Don’s company was recommended by a neighbor. We needed a master bathroom remodel. Don gave us a thorough cost estimate and timeline. His wife was a great help in selecting materials. Don was timely and cleaned up at days end. His work was excellent. Our finished bathroom was more beautiful and efficient than we ever expected. We expect to use him again next year to update our guest bathrooms. Strongly recommend his company.

Such a super experience! Don and Tracy Kendrick and their highly skilled team did a great job on our master bathroom (total) remodel. They were really efficient and paid attention to every detail. From the very beginning of the project, they held our hand through the whole thing and kept us on track. They genuinely and honestly care about your project and will do whatever is required to make it a success. They keep the workspace and access routes sealed off so well from the rest of the home and that really helps to keep disruption minimal. They kept everything moving and there really were no particular hold ups. The bathroom itself is gorgeous, Tracy is brilliant at helping select just the right things, not just because she has great taste, but because her experience in doing job after job has given her insight into pitfalls to avoid. Don is a super hardworking guy who’s a wonderful character and a pleasure to deal with.....we felt like they were personal friends by the end of the project!

Kendrick Remodeling did an outstanding renovation of my master bath, making it handicapped accessible with a special designed shower. It was a complete renovation of every detail. Kendrick was on time, focused and detailed oriented, going out of their way to minimize the Impact on my home and life. They also were extraordinarily clean, for which I am grateful. They went out of their way to make sure that this project was in keeping with the rest of the home. I plan on another renovation project, and they definitely get the nod!

Don and Tracy Kendrick remodeled my powder room, my laundry room and my master bath. The results were fabulous!! They are so attentive to details and we all know that God is in the details!!! The laundry room was totally reorganized with a beautiful tile floor and wonderful shelves to hold all my cleaning products, new lighting and hooks for all my brooms and mops. In the bathrooms, they removed soffits, replaced the old lighting and raised my vanities. With new porcelain, counters, plumbing and tile, they are so pretty. I am delighted.All of this work was done while we were out of town, so we didn't have to deal with the construction. They are wonderful to work with.

After interviewing several companies to remodel our master bath, we chose Don Kendrick. I have remodeled numerous properties over the years and this is one of the best experiences I've had. Don's attention to detail was beyond approach. We always knew what was going to happen and when. Every day after finishing, he made sure the work area was clean and vacuumed his way out of the house. He kept it so clean we were actually able to stay in our own bed (next to the bathroom) throughout the process. Tracy, his wife, was a jewel. She took me to several companies and helped me in choosing tile and quartz. Such a great pair to work with. If we decide to remodel in the future, Don and Tracy will be first on our list. Highly recommend.

Don and Tracy Kendrick remodeled our bathroom, and turned it into a shangri-la. They were a pleasure to work with - always on time, always thoroughly cleaning up after each day's work, met the timetable, and produced a beautiful bathroom custom designed. Every evening, we received a message from Tracy telling us what time to expect the crew the following day. And did I mention they were reasonably priced? This team is priceless.

We were very pleased with the master bathroom shower and tile remodel that Don and his crew completed for us. It was a highly professional job from start to finish. Don came by and after reviewing what we wanted done, gave us a detailed estimate with in a few days. Once we agreed on the estimate, he gave us a detailed expense sheet and a payment schedule linked to the progress on each aspect of the job. Don and his crew were probably the cleanest group of workmen we have ever seen. They put down mats from the entrance of the house back to the master bath and we knew they were done each day when we heard their vacuum cleaner running. The cleaned up each day and had drapes over the entrance to the bathroom to keep down the dust. We had them replace the tile around the tub and the separate shower enclosure. They installed a curbless entrance to the shower and redid the floor so that the water from the shower would drain properly. The entire process went very well and we love our new shower. Just as a side note, we have wall paper in parts of our bathroom and it surrounded the shower entrance. We had a few extra rolls of the paper but would not have been able to replace much of it. We didn't have to replace any of it as they did a very meticulous job of removing the old tile without disturbing the wallpaper. That was typical of the care and professionalism they displayed throughout the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some remodeling in their home.

I worked with Don Kendrick's company for two large projects over 2019, and would highly recommend them for any remodeling project you may be considering. For my bathroom, I had three contractors visit to discuss the project and submit estimates, and after Don and his wife (who assists as a designer) arrived, it was clear they were the team I needed. Don was knowledgeable and conscientious about every aspect of this complete remodel, while his wife helped with colors, materials, and choosing all the fixtures. The bathroom turned out beautifully. Later Don redid my front porch and constructed railings for both the porch and my back deck. Again, all aspects were professional and of a much higher quality than was probably even necessary. Trust me, if you need a project done at your house, you better call them now because all my neighbors have asked for their contact information.

Don Kendrick did a complete bathroom remodeling project for us. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was competitive. In addition, we would like to emphasize: (1) Excellent communication throughout the entire process. The project started on time and ran like clockwork. We always knew exactly what was going to be done the next day. (2) Helpfulness. Tracy Kendrick made the process of selecting tiles, fixtures and paint easy. She even offered to visit stores with us if we had wanted to do that. (3) Transparency. Prices for everything were specified in detail. (4) Cleanliness. No workday ended without vacuum cleaning and we had no dust in other rooms. (5) Fairness. An unexpected weakness in our floor required extra work in the middle of the project. The proposed price for the extra work, to which we could hardly say no, was completely fair.
