This bath, expansion, project, which included a barrier-free shower, actually began in early, September and was mostly, completed by Thanksgiving. (I've attached a few pictures, which I had taken the day before Thanksgiving.) Despite a few setbacks, caused by conditions beyond our control, we did a great, job getting to the finish line, close to the originally, predicted, project, timeline. Such setbacks included: Removing and re-installing the bathroom, floor, tile which the homeowner(s) had walked on after being freshly, installed; Waiting 3 weeks, after the vanity, cabinet had been installed, for the customer to make a decision on their sink selection; Production time on the custom, hinged, shower glass.
My technicians made a trip back in mid-December to complete some minor, adjustments and final, touch-up work. At this time, the only items remaining to complete were the installation of the vanity, light, fixture and some paint work in the laundry room. The light fixture needed to be re-selected and ordered, as the original, selection had been discontinued. The laundry room, paint work had been put on hold, as the homeowner had requested to schedule a full, makeover to the laundry room, above what was originally contracted. At the time we did not have room in our construction, schedule.
During the week before Christmas I had followed up with a house call and went on to follow up with a phone call, in January, in an attempt to get things completed. I had not heard from the customer until I received her text on March 16th which was immediately, followed by her review. I have since left a voicemail, for her, with no, returned, reply.
It is the responsibility of, not only, the hired, professional but also the customer/client to communicate throughout the course of a project. I will admit, that I, along with my team are very, good at what we do. We always aim to please and will continue to do so.
