual renderings updated. The workers were diligent and accommodating as we made small changes along the way. Sean offers a complimentary house-cleaning after project completion. In sum, I am very pleased with my new bathroom, which has made my life easier.

We contracted with NV Kitchen and Bath to start our total bathroom remodeling on September 23, 2016. The workers were there bright and early as promised. From the beginning of the process when we picked out tiles, flooring, cabinets, counters, etc., Sean was the ultimate professional. His help in making sure our choices worked best with what we were trying to achieve was invaluable. Our job was to completely gut the room and start over. Each of the trades, tiler, plumber, electrician did their jobs well. There were a couple of minor hitches, but the job supervisor and Sean were in touch with us everyday, both by phone and in person. These minor problems were handled rapidly and with complete pride and care in the work that was being done. Our job was approximately $15,500 in cost and worth every penny. I would highly recommend Sean and his company. When we are ready to tackle our kitchen, he will be the one we go to for that job. I'm so pleased that our 1950's bathroom has been brought into the 21st century. It's beautiful!!!

The owner of the company Sean was very responsive throughout the entire project and they were flexible on time and helpful to the point of reseaching alternatives when when I ran into issues with the delivery of my appliances. They do not nickle and dime you and they always call you right back (even after the checks). I would totally recommend them and also use them again!

I just want to say that what our bathroom was to what it is now is nothing short of amazing. We picked out everything with Sean in his office. Sean gave us a quote and it was nice to go shopping without worrying about the prices of things and just picking what we liked. Sean and his team truly care about customer satisfaction. So much so that when our vanity got delivered, we were concerned the color did not match the sample we chose and Sean drove to our home at 8pm in the evening with the sample piece to make sure it was the same. We even changed some design choices (when they had already been installed), but did not like how they looked and Sean changed them no questions asked. Sean is also great at responding to any concern you may have. Sean would answer our emails very promptly which allowed our job to continue smoothly and swiftly. All in all, I would recommend Sean and his team and would definitely look to hire them again when/if we need.

Sean and his team were real pros, I had seven different contractors come by and give me quotes for a total kitchen makeover. Sean was the only one who provided a design that allowed me to visualize the space before committing.. He was very professional and willing to resolve small issues when I voiced my concerns. Our experience with NV Kitchen and Bath was excellent. From start to finish it was a seamless operation. They were very responsive from the first contact to completion of the project. The planning and pricing phase was very refreshing. The pricing was shown upfront, there was no upsell pressure (and at least 30% less than 2 competitors). Once the deal was signed the project started on time and stayed on schedule throughout. Project updates were frequent and very informative. The project was completed on time and on budget, no surprises. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a basement finishing project.

First of all, I will state the granite is of high quality and the color is exactly what was displayed in the store. It was installed in May, 2015. The installers came on time. Sean and Dwain are phenomenal and extremely professionals. They were always on time from the initial consultation to the final appointment and addressed all of our concerns promptly and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Sean's knowledge is almost immediately apparent and his keen eye and attention to detail are just a few attributes that set him and the company apart. Everyone we interacted with were helpful, courteous, full of suggestions and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our complete satisfaction. The new refrigerator we purchased was too large for the existing space and this was only realized @completion of the project. On the final walk through inspection, I pointed this out to Sean and he came back a week later to help us again. NV Kitchen and Bath is a nice company to work with. There are very nice perople working there. Very to the point and incredibly helpful. They were trying really hard for me make me happy. At least this counts for something more valuable for me than money.

NV Kitchen and Bath and their team are truly amazing. They are very professional, thorough, and warm and helpful We hired Sean Morris' team to come and replace our kitchen cabinets back in May 2014. The work he did was exceptional. We also just hired them to come and renovate our unfinished basement. They did a fantastic job, and I'm beyond happy with the outcome of this finished project.. Sean provides accurate estimates (and he always lets us know ahead of time what the cost will be for additional work that's needed before moving forward). Lastly, his team makes it a point to thoroughly clean the work area after they are done. They wipe everything down, vacuum the area, and ask if we are happy with the finished product before we pay/they leave. I would recommend this team to anyone in the area looking for a house renovation..

