This was our first time undergoing a major construction project on our home. We couldn't have asked for a better partnership than what we had with John and Kate. From the moment they came to our house to bid on the job, John's openness and honesty was clear. We could tell he had our best interest in mind from the start. His ideas for layout of our kitchen were exactly what we were looking for. The design process was smooth with reliable and clear communication every step of the way. Kate's eye for design and finding what we loved was incredible. The construction followed very closely with estimated timelines. Even when unforeseen work came up, John ensured work was completed without affecting the schedule. All the work was professional and high quality. We love our new kitchen and couldn't have had a better experience.

John rescued us from a former contractors’ many mistakes, including compromising the integrity of the structure. In addition, John was the only contractor who offered suggestions that easily eliminated our having an unwanted additional roof/ceiling level in our kitchen area. I John cares!

Creekstone remodeled two bathrooms for us this past year. They have an excellent eye for design and brought fresh and stylish ideas to us while keeping within our Craftsman look and feel. In addition they are wonderful people to work with and deliver on budget.

John, Kate, Jeremy, and Jesse were a fantastic team and each was a pleasure to work with. From the initial proposal and scope, to design choices, demolition and rebuild, through punch-lists and the finished product, they were prompt and professional. Creekstone delivered what they promised and really was fantastic to work with all the way through. I would absolutely recommend them for any project - we are so happy with our new spaces!!!

From the first meeting to the project end, John and his team, Kate, Jesse, Jeremy and Mary were totally professional and accommodating. They came up with a great design plan and discussed budget so there were no surprises. The project involved transforming a dreary basement area into a beautiful living space. Creekstone Designs and Remodeling was an excellent fit for our family and our project. I give strong compliments to their ethical approach, professionalism, really easy to work with designer, and commitment to quality. Creekstone works really hard up front to make sure that clients understand costs and expectations. We had a terrific basement remodel and then decided to add on a few extra projects on our house. Creekstone was willing to work with us and carry their quality standards through to the end. We had been through a few bad experiences previously so I was particularly wary of another difficult process but working with Creekstone was easy from start to finish. They stayed on track with budget. They stayed on track with deadlines.

My experience working alongside with the entire Creekstone team has been fantastic. We've completed a number of various and unique projects that involved intricate tile installations and custom countertop fabrication and installation. The overall processes of the organization are near flawless. The designers and project managers are either onsite or in the showroom with the clients and myself. They are ready to answer questions, provide detailed layouts, and make sure nothing gets miscommunicated or misunderstood. I always couldn't wait for the next project with Creekstone because I knew it was going to be exciting, unique, and challenging. Most importantly after the project is completed the clients are always satisfied with the value and experience that Creekstone always strives to provide.

John and the Creekstone Design team created a new bathroom in our older home. The result was stunning. Creekstone does not shortchange the planning portion of a project and utilizes a project management website to keep in touch and move the project along. They listen carefully and were able to solve the inevitable problems that came up during the project. The materials they recommended and the lengths to which they went to find the right finishes made the difference in this project.

John and I worked together on a kitchen and family room remodel. Before bringing the homeowners to our showroom he did a preliminary visit. He asked specific questions which he knew would be important to this particular client. This visit saved his client time. John was present when the homeowners came in and helped answer questions about the project. This streamlines the whole process when everyone comes together. During the construction phase Creekstone was very organized and professional. There is always a hiccup in every job. When this happened and we were involved John was calm and fair, he came up with a plan. Things were taken care of so we could complete the kitchen the homeowners were looking forward to. In the end the kitchen and family room turned out beautiful.

Going into our first remodel project ever we interviewed several companies who said they were not sure how to remodel our 1980's bathroom due to its set up. Creekstone Design never had any doubts yet instead they were eager to accept the challenge and went above and beyond our expectations. Their attention to details in every aspect of the remodel was immaculate. The project was managed beautifully with a timeline that was kept. We were able to stick within our budget and very pleased with the outcome. Creekstone Design has a team of people that help from the design to the project management to the construction that each carried out their jobs on both a very personal yet professional manner. Any minor problems that would arise were quickly taken care of, By the end of the project we felt like the team was part of our family. I would highly recommend this company for your remodel needs as they will make your space something you dreamed of.

Creekstone did an amazing job for us! This was a really large undertaking - remodeling our 50s kitchen including removing 2 chimneys. For us, we had 3 really important criteria: 1. Quality of the work - certainly everyone wants beautifully done work - but you don't always know you'll get it. Creekstone's expectations are high. Their subs were all really good, and were also very professional. Whenever there was a small issue - Creekstone was great about taking responsibility and either fixing it or working it out with us directly. 2. Communication and Transparency - We aren't pros at this stuff, and ultimately you have to take a leap of faith with a contractor. Given that - we wanted clear and regular communication. And we wanted to really understand what we were spending - and what we would get. No surprises. We definitely got that with Creekstone - their Project Mgr that was onsite was incredible. They also pushed us to get our plans really tight - which ended up serving us well once the project started. They were always available, provided clear project plan updates daily, bringing unforeseen issues to our attention. But most importantly, catching things we could do better and always making sure we knew all our options. 3. Timeliness - This is a huge one. Creekstone runs a tight ship. I can honestly say they delivered on time - and on budget. They manage their subs and all the interwoven pieces of a project to keep it moving - even when we introduced something new. I would absolutely recommend John and Creekstone - and we'll be looking to them for any future projects we do.
