The recommendation to go with JSR to build our new home came from my cousin who works in the industry, it was spot on! Ben and crew were easy to work with and so flexible in any changes we had. This was so different than other builders we had worked with in the past and the quality of the work was top notch. The house was completed on time and on budget and looks great. The best part is the wife loves how it came out and we are proud to call it home!

JSR Construction made the home building process exciting and enjoyable. From the time we contacted Ben and Melanie in December of 2016, until we broke ground in March of 2018, they continued to walk us through the decision making process. During the building process, Ben was always reachable via phone/text and was willing to meet during early mornings, evenings and weekends. The work ethic of Ben and his crew was always evident by meeting all deadlines, even when we added crown molding and additional finishes 10 days before the Cedar Valley Home Show. Ben was always flexible by allowing us to use our own sweat equity, which included installing insulation, painting the entire interior and completing the landscaping. Ben's craftsmanship was highlighted by his ability to take our rough ideas and bring them to fruition, often adding suggestions to improve the overall aesthetic. Ben and Melanie's professionalism and sincerity never went unnoticed. As a first time homeowner, we could not imagine using anyone else to build our dream home!

JSR Construction did an amazing job replacing kitchen flooring and updating a bathroom. They were fast and professional, clean, always kept me in the loop, and completed work on time and at cost. Everyone was friendly and personable...like family really! I would highly recommend them for anybhome improvement work needs.

JSR did an excellent job on our remodel and basement finish. They are respectful, timely and detailed. We wanted some pretty "funky" stuff along the way, but, Ben and his team rolled with it beautifully. Thanks BEN!

What also impressed us was how they cleaned up each day. Nothing was left laying around. Ben listens to what you want and then makes it happen.

JSR Construction has done several projects on my home. My most recent being opening up my enclosed ranch home and a complete remodel of my kitchen. Ben and his crew were friendly and easy to work with on all jobs. I would and do recommend them to anybody!

JSR Construction has done several jobs for us since 2012. They remodeled our kitchen, built a mudroom, and re-did our laundry room at our previous house. We also partnered with them when looking for a new house. We found a great acreage with an existing farmhouse that we needed to add onto because of our large family! Our custom kitchen in our new house is divine! Ben also helped me re-purpose an old buffet and make it into a vanity in our new master bath! Our fireplace and custom bookshelf in our new living room are exactly how I wanted them. We are getting ready to add on a library and JSR Construction is the first call we made! Ben is very easy to work with. I can show him design ideas and tell him what I would like to see and he makes it happen. If we have had concerns we call Ben and it gets resolved quickly. We have received very competitive bids from JSR for all of our projects. Another important aspect to me is having people in my house that I can trust. Ben's crew is great!