They handled the design, project management, inspections, and all the labor for all the projects. The designs do speak for themselves. Since Christmas holiday season, I have been searching for reasonable price and quality for replacing our cabinets that my wife always wanted for our kitchen. After searching for a while I received an estimate from Sean Morris from NV Kitchen and Bath. I got my kitchen cabinets assembled by him a few weeks back. We are absolutely satisfied with our new cabinets. My wife can finally start using these cabinets for keeping extra utensils, kitchenware and storing groceries. My basement was damaged seriously by water last month during the winter storms. I found NV Kitchen and Bath company which is a Remodeling company with excellent reviews online, so instead of other companies I chose this company to repair and renovate my basement as they offered such an awesome deal for a full basement for our single house. Sean Morris was our primary project manager whom took really good care of our needs as he was working very professionally with this project. He always took his time to answer our questions even though he was working in a busy schedule. We thank him a lot for that. His workers were excellent to finish job within the due date and we had no issues at all. I once chose a color for painting wall, but after putting two coats, I found I don't like the color which gave our basement a very dark atmosphere, Sean bought another paint and redid the job without charging any extra on top of our initial agreement. We are in love with our new basement and we absolutely satisfied working with this company. Thanks for everything again.

I wish I had found them sooner! The company that did my last remodel did a horrible job with my powder room. I had been unhappy with it for nearly a year and was dreading having to have someone to come and re-do it, but I bit the bullet, did some research and decided to go with NV Kitchen and Bath. I spoke with Sean Morris, their design specialist, to get a free estimate and made an appointment for measurements. He explained everything in detail from what the previous company did wrong and all the steps they would take to fix it and turn my bathroom into something I actually want! He told me it would take about 3 days, but his crew finished everything in 2! They were all friendly and courteous the entire time they were here, and were very tidy during the process, which I was very happy about. Before, my bathroom looked so bad I didn't even want to use it, but now I LOVE it and I smile every time I go in! I'm thinking about remodeling my kitchen pretty soon, and I know for sure, I'll be using these guys again!

I've owned my home for about 10 years now. I wanted to do a complete overhaul of my kitchen, feeling that it was time for a change after so long. The appliances were outdated, and I was never really too thrilled with the counters or cabinets. I found NV Kitchen and Bath online and entered my information to receive a free quote. The next day, Sean Morris contacted me. He asked me questions about the current status of my kitchen and what I would want the end result to be. He and I had a great conversation, as he offered many suggestions to me and answered all of the questions I had, since this is the first time I ever had any work done on my house. I felt comfortable discussing my project with him and we set an appointment for the following week. When Sean came over, he looked over every detail of my kitchen and took measurements. I have a pretty decent-sized kitchen so I was happy to hear that I had many counter tops and cabinets that I could choose from. He and I sat down and went through catalogs that he brought over and he carefully explained where everything would be placed as to give me as valid a mental picture as possible. The remodeling process was much quicker than I thought, and they were neat! The estimated finish time was about 2 weeks, but they were finished in about 10 days. And every day that they were done working for the day, they cleaned up the area so that I could still maneuver easily in my kitchen. Sean and I must have had the exact same vision for my kitchen, because whenever everything was finished, it came out EXACTLY as I had imagined! I couldn't be happier with how my kitchen turned out! I'm so excited to have friends and family come over and see it. It's now the main focal point of my home, and I have been cooking some great meals in it too :) I highly recommend NV Kitchen and Bath for anyone looking for a quick, painless, and BEAUTIFUL kitchen!

I had always dreamed of having a beautiful, customized bathroom and was finally able to entertain the dream after saving some hard-earned dollars! After searching online through countless companies, I happened upon NV Kitchen and Bath's website where they have an easy form right on the front page to fill out in order to receive a free quote. That was on a Tuesday around 6pm. Wednesday morning around 8:30 I got a call from Sean following up on the information I had submitted. After I described to him what I wanted in my bathroom, he explained how simple the process would be and how smoothly he assumed it would go. He was absolutely right! He told me it should take about a week to finish my master-bathroom, but all said and done, it only wound up taking 5 days! He came every day to follow up on his team and to oversee the progress of my bathroom, and it looks remarkable! Sean and his team were such a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to do a renovation!

