Fairly large store with a decent selection of flooring. Despite having prices from a couple other stores they could not compete on the price of flooring and are short staffed. We were also interested in kitchen cabinets and spoke with one of the sales women, who turned out to be one of the 5 star reviewers on this site. That's tacky. We ordered some hardwood which we are going to install ourselves. Sales people told us to pick it up at the warehouse when we arrived at the store. Went to warehouse about a mille away and no one was there. Went back to the store and they said we could wait for him to come back or return another day. Waited 20 minutes and no show.

We went to Flooring & Kitchen Design not sure what we wanted and worked with Joe Posimato who recommended vinyl flooring for our lower level that was waterproof. The installers were terrific and we love the floor so far. It makes such a difference in the room. The flooring looks like an aged wood and is perfect. I highly recommend Joe as well as the store.

The folks at flooring and Kitchen design center delivered all that they promised and more. I had 4 quotes and they were initially in the middle of the pack. They negotiated down the price and together with great financing option they provided was able to compare favorably to the other 3 competitors. The work itself, part demolition/installation and part sanding/refinishing and staining of over 5K square feet of flooring was flawlessly executed. The team they put on the job was extremely experienced and worked efficiently and effectively through the 2 week project. We were are extremely pleased with the outcome as well as the journey.
