Jon and Will have been great to work with on multiple projects in my condo. Two bathroom remodels, whole house painting, and the most recent a full kitchen remodel. They are professional, fast to respond with estimates and planning, as well as for any issues that come up. I would recommend them for any size job.

Greaves construction was wonderful to work with . They remodeled our master bathroom taking it down to studs and building it back up. The contract lead helped us hone in on questions that informed our choices of materials and style allowing us to really enjoy the final product. Every one was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would definitely use for future construction.

Jon was great. The work performed was excellent and it was completed relatively timely. He is always responsive and willing to meet at any time. Occasionally if you are not specific on what you want done or brand names you’d like, etc. then he will run with it. I recommend being specific and checking in at each stage of the project to ensure getting what you want. Overall our experience was great, and we definitely recommend the company.

This is the second project that Greaves has completed for us. Jon and his staff are very professional and very pleasant to work with. They kept us informed of the flow of the work and schedules of their workers as well as subs. We regularly reviewed the progress and were given opportunities for input as we saw how the build-out was unfolding in real life Since we were living in our home while the work was being done, we really appreciated how everyone cleaned their work areas at the end of the day and the construction materials and equipment were kept well organized and within their space. His year's of experience and knowledge of how the various related city and county departments function, is invaluable.

Greaves Construction made our dream kitchen become a reality along with other improvements throughout the first floor of our home including transforming our powder bathroom into an elegant space and making our upstairs laundry room much more functional. Jon the owner provides his quote with up front pricing with a breakdown cost per each line item which also shows his total markup for the job. Once the plans were completed Jon made a change to a structural beam related to a load bearing wall from the way that the engineer originally had it drawn up which turned out to be a big savings in cost for us. Jon who is very detailed oriented was involved every step of the way from start to finish and was great to work with. His employees are professional, courteous, and very skilled at what they do. He has a great group of subs and they all worked together as a team. They showed up each every day and Jon always followed through on whatever he said he would do. Jon was great about keeping us updated as to the progress of our project and what was coming next. Any questions or concerns that we had were always addressed. With most of the first floor being worked on we continued to live at home other than moving out for a couple of weeks during the demo and structural phase at the very beginning and again once the flooring went down. Jon always made sure that we were as comfortable as possible with all the work going on. We have two large dogs and Jon and his team were truly amazing with them which put our minds at ease while we were at work. Greaves Construction is truly an expert when it comes to remodeling. They take great pride in their work which shows in the finished product. At the completion of our project Jon brought in a professional photographer to take pictures of our home that he plans on using in an ad in a local magazine which we were honored to be a part of. We are so very happy with our new kitchen and with all the other work that was completed. What started out as a broken pipe turned into a remodel of our Mid Century Modern Kitchen. We took down half walls and created an open plan. What a beautiful difference!! Will at Greaves was professional, knowledgeable, knew all the right people, and worked very hard to give us what we needed. From the new tile throughout the great room to moving the water source, every detail was taken care of, including a small cosmetic issue that arose two months later! We highly recommend Greaves Construction for any work in the Tampa area. We are so happy!

Jon is the most prompt contractor I’ve ever worked with. There was never a delay in communication. He got the estimate to us when he said he would and when we accepted the estimate and sent in the deposit work began right away. His team was friendly and worked clean. It was obvious that they cared about the quality of work and had an excellent eye for details. They completed my carport and utility room repair quickly. I would definitely work with them again.

We were extremely pleased with the outcome of our renovation project by Greaves Construction. Jon and his team were very professional, on schedule, courteous and neat. Our project included the total renovation of 3 bathrooms, and a first floor make-over to include replacing the existing tile floor, updating the kitchen and enhancing the fireplace area. We split this project into 2 phases (upstairs/downstairs) There was an open flow of communication from design to material selection to on-site modifications. We are thrilled with the results.

The first project was our kitchen, and the renovation was so successful, we hired him to renovate our three bathrooms, including the master suite. Jon's professionalism and knowledge for this major remodel led to another successful project. He was patient and answered every one of our concerns with a quality solution. We are very happy with the way our entire home looks and most of it has been renovated by Greaves Construction.

Greaves Construction is great! They remodeled our kitchen this summer within the time frame estimated and made the experience fun and painless. Jon Greaves, the owner, is extremely patient, organized, detail oriented, and just a nice person to be around. His method of quoting expenses and keeping track of costs is very transparent. His crew is very polite and keeps the job site very clean. And most importantly, the quality of their work is great. After getting several estimates, we went with Greaves Construction because we felt we could trust him and his company's work; I'm so glad we did. I highly recommend Greaves Construction.