I got my kitchen remodeled about a week ago and I am beyond satisfied! NV Kitchen and Bath was the one who reached out to me and gave me an estimate on my project. When he came out to take measurements of my kitchen , they were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions with no hesitation! Everything went great. I'm so lucky to have met with these guys. I've had a hard time trusting people, especially since there are many different companies around. They are so nice and they have outstanding customer service. I got so many prices from different companies but even when the price was ok I still wasn't confident that they could handle my job . I called NV kitchen and they set up a time a couple of days later after 8 pm, because I can not be home before 8. They did not even talk about the time issues and they met me a couple more times to go over everything. I felt that these guys are the right choose since I met them. They gave me the estimate time window for my kitchen remodeling and they finished 4 days earlier than whatever the completion was. They came first and removed the cabinets, existing counter-tops and appliances then they started installation of cabinets after they cleaned their mess. I'm so glad that they are sensitive about the cleaning. Sean managed the process and thankfully he came to the job site at least twice a day. He called me within a day and gave me a report on whatever they had done and was planning to finish for each day.. He is a dedicated guy because he was waiting on me a couple of times because of my questions and one day he left around 10pm. When cabinet installation ended, they then came to measure our kitchen for the countertops installation.. I picked espresso shaker style cabinet, stainless steel sink , brushed nickel faucet and Seleno (silestone) for the top. Their knowledge helped us make our decision quick and painless. I'll definitely use them for future projects... We have a door that is always open for them because we consider them like a family now

I first want to start off by saying I LOVE these guys! I have been searching and making inquiries for months with companies around the DMV area and I am so glad I stumbled upon them. I first spoke with Sean Morris and told him that I was interested in getting my kitchen and 2 of my bathrooms remodeled. I have been living in my home for more than 25 years so it was certainly time for a change! When i called, I threw a lot of different ideas and questions at Sean to see how the company would stack up against the competition, and he calmly listened to every one of them. I was very impressed, especially how he confidently replied to all of the questions I had and how he offered some great suggestions and ideas of his own! He made me feel very comfortable and by the time I got off the phone with him, I knew I had found the right people for the job. We set up an appraisal appointment for a couple of days after our initial conversation. When Sean came over he was very professional and was done with taking measurements of my kitchen and bathrooms in no time! About an hour after he left my house, he called me with a quote. With such a speedy answer, I felt like my project was a top priority of the company's. Their customer service is phenomenal! Day one of starting the project I met the rest of the team and they were all great as well. Everyday they made their work area neat so I didn't feel like I was a stranger in my own home. By the time they finished with my kitchen and bathrooms I DID feel like a stranger in my own home, but in the best way! They did everything I asked for and the finished projects looked perfect as a result and they even finished ahead of schedule! I am very pleased with this company and will definitely be calling them back when I'm ready to do my 3rd bathroom.

Afterwards they came back for final measurements before starting the project to ensure they were as thorough as they could be. Member Comments: Sean Morris came to my house to measure and his estimated costs were very competitive with other companies They came to my house a couple of times and provided me with very friendly service and were always very professional from start to finish. Sean was such a joy to work with throughout the process. He and his team made sure that their pricing quotes were as precise as possible and they also did whatever they could to make sure I wouldn't go over my budget. Whatever I asked them to do, they did with no problem. They also created more options for me to choose from and made suggestions that would cater to my tastes. After all said and done, my kitchen and bathroom look AMAZING! I'm sure I'll need more remodeling services in the future and I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else for the job. They are the ones to call if you need any room in your house remodeled. When I had any questions (and there were quite a few) Sean always answered the phone and politely explained everything to me thoroughly. They came a couple of times a day during the remodeling job, which IMPRESSED me a lot, just to check on things and make sure everything was going according to plan. After they were finished, they did a really great job cleaning up as well, which I was also very pleased with! I was surprised that although they worked so hard with the remodeling, they were just as efficient with the clean up. I'm very happy with the fine job that NV kitchen and bath did. Every detail was completed as we discussed. I like the quality of the materials that they used for my kitchen remodeling. I love the job so much that I want them to do my bathroom in a few months. It feels like a brand new home to me now. All calls and emails were returned promptly , I feel very secure by the way the remodeling job was handled. The price was very reasonable and it was worth every dollar. I did not chose them for the price, although that was a consideration, but I got such 'superior' personal attention. The workers were extremely respectful. We've wanted to get our kitchen updated for years, but we weren't quite sure who we wanted to trust with the job. We contacted a lot of different remodeling companies but we put more confidence in NV Kitchen and Bath due to their willingness to work with our budget and who they are as a company. Sean was a pleasure to work with. Even before we decided to choose them, he came to our house twice to follow up with us and gave us somw great options on how we should re-design our kitchen. I really appreciated their patience. I must have emailed them 100 times and Sean or one of his colleagues always got back to me right away. Even around 9pm! When they started working on our kitchen they came by several times to check on thw progress and to make sure my family and I were satisfied with their work. I was also very pleased with the amount of time they finished. I told them we would need them to finish up in about a week and they did everything they could to finish within my time frame. The work did not look rushed at all. Very solid quality and fast! Do not hesitate to hire them, they really know what they are doing!
