Couldn’t be happier!!! Steve was highly recommended to us by many of our fellow towns people on our towns social media website as well as a very close friend. Steve was excellent in replying to our texts and phone calls and emails throughout our kitchen remodel. A pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, detail oriented , organized and cheerful. Proud of his work , went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied ... we were dazzled. A special shout out for his sub contracting team- reliable , professional , trustworthy- excellent work! Steve provided a time line with dates of the steps ... The who and when from demo day to floor installation to sheet rock to plumbing and electrical etc. The project advanced well with Steve Miele on top of things. We were referred to Steve by a friend who never used him but heard good things about him. We now have used Steve to finish a basement and remodel two bathrooms I found Steve and his crew to be a delight to work with. Very organized, very helpful and trustworthy. Even the vendors have nothing but nice things to say about Steve.

Extremely pleased with the outcome. The HPM team was extremely responsive during the entire project. As delays were encountered from outside the project (i.e. permits, utility shut offs/ons, etc) they were able to continue moving the project forward by working on other tasks when possible, minimizing the overall impact. Their flexibility was further evident as we (the homeowners) dealt with a wholesale club and supplied a significant amount of the materials needed to rebuild the house. In addition they were able to utilize a lot of our existing structure as they blended in moldings, sheetrock, cabinets, etc. Problems were resolved quickly and with little or no impact to the project. They were always willing to listen to our concerns and make adjustments in the plan when necessary. HPM's staff is very knowledgeable and personable. A pleasure to work with.

Steve Miele and his crew are top notch. They remodeled the entire top floor of our house and did a wonderful job. We always have people stopping in front of our house to take a look and admire the finished project. Steve was so easy to work with, the project was fairly priced and the timeline was right on target. We have had no qualms recommending Steve to other people.

Steve has worked in my house for seven years. He has completely redone my entire house. He did my wood floors, built a full bar, did all my molding, a coffered ceiling in my dining room, redid my kitchen, built a cabana with bathroom, and an additional two car garage. I cannot say enough wonderful stuff about Steve and HPM. He, and all of his trades, are honest, fair, reliable, and do great work!! I will continue to use HPM for all future work

We had a fantastic experience with HPM. Last fall we needed to get our daughter's townhouse remodeled, beginning instantly and finished in 8 weeks. Steve of HPM cautioned us that he might not be able to make it -- he had other work in progress -- but he would try. In fact he finished 2 weeks early. His subs' craftsmanship was excellent. Business arrangements were clear and fair, with payments due as various sub-tasks were completed. And everyone was most helpful. When for example we had agreed to provide the flooring materials, Steve and company were willing to educate us on what to look for when we went shopping. Overall we could not have been more pleased.

We have used Steve Miele & his company to put in a new kitchen in my house. He does outstanding work! In addition, I used him to finish my basement after I had some mold remediation work done. He replaced all of the sheetrock & arranged for a crew of painters to come in & complete the job. Steve is very thorough, and takes care of all the details. When he says he will do something, when, and what it will cost ---you can take it to the bank!! To give an idea of his committment, on Super Bowl weekend a few years ago, on that Friday my wife & I came home form the movies & i happened to go down to my finished 'mancave' and heard a dripping sound. Water was all over the place. What a mess in my newly finished basement! That night, about 10pm, I called Steve to get his help. He was on top of it immediately! We wound up turning the water supply to my house off, til we figured out where the problem was. On Super Bowl Sunday, Steve had lined up the plumber he uses (Mike Bellicose of Belly's Plumbing in Atl. Highlands) to come to my house in the morning to figure out the leak source, and fix it. It turned out to be a pin hole size break in a water pipe.As Mike Bellicose was leaving , I found out that he had about 50 people coming to his house later that day to watch the Super Bowl!! They both did not have to jump on helping me out on a busy weekend! By the end of the week, I had new sheetrock installed after things dried out, and the same painting crew came in to finish the job. Steve and his team are the best! Save yourself the hassle of sifting thru the myriad of options for home improvements/renovations --- give Steve a call & he will handle the rest!!

Steve managed the process of getting us back into our house after we were flooded by Superstorm Sandy. The extensive work included moving the furnace and AC from the basement to the attic, extensive rewiring, removal of the wet sheetrock and plaster while preserving the irreplaceable trim, installing a new kitchen floor, and many other repairs. Communication was great, we always knew what was going on and what it was costing. The price was very fair. He and his subcontractors did a great job, and the house is in better shape now than it was before the flood. When we hear about other post-Sandy repair experiences, we realize how lucky we were to have Steve looking out for us. Highly recommended.

Steve and his crew actually did work on my home twice--first, a total renovation on a bathroom. We loved the way it turned out so much that we had Steve come back to build an addition, a family room, for us. Steve and his crew are just the best--high quality work, attention to detail, and just so easy to work with! We always enjoyed having them at our home--really nice guys! I highly recommend hiring Steve if you are considering having any renovation/construction done--you won't regret it!
