We really enjoyed working with Craig. We hired him to upgrade with custom windows, and hired him for a second job for even more custom windows. He helped us plan for our design, paying attention to our wants, and giving feedback on what would and would not work in our space. He is responsive, bids are accurate, and the work is professional. His crews are honest and I completely trusted them to be in my home when I wasn't there; the crew was careful and always shut the gate so my dog wouldn't get out. Cleanup was completed daily and debris promptly removed. Craig was easily available via text, phone, or email. I absolutely recommend Central Texas Homebuilders.

They replaced siding and caulked and painted the outside of my house this summer. They did a great job and made sure I was satisfied after each process. Working with Central Texas Builders was a pleasant experience and I will call them again when I need more work done.

We purchased a piece of property that had 2 houses on it one from 1973 the other from 1983! Craig came in gutted both home to the studs and remodeled them! We did the small one in the coolest turquoise coolers and wood floors turned out amazing! The big house is in Greyson and it turned out amazing! Will be using again! Fantastic work!

Craig, owner of Central Texas Builders, was wonderful to work with. Gave a very detailed quote (unlike all the others I got that were so vague, been there done that!) and he stuck by his quote. We didn't have very many change orders, if we did they were mostly at my request. He was on the job a lot, made a great effort to complete everything on time, but due to weather we got delayed a month, but that's not bad considering we did an entire house remodel. We were very happy with his work and commitment. He never got upset (unlike other contractors tend to do when you disagree with them or when it gets towards the end of the job), he remained professional the entire time! We truly appreciated that. I loved working with Craig and would definitely hire him again, should we ever decide to do any more remodeling. I felt comfortable with Craig the first time I met him and went with that feeling, glad I did! Some of the other contractors actually got upset and told me I'd be sorry for not hiring them and that they'd do a better job, but their attitude made me glad I didn't hire them. They had quite the temper and as I said I've dealt with that kind of contractor before, not good. Thank you Craig!! (sorry the review took so long). We finished the project at the end of September 2016.

Craig and his team are the best. Our home was hit by a micro burst. It tore a section of our roof off. We had extensive water damage to the inside of our home. Within a week Craig had a new roof on the house, and started all of the interior work!!! Some of the work included removing and replacing windows, Sheetrock, carpet, and replacing linoleum. Craig was extremely professional, fast, and delivered quality work!!!! Craig thanks again for making our home a home again... We will always recommend you going forward!!!

My kitchen remodel was a success! Craig is very professional. His sub-contractors showed up when promised and cleaned up when complete each day. I have to put in a good word for his electricians as they are outstanding! Craig promptly handled issues as they arose and is easily reachable by phone, text or email. With my first major project on my house. I was a little nervous. After getting several bids and project ideas, I chose Craig and his team. He started his project on time, the team did was respectful of my family and neighbors, and the work area was clean after every days work. They completed the job 1-2 weeks faster than other bids. The work performed was solid. When I did raise a concern, the team was back out and corrected the issue....no questions asked. Craig and the Central Texas Builders and Remodelers have completed several jobs for us at 2 different houses over the past few years. Recently, they built a screened in porch for us. The quality was outstanding and the cost was reasonable. We are very pleased! We highly recommend Craig and will use his services again.

Central Texas Builders and Remodelers provide A+ job from start to finish! We contacted / hired Craig to add double glass doors to our formal dining room. The challenge was that we wanted to preserve the details and lines of the existing archways. Craig responded promptly with his estimate and timeline. Once approved he had his crew starting the job the next work day and was finished with in a week! He provided a crew of knowledgeable craftsmen for every stage of the project: framers, drywall, and painters. The framers checked for level and square frequently. The drywall flows seamlessly and matches existing knock down texture perfectly. And the painters were very thorough with prepping, sanding, priming and sanding again and painting all the details and trim. Each morning the crew started with prepping (protective paper and tape) the work area. The each afternoon they swept and wiped clean the entire area of any construction dust and debris and picked up any trash materials before leaving for the day. The crew were always knowledgeable, efficient, clean and courteous. The real test of a quality job is that few people remember or notice that the doors were not original and we were able to keep the arch details. This job turned out just as I had hoped.

Central Texas Builders Remodelers added 2 bedrooms to our existing house. This was no small job from the foundation to the roof to the final paint and carpet. All I can say is thank you to Craig for an outstanding job and a very pleasant experience. The rooms look beautiful, the sub-contractors who did the work took quality seriously and I could not believe how quickly this all came together. If you place value on your hard earned money and peace of mind I would seriously recommend using this company.
