Kitchens by Karl began in 1999 primarily as a service provider for the Olean area kitchen and bath market. Customers began to know our quality and often turned to us for installing their project while purchasing cabinets and counter tops from a dealer. However, as our work became more elaborate and detailed, communication between the cabinet salesman, contractor and homeowner also became more complicated. So we decided to simplify this process and place the customer in front of one person only to deal with. While some companyﾒs force the customer to coordinate communication between many key people, we strive to streamline the process by providing the design, sales and installation. ﾓI donﾒt want my customers to feel they carry any burden for the success of their kitchen or bath project; thatﾒs why they hire me.ﾔ We take responsibility for the quality, function and longevity of every project we complete and stand behind it as long as the customer needs us to. People have come to know Holmes on Homes from TV because they sense he truly cares about his reputation and the people he serves. Although he sets that bar pretty high we work to duplicate that level of trust between the owner and contractor. We spend time listening to the customersﾒ needs,designing and planning the idea, selling the cabinets and counter tops and installing the project professionally without incident. All of my customers are not just people I work for, they are people I respect within my community and I enjoy working for them.
