I highly recommend Greg. He listened closely to what I wanted and paid attention to my budget throughout the project. If I had questions or concerns, he was quick to address them. His crew always cleaned up at the end of the day and I trusted them to be in my house. I'm very happy that I hired them.

Expansion and Addition of Second Story on existing garage for a 700 SF ART STUDIO. Work included all trades , as well as installation of antique , exposed ceiling beams, studio quality lighting, hardwoods, etc Work done to an excellent standard. Stayed in budget. Greg a pleasure to work with !

Met with owner Greg Simmons, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Greg took the time to understand our needs, and created a pricing structure to accommodate. Even though we didn't move forward with the construction, I would definitely consider Black & White Construction for any future residential projects.

Greg Simmons was very easy to work with. He and his crew were efficient and they finished my bedroom and bathroom addition way before we expected it to be completed. The finished product looks like it has always been there. Fantastic job!

Gregg Simmons owner of Black and White Construction was absolutely incredible - our house flooded and Gregg and his great team went above and beyond to save the day. They created superb solutions to every problem and the results were beautiful. Highly recommend Gregg and Black and White Construction!!!

Partial remodel of a 1939 Georgian home in the Southgate neighborhood in Houston. Work included partial remodel of two bathrooms, install of a new tankless water heater and solar attic fan, install of a full deck in the Attic, new concrete walkway, 2 new doors, hardwood floor install in the kitchen , etc. Work done to a very good quality standard. Excellent communications with Company Owner Greg Simmons, who was a regular presence on the job site. The 2 month project completed on schedule, at end-January 2016.. Would highly recommend Greg and B&W for similar projects !!
