Masters Kitchen and Bath

On reading the word “Masters” in their title I winced, suspecting the claim pretentious. After a few encounters with Joe and Company I decided the word was accurate, indeed, modest. They do everything in a masterly way: inspecting the current kitchen, drawing you into designing the new one, guiding you around their impressive showroom to sort through all the possible selections, plotting out details on video screen. (Side note: looking at their trucks I had to conclude that anyone who took the trouble to make such elaborate design is committed to their profession.) During the work Joe stopped in many times, both to check on progress and to talk. It is obvious he has labored for years to fashion a superior operation, attaining mastery not only in the technical field but in human relations. Example: they will not pdf, mail, or e-mail their 5 Year Warranty. They insist on delivering it in person, on the day and at the time you choose. I’d imagine this could sometimes mean an hour on the road just to deliver a piece of paper. Gets across the importance of your project. Personal example: I dropped my first kitchen contactor when she put my project three months away, then another three, then another. Masters put me in line for late April. In December Jennifer called to inform that a customer had stepped out of line and postponed his project, that if I wanted to fill in, mine could begin in the last week of December. Four months earlier! I levitated! Perhaps this bit of luck provided another: getting Igor assigned to my case. Mastery? Man does it all flawlessly: electricity, plumbing, cabinetry, splash tiles, painting. After he left each day I went around taking close up photos. In the third week Joe stopped in to explain that Igor had to take a five day trip and I could either accept a replacement for the last week or wait for him to come back. That decision took less than 1/1000 of a second. By nature I look for faults in anything I come upon, and in their operation I could only find one: I believe there should be an apostrophe after the “-s.” In short, exceptional company and people. A pleasure to deal with them. Can not go wrong entrusting them with your kitchen.

I strongly recommend using Masters Kitchen and Bath. We used Masters Kitchen and Bath for a remodel of our basement, including a laundry room and bathroom. Their designer, Jen, came up with a brand new way to organize our space so that we ended up fitting a full bath into space we originally thought could only hold a half-bath. Their aesthetic helped make concrete what we only vaguely imagined in our mind. The quality of the work was incredible, and their team made sure to anticipate our needs and offer suggestions where we had not thought of something beforehand. I also work from home, and despite such a dramatic remodel, their team was mindful of noise and kept the workspace clean so that we were able to still make use of the basement while the work took place. For such a dramatic remodel, it was amazing that I could treat the whole process as "hands-off", where all I had to do was sit back and wait for the remodel to be finished! We will use them again without hesitation when we start work on the upstairs!

We recently completed our second major remodeling project with Masters Kitchen and Bath. Our first project (in 2016) was a total redo of our kitchen, and we could not be happier with the end result. The newly completed guest bathroom was also a complete tear-out. From the initial design concept to final approval, the front end of the project went without issue. We chose Masters Kitchen and Bath and have never regretted our decision. We soon realized that the cost was clearly a reflection of the professional and extensive work that we did not expect but was expertly done as part of Masters’ remodeling excellence. There was not a detail overlooked because going above and beyond is what Masters is all about. When we signed on to have our kitchen remodeled, we told Masters that if we were happy with the progress, we would sign up to have our three (3) bathrooms remodeled as well. When circumstances arose where there were options of what we might prefer, Alin did take a moment to ask what we would like him to do. Despite the mess and dust that remodeling brings, Alin made sure to keep our home as clean as possible. Alin was the hardest worker who is so talented, trustworthy, meticulous, diligent, and respectful. His abilities and character are exceptional and impressive. Therefore, it wasn’t very long before we knew that we wanted Masters to add to our project and sign us up with Alin to remodel our three (3) baths, too! We couldn’t pass up this opportunity to continue with this wonderful transformation! It was our pleasure to have Alin in our home while remodeling all four (4) of our rooms. He has made a significant positive difference in our home and in our lives. The entire staff at Masters is knowledgeable, professional and totally addressed any and all of our requests throughout the remodel. Masters’ service after the sale is very customer-oriented, too! Everyone who has seen our remodeled kitchen and three (3) baths had highly complimentary comments. What we have heard most often is, “your rooms look like they are in a model home that would be featured in a magazine!” We are very pleased that we chose Masters Kitchen and Bath, and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone interested in fine quality kitchen and bath remodeling. Choosing Masters Kitchen and Bath for my project, was absolutely the right decision! They completely gutted my main bathroom and turned it into a beautiful, work of art. I started by brainstorming ideas with Marc and Joseph. This was my first experience with doing a complete redesign of a room, so needless to say I was excited but unsure of myself. I knew I wanted a company that would help me through every step of the project. Joseph and Marc walked me through each design step, and came up with a design I just love! They gave me ideas, and were great listeners as I discovered what appeals and is important to me. They did not hesitate to let me know if they thought I was making a mistake. They earned my well-deserved trust, which allowed this project to be a fun and exciting process, with no regrets! I cannot say enough great things about Zeljko, who did the work in my home. He is a true craftsman, who pays close attention to details, takes pride in his work, and does everything the right way! Even though we were dealing with a pandemic and an incredibly cold and snowy winter, he made it all work seamlessly. His work ethic is absolutely commendable. Zeljko is a great problem solver and I truly don’t know how he was able to accomplish all that he did in a limited area. Sasho came on site when Zeljko had a two person project and was the consummate professional as well. Sandra was a huge help in various aspects of the design, by helping me brainstorm some ideas, discovering what products might fit my need, and keeping us informed about delivery timetables. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. This company works extremely well as a team. Masters Kitchen and Bath goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and the work is outstanding. I am looking forward to my next project with them! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality craftsmanship remodel of their kitchen or bath!

