We ordered a custom, cultured marble vanity top. Patrick and Betty were very knowledgeable and were able to address the special specifications that were needed. Patrick was also able accommodate the installation of a unique bathroom faucet that was the inspiration for our renovation. This was the only business we sourced that was able to adapt our needs. Patrick and his team have been a delight to work with. Patrick is straight up, understanding and just a really friendly guy. I love the design he came up with for my bathroom, he even helped me find options so that I was staying in my budget. Unfortunately, due to a personal situation I had to cancel my reno. Patrick worked his magic and was able to return almost all of my items and is trying to sell off the remaining ones. He has been very supportive and I appreciate his help. In the future, I hope to have Patrick fix my bathroom. Thank you!

Betty did an amazing job of guiding me through my bathroom dilemma. She was patient and quite knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Betty took her time to explain to me the best options in troubleshooting the temperature of the water as I have gotten previous advice that would land me to a more invasive option. I needed to have my bathroom redone but I had a very limited budget. Patrick was extremely helpful in guiding me thru what was available in my budget range with the high end looks I liked. I now have a functional bathroom that looks great. All my “stuff” has a home and clean up is easy. My new shower stall is the best place to wash the dog. He can’t escape and I have two hands to do the job!!! All the work was done in a timely manner by wonderful people. I’m a happy camper

We decided to go with Elegant Bathrooms because we found Patrick and his staff very knowledgeable about our needs, our budget and his products. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. During the renovation Ian treated our home like was his own always cleaning up and keeping the area tidy. He always said good morning and asked questions about the placement of items if he was unsure. Any issues that came up were dealt with right away with solutions that made us both happy. Our bathroom was done on schedule. Patrick was easy to contact and was not happy until we were. Our bathroom is better than we imagined it would be. Elegant Bathrooms went above and beyond.
