Have done a number of jobs with Kay including a deck, basement remodel and major house addition. I have also done projects with other contractors. What you get with Greg Kay is someone who stands behind their work and if there are any issues will make it right - from little things to bigger. I have seen a number of friends go with the low bid and be left holding the bag - do yourself a favor and choose a company with the capability plus the integrity to see it thru. Highly recommended.

We've used Greg Kay for several projects and highly recommend him to others. He did a wonderful job with a complete kitchen remodel in our old, quirky, house. When we decided to sell the house and the buyers gave us a punch list, he was our first call. He and his team are great to work with and do a quality job. Doing things right is important to Greg, and the only times we've ever disagreed are when we want to skimp and he encourages us to do it once and do it right.

Kay Home Improvement finished our kitchen for us and installed a front and rear door. As all projects go as soon as you start one project another one comes along. Kay had no problem staying on longer and finished up those projects to 100 % satisfaction. We have used Kay before for a new roof and if it wasn't for the seeing the new roof we would have never known he was there. There wasn't a nail or a shingle anywhere to be found after the job was done. We will definitely recommend and use Kay again.

If you are looking for a home improvement professional, look not further. We have used Greg exclusively for home improvement projects. He is honest, fair and does top quality work. I have used Kay Home Improvement for 2 major projects and each project exceeded my expectations. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the addition (New Master Suite) Kay built for us and most recently the Basement remodel. The thing that impresses me the most is the amount of time Greg spends clearly communicating everything up front and throughout the project so there are never any surprises. Kay's attention to detail is what sets him and his team apart as true craftsman committed to the customers satisfaction. In all my dealings with them they were very responsive, dependable & professional. A+

Have known and used Kay Home Improvement for over 15 years in 4 houses. Major renovations (additions, roofing, complete home remodeling to condo gut job) and minor repairs. Same level of service and dedication no what size the project was. Always stood behind the work and worth every dollar spent. Reliability and skill level all in one. Have actually bypassed the architect and designer in many instances.

We've worked with Greg since 2009. He's always been fair, honest, and does excellent work which he stands behind. Whether putting on a bedroom suite addition (in time for our baby to be born!), re-siding and re-roofing the house, upgrading our heating and cooling system, creating a rustic 3-season dining room in the yard, installing a whole house generator, or just coming by to fix or upgrade some smaller things, Greg and his team have always been great people who get the job done well and in a timely fashion. For long-term work or emergencies that just come up, you cannot go wrong with Kay Home Improvement!

My husband and I have been using Kay Home Improvememt for over 10 years. They replaced our upstairs deck, they installed wooden steps, added a portico onto the front of the house added a family room and did bathroom work in our basement. The Kay home improvement staff is professional, thorough and very meticulous in their work. Greg is very easy to work with and very helpful in the designing of plans. He thinks outside the box and offers great solutions to what could otherwise be considered very difficult tasks. You will not be disappointed if you use Kay Home Improvement.

We recently hired Greg Kay and his crew to complete our kitchen renovation. We couldn't be happier with their work. Our new kitchen looks great. Greg Kay handled all the details from quotation thru completion in a very professional manner. Theses guys are skilled craftsman who get things done. Completed on time at a fair price. My best recommendation is that we have already contacted Kay to complete additional projects around our home.

Comentado: Any Andersen conversion kit experts around?If cost savings is what you are after install woodright replacements or vinyl replacement into the old Anderson frames. Conversion kits a quite price in comparison 2x the money.