Masters Kitchen and Bath is a superb company! Joe's eye for kitchen design and color was better than I even imagined. Sasha and Zjelko did the actual remodeling of the kitchen. They are so skilled in their profession and I was amazed at the outcome. Aside from their skill, their attention to detail is second to none. Most of all, they are wonderful people to work with.

Our experience with Masters Kitchen & Bath has been nothing short of superb. They completely remodeled our master bathroom and we have already scheduled a full kitchen remodel. We definitely wanted the bathroom done and scheduled that first, but we were procrastinating about the kitchen until we saw what an amazing job they did – and how good everything looked. Ours wasn’t the largest project being it is a condo, but from our first consult with Joe, who designed our bathroom and kitchen, the remodel by Igor, Jennifer guiding us with material choices and Sandra in the office handling anything and everything, everyone was professional, extremely knowledgeable, responsive to any and all questions (we had a lot) and a delight to work with. Masters Kitchen and Bath remodeled both our master and hall bathroom. We could not be more pleased with the process and the results. Marc and Joe patiently helped us with many initial questions and the overall design process. The work in our home was all completed by Igor who was a true professional. He was very respectful in our home and kept us up to date and informed throughout the project. We were initially worried about the disruption of a remodeling project, but Masters and Igor made the process so smooth and pleasant that we were amazed. After interviewing five contractors, I hired Masters Kitchen and Bath to update my condominium master bathroom. Out of the contractors I met, this company provided the most detailed ideas, suggestions and solutions for bathroom design, all from one visit to my condo. I could not be more pleased! Excellent and beautiful job! Joseph (Designer) and Marc (General Manager) were great to work with. They could not have made the process any easier. Both assisted with design ideas and material selection. The project started in the the proposed start month and was completed within the stated time frame (five weeks), on budget. I can not say enough of my Installation Professional, Igor. Once the project started, he was there every day, all day, completing beautiful and meticulous work. The work area was left clean and organized every night. During the project, I had to do nothing. Marc even arranged water shutoff, coordinating between my building's management company and preferred plumber. Masters Kitchen and Bath offers an "all-in-one" service. From initial meeting, design, and material selection through project completion, you work with their employees only and visit their showroom. You do not have to go shopping around for supplies. For the high quality, professional, timely work and "hassle-free" experience, the price was more than fair. I highly recommend Masters Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling project.

The work done was top notch. Wonderful company, even better employees. We can't say enough good things about the contractors that they had in our home. It is amazing to have a wonderful, beautiful kitchen that far exceeded any hope that we had, but it was sad to see them go. We are going to have to find our next project to hire them for. We hired Masters for a comprehensive kitchen remodel and redesign project. It involved electrical, masonry and flooring work. The project started on time (actually almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule) and was completed as promised. The daily schedule of start and end times was followed meticulously. The key project manager/contractor was very professional and courteous. We enjoyed the collaborative process. The attention to detail and quality was great. Masters also proved to be very effective with follow-ups, after the work was completed, which was very important to us. We love our new kitchen!!

Whoot! No more ugly kitchen! It took me a while to trust another contractor but I'm so glad I went with Masters Kitchen & Bath to help me with my kitchen disaster. A wall was removed, a support beam added and the whole layout was re-arranged for better flow and storage. Masters made 3, okay, maybe 4 different layouts based on all my concerns. They were really patient with me. Sacho and his crew were professional and I think went above and beyond. The remodel happened in the middle of winter last year and the day the countertop arrived was the polar vortex --cold!!! We set aside half of the garage so they could work out there with heat. I love our new kitchen and it has already been put through the paces! We love the color of the cabinets and those super susans are roomy! The enclosure around the refrigerator really makes a finished look. Sacho re-engineered/designed the whole range hood venting and trim - he is very talented with his abilities to make things work with existing framing. Worth every penny! Thank you Masters!
