BLP Renovations & Kingsley Kitchens is owned and run by Luis and Brenda Pernas, along with their son Leonardo Pernas. Luis has been working in construction and renovations for over 30 years, taking pride in providing customers with a top quality service. Brenda is our design expert and will be assisting you in designing your renovations, as well as informing you of the products we have to offer. Leonardo is our office manager and sales representative. THE PROCESS When it comes to our process, it all begins with a bit of curiosity. You may contact us via phone call or email and let us know what you are interested in. Then, visit our showroom where we can give you a one-on-one consultation to learn exactly what you want and to show you what we have to offer. Afterwards, you can schedule a convenient time for us to visit your home to take measurements. Once the measurements are complete, the design is then created. If necessary, changes can then be made. From that point, it is up to you. It's that easy!
