Caroll-Ann Bainbridge is supremely professional, extremely knowledgable, highly creative, and very well connected. Caroll-Ann guided and advised us on interior decor needs following our completion of a major renovation of our bungalow home. She primarily assisted us in selection of our furnishings and window coverings. We were interested in custom furniture and Caroll-Ann utilized her industry connections to help us find the furntiure design firm that suited us best, and then assisted us in selection decisions. She provided us with alternative ideas on things like furniture styles, and upholstery colors and patterns that gently took us out of our typical mode of thinking. As a result, we believe the furniture related decisions we made were awesome. The same holds true with our window coverings - very stylish and well coordinated with the features of the renovation as well as working with a supplier that was exceptional in quality and installation. We had some minor issues with one piece of furniture and Caroll-Ann was extremely helpful in working with us and the supplier to find a proper resolution. Carroll-Ann continues to connect with us periodically on accent items that she thinks might fit our home and our tastes, which we truly appreciate. We have been working with Caroll-Ann at Caroll-Ann's Interiors since 2009 on various projects. My wife and I contracted Caroll-Ann`s Interiors to update our 12 year old kitchen in our Discovery Ridge home. We initially wanted to just have more storage space and better countertops. Caroll-Ann and her cabinet designer were able to help us through the initial concept and determine some options and limitations. After thorough look at what was there and what needed to be done, we also had a look at the area around the kitchen that would be affected. We decided to not only rebuild the kitchen, but also add recessed lighting to the entire main floor, redo the ceiling and refinish the main floor. Throughout the process Caroll-Ann provided honest advice that had our concerns in mind. She organized and scheduled the plumbers, electricians, drywallers, tile setter, floor refinishers, and cabinet makers. As always there were some scheduling changes with the tradesmen, but Caroll-Ann was diligent to keep us updated and solve the problems before they became a concern. Her attention to details and problem solving ability were instrumental in the completion of this project. We have a well designed and beautiful kitchen, and a main floor that we will be happy to live in for many years to come. She is a professional, diligent and trustworthy designer that we all can trust with our homes.

Her years of experience are a huge asset in taking concept to reality and providing alternatives ideas where it makes more sense. Her input into our kitchen design was invaluable and the changes made to the original design gave us a room that is far more functional.
