KBCRATE did my second bath remodel using my first bath remodel as inspiration I had the same people and crews as before. daniel set the whole remodel up Lindsey my designer guided my vision.Bill my project manager daily informed me who was coming and what they were doing. crews arrived daily ready to work each evening their work areas were clean and set up for the next day. from owner office staff. project managers customers relations sales and crews made this a pleasant experience a special thanks to Daniel. Completed a full bathroom remodel, replaced the lighting in the Kitchen, and the flooring in the kitchen and dining room. The were several aspects of the project that I appreciated. First, the workers were very considerate of our home and did an excellent job of cleaning up after each day's work. Secondly, the process of picking out the materials used and discussing the various options available was enjoyable and fairly stress free. Next, the daily text communications with the project leader allowed us to understand the progress being made and also allowed the project to be completed on time. We lived in an Air BnB during the 26 days as we only had one bathroom. Each morning I would travel back to the house to place our two cats in the master bedroom, and then in the late afternoon I would return, let them out, and spend some time with them. The workers were always on time both at the beginning of the day and in their cleaning up and leaving for the day, so there was never a conflict with me needing to change my schedule to see to my pets needs. The project as I stated was completed on time, but there were one or two issues with the final project. However, after meeting with the project manager the two issues we had were resolved and we are overjoyed with our final results. Was the project expensive, yes, but the fact that there were no delays, the project finished on time, and that we are extremely happy with the results makes the project worth the expense. Now, we are considering a kitchen remodel in the future and will be choosing to use this company when the time comes.

kitchenCRATE was the perfect company to work with while updating our kitchen. Our job involved new countertops and backsplash and painting some of our cabinets. From the planning and designing phase through completion of the project they communicated well and made sure every detail was accounted for. We have worked with many contractors and the biggest differences I felt between other contractors and kitchenCrate was the clear organization/communication and their strong desire to make sure that the job not only got done, but that we felt really good about the process and end product. I would definitely work with this company again in the future.

I would absolutely recommend this professional company to anyone that is looking to remodel. They are perfection from start to finish !! They are trustworthy, polite and get the job done within the time frame! I love that they have several of the same guys whom are highly experienced to do the job. We had a very outdated 1room main bath that was turned into a masterpiece with my design and the help of the team. The overall space was small and now it looks like a spa in some high end hotel. The tile guy JOE is a master at his craft, NEVER have I seen work like his, Mark the main guy was incredible with the project and EVERYONE INVOLVED was beyond what I could give them credit for! They strive to make you happy, go above and beyond and Rich our construction manager did a fantastic job at doing whatever he could to make what I wanted happen. Jake whom runs the company was also a blast and made our dreams come true! Lindsey the designer who was ready to deliver her baby, sat and went thru design with us as we picked materials.. I will say that this company takes you to the greatest source of materials to choose from and not some big box type stores that suggest something they can get underpriced to make more money, that isn’t how they do business. I also, love the way they professionalize your project. It’s step by step and you know what each day brings. They also text or call nightly, they show everyday, 5 days a week, are extremely clean, and I can’t say enough about them. I am so grateful we hired them!! We had got several bids and after we just couldn’t decide because no one was just right! My neighbor had used kitchen and bath crate and I wasn’t sure if they did custom jobs like mine as I had walls moved, different heights and on and on. I wanted a fireplace and high end materials (in my mind) luckily I called them she said sure we do and your job sounds so interesting we would love to talk with you. I was sold as soon as the three of them came out! We couldn’t be happier with them or the way my main bath and bedroom came out…they ALL GO ABOVE and beyond! CAROL AND BILL

They were professional and did masterful work. They said it would take 4 weeks and they nailed it. The kitchen is a breathtaking transformation and we couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I cannot thank the whole team at Kitchen & Bath Crate enough fthe fabulous job they did on our home. From the first phone call inquiring about the process to the final adjustments on the punch list, all was incredible! We worked with so many instrumental people from Paula who answered the first call through Daniel who designed it (along with input from Lindsay and Brooke) and Carrie in finances to Richard, head of the actual work, and his crew.(Thanks to Jim for the final touches!)Our project was a big one. We had custom work done in the remodel of the kitchen. We changed a dining room into a library with a gorgeous wall of bookshelves and drawers. We added a ton of storage to the laundry room in addition to transforming both of our bathrooms. Kitchen & Bath Crate set realistic expectations and provided a workable timeline. They started and finished on time. Communication was exemplary. We received the texts and photos that we requested. We highly recommend this wonderful company and would not hesitate to use them again ourselves. Thank you!
