Novo Kitchen and Bath

Novo Kitchen and Bath just completed a stunning transformation of our kitchen in Old Town. Their design and craftsmanship were excellent and they were attentive and responsive to all requests for changes or adjustments as worked progressed. Akin and Marcos are very professional and a pleasure to work with and their work crews were very respectful during the construction process. I would definitely use them again for other projects.

Akin and Marcos were so professional and their wonderful crew do amazing work. The bathroom they created actually went beyond my expectations -- made sure nothing in my apartment was damaged and when the work was done, my apartment was spotless--no trace of any construction except for the amazing new bathroom. I recommend them without reservation.

Akin, Marcos, and crew did a fantastic job updating the look and feel of my condo's kitchen. The team was always willing to meet with me to discuss the process (even though I have an unruly schedule) and provide ideas when I got lost in the sea of options. The project was scaled to fit my budget and was completed to minimize any inconvenience that occurs with the loss of a kitchen's utility. It was a pleasure to work with Akin and Marcos and their team. During the design phase, Akin was patient and listened to all of my ideas, providing feedback and recommendations accordingly. In the end, we agreed upon a design that would maximize storage and space in my kitchen. Marcos and team did a wonderful job executing the design in a timely fashion. Marcos was very attentive to any concerns that I may have had during the remodel phase. The project resulted in a beautiful kitchen, far better than my original ideas. We selected NOVO after seeing the extraordinary work they had completed in a condo in the same building as us and getting an outstanding recommendation from the condo owners, who had renovated their space from top to bottom. NOVO was reliable, responsive, and meticulous with their detailed planning and execution of the project. We did a major renovation of our condo. Akin, the designer, created some very original designs that I could have never conceived of, and recommended specific materials as well -- all presented in 3D renditions for our review. This was incredibly helpful because when it comes to design, I know what I like but cannot conceive of it myself and when it comes to materials -- tiles, carpet, countertops, etc., I would have been clueless as to where to even start. Akin actually spent a full day with me finalizing selections at various stores; he narrowed the choices based on his designs, my input, and our budget. It was immensely helpful and productive. Marcos was equally attentive to detail, a pleasure to work with, and directed the project that was completed seamlessly on time and within the exact budget agreed to in our contract. I would highly recommend NOVO for any renovation project -- their work is first rate, they have a wonderful creative vision but are incredibly responsive to their clients' tastes and they are sensitive to budgetary constraints and will work with clients accordingly. Our condo is beautiful; transformed completely by NOVO.

We were referred to Novo Kitchen and Bath by a friend and we couldn't have been happier with the work performed by Akin, Marcos and their team. We wanted to have our boring builder grade master bathroom turned into a luxurious oasis with the feeling of a high end spa. We consulted with several remodeling companies, but we chose Novo Kitchen and Bath because they understood our vision and we felt the most comfortable with their team. Akin, the designer, was extremely patient and really listened to what was important to us while giving his expertise and input to make our design really come together - he is a master of design and really thinks through every detail. Once the design was in place, Marcos and his team showed great respect for our home and time and ensured that as little disruption as possible occurred during the renovation. The entire team was very friendly and worked very hard to ensure that the project deadlines were met. Akin and Marcos kept us constantly updated with the status of our project and they took the time to communicate with us what we could expect. Thanks to Novo Kitchen and Bath we now have the spa bathroom we always dreamed of - you can see how much attention their team paid to their craft and the details of the project. We will use Novo Kitchen and Bath again and we will be recommending them to our family and friends.

I contracted with Novo for two projects: one partial and one full remodel. On both occasions, their advice and timely accommodations were stellar. As my home is a small 1950's ranch-style, their staff ensured minimal disruption to our daily use of nearby rooms during demolition and reconstruction, while modernizing the infrastructure and decor of the two bathrooms. I cannot say with greater affection my appreciation for the quality and craftsmanship they brought to both projects. From the design phase to final completion, they approached each with considerable regard for aesthetics, form and function. Each exceeded my expectations, which is no small undertaking. I would highly recommend them as a result to anyone with complex remodeling plans.

Marcos is fabulous. He did an amazing job renovating our entire apartment. The quality of his work is outstanding and he stands by it. He is responsive, flexible and works around your schedule. I would hire him again and we have recommended him to many of our friends who are embarking on renovations.

We cannot thank Marcos, Akin, and the whole Novo team enough for the phenomenal job they did on our house. We bought a house with 'great bones' but in need of a huge amount of repair. From start to finish, Marcos and Akin were incredibly patient with us, helping us take our vision from dream to reality, doing so within the limitations of our budget. Most importantly, we trust them; they fully understood that this was a major choice for our family and that we wanted to create a space that would become a home. As one of the advisors, I've previously been done on some kitchen and bathroom projects with NOVO Kitchen and Bath. As you know, "recommendation" especially for your friends or customers may cause unpredictable events just like a "laugh on the wrong side of one's mouth", and this good-intent may just hurt your relationship with others! Unlike that, I've never been in that situation with NOVO Kitchen and Bath. To whom I recommend them, it just returned to me with a considerable repute about Marcus and Akin. They are very serious and friendly about their job! This needs to put under the close scrutiny that building a strong relationships with others by seeking creative alternatives such as developing workable action plans that drove recognizing the needs of others and reaches out to lend in a better serving. I assume that being successful in any business might be related philosophy of "effectively solves problems rather than symptoms and continuously producing more than expected". NOVO Kitchen&Bath' workers also can clearly promotes strong support of their mission and vision by generating synergy and having a fully respects the time of others. They gladly shares their expertise, and I'm also more than happy to share my thoughts about "why NOVO" with you Guys. I hope that this might be an address if you Guys have any remodeling idea!

We LOVE our new home! The job you have done is more than we could ever have dreamt of. You guys turned my recently purchased townhouse that needed lots of TLC into a model home. I could not have imaged that my Pinterest collage's and screen shots of ideas from every home design website imaginable turned into reality. I feared that what I wanted was impossible; you guys proved me wrong. Mission Accomplished!!! You guys were able to achieve every detail I had requested and on an amazing timeframe. The speed, efficiency, quality and care made us feel extraordinaire! All the guys were more than considerate when working on my home, making sure that everything was cleaned at the end of each day. We were referred to Marcos (Novo Kitchen & Bath) by a trusted friend. My friend was right; Marcos and his people get it done very nicely in time and the right way!! The entire crew was efficient professional and resourceful. In order to open up our living area space; we had a load bearing wall removed. We also had a wine fridge island area with a quartzite counter top and bathroom shelves installed. They also organized the internal paint job (loved the colors!!) and installed some light fixtures. The designer did a great job and helped us to find the right look for our new living space with a creative manner. We could not be happier with the end product. We experienced through the construction and it was really much better than I thought. Marcos and his crew really know what they are doing. They were also just very nice people that were very fun to talk to. We trusted them and they delivered a top quality.
