Thiego and team just completed the second job for us. The first job was last year and included painting several rooms, creating a door space between two adjacent bedrooms and hanging a sliding door, and rejuvenating hard wood floor that had been hidden under carpets for years. The 'new' bedroom for our daughter looks fantastic. Thiego also installed two large wine fridges which required a little carpenter work and painting to match our existing colors and millwork. The second job was last week. We had 17 new windows installed. Thiego and team sealed, primed and painted inside and outside. They also performed external painting and repair to front of house gutters. Overall, a very well done and professional job. We will definitely hire Thiego and team again.

Thiego Gava and his subcontractors did a excellent job in my house i highly recommend them to anyone, for a smalll project or full house renovated Thank you guys

Thiego and his team renovated 2 full baths in a 3 family rental property. His price was reasonable, he was there every day he said he would be and he finished on time as promised. He cleaned up all debris off site as well. I could not be there on a regular basis to check in, however Thiego updated me with his progress by forwarding pictures almost every day. I would absolutely hire LGT companies again!

BEWARE! We had Thiego work on several tiling projects for us a couple of years back as part of a larger home renovation. During the project, we were happy with his responsiveness and his work. We recently encountered issues with a large custom shower that Thiego tiled Specifically, the long marble thresholds cracked in two places, as they were apparently improperly installed. I called Thiego and he promptly returned my initial call. When I described the issue Thiego indicated that he would come up later that week to look at the issue. Since that call, several weeks ago, he has not responded the multiple phone calls and text messages, making it clear that he had no intention of standing behind his work. This is very disappointing, as quality craftsman do work that lasts and honest business men afford their customers the respect of responding to their requests. I would encourage others to look elsewhere for their tiling needs.

We hired Thiego for tile work in our master bathroom. The timeline was a little bit longer than expected, but nothing out of the ordinary. The issues we had were: 1) they left our bathroom a mess, and didn't clean up the floors; so we spent a week scrubbing and using industrial cleaner to remove the gunk they left behind, 2) there were several issues in the shower and on the floor that have not been resolved, at this time. We would not use Thiego again.

I hired Thiego to finish the renovations on a kitchen (200+ sq ft) in my condo. He put in the tile flooring, installed the cabinets, counter tops, installed my appliances and refinished my ceiling. The project took a little longer than expected, but the outcome was great. I get lots of compliments on my kitchen now and would recommend him to anyone looking for renovation work on their home.

For our kitchen renovation, we hired GT Granite and Marble to do our quartz counter tops, and couldn't be happier we did! The owner, Thiego, was prompt and competitive with his quote, and stood by the number all the way through the project, despite some unforeseen hiccups. He was willing to price out and work with a quartz manufacturer we suggested that he doesn't carry (which many installers wont do). We ended up using his preferred manufacturer (MSI) because the colors and varieties available were much better than a lot of the bigger names. The stainless steel sink he provided and included in the quote is stunning (Alba sinks, out of Quincy)! It is well crafted from thick gauge, and has a quality finish you dont find at the big box stores. The counter tops were well measured, cut, shaped, and polished, and installed very quickly. The only thing keeping this review from 5 stars was that one of his workers was a bit haphazard and messy with the silicone. Could have been more careful and neat. Overall, I would definitely recommend Thiego and his company. We will be hiring him again when we do our bathrooms!

Thiego was amazing. Quick, clean and efficient. From estimate to completion Thiego was a true professional. Call Thiego immediately if you want the best when it comes to a tile job.

I hired this company to do granite for two kitchens in my 2-family in Waltham. It was done on time, for good price. Tiego, one of the owners, mentioned, they can do tile too. When my contractor didn't show up for couple days, to tile a second floor bathroom, I called Tiego. They tiled my bathroom within one week. Tile guy, Eraldo, second owner, did outstanding job. Price was reasonable. I strongly recommend this company. They don't fool around, do what they promise, very professionally and friendly.

I had Thiego and Eraldo do the tiles and countertops over my Kitchens backs plash and my bathroom and the was very professional and attention to all the details that I was wondering , I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family and I will have them do the tiles in the master bathroom next year . The was right and the came back to fix one mistake with out a problem and no question ask Thanks Thiego & Eraldo
