Super job with countertop installation and installation of owner new appliances. Professionally done in all ways. Service technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Artisan Kitchens and Countertops renovated our laundry room, matching our existing kitchen cabinetry and trim perfectly. They also replaced kitchen baseboards and made other kitchen modifications. The craftsmanship was excellent, and finished quickly. They left all work areas perfectly clean, which was very important to me. I’d recommend Artisan to any homeowner considering kitchen and/or bath renovations.

We partnered with Artisan Kitchens & Countertops to serve as our contractor on a master bath and bedroom remodel. Our shower had slowly leaked for years and the original builder-grade cabinets had begun to delaminate. It was time for an overhaul. We met with the VP of Operations to evaluate our options and he suggested some minor structural modifications to our bathroom in order to open the floor plan. Over some weeks of planning and 3-D modeling with their designer, Shabree, we settled on a path. After working through the detailed and written Scope of Work (SOW) we divided the procurement duties into those we would perform and those that Artisan would handle. We chose to do most of the demolition work and scheduled Artisan to take over where we stopped. Steve was the lead craftsman and his long history of various trade skills fit the job ahead. The Artisan Team flexed with us as the job progressed so that arrival and departure times meshed with ours and progress discussions with us became a part of Steve’s daily close of work. The entire project, took place over 45 days and included Artisan doing a minor wall adjustment, replacing the lavatory sinks and cabinets, creating a new and relocated custom shower with fixed and handheld heads, installing a new Japanese soaking tub, laying a new EVP floor throughout the MBa, MBr and closets, installing upgraded lighting, replacing fans and installing a ceiling-mounted heater, making adjustments to HVAC, electric, and plumbing supplies and fixtures, strategic installation of several grab bars for aging-in-place purposes, and coordinating of tile and granite installations. We served as the painters for all surfaces and installed the new hardware for the door upgrades. Payments were divided into milestones of the project. We moved back into the rooms on schedule after an agreed upon punch list was completed. The quality of craftsmanship was very high, the value-added to our home and usefulness to us is clearly raised, and the attention to detail was obvious from the first meeting through final payment. My wife smiles every time she walks into the rooms. Enough said.

We are extremely pleased with the work performed by Artisan in remodeling our kitchen. Arissa was very helpful in guiding us toward the look that we wanted for the kitchen ; similarly both Steve and Bear worked with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and consideration for our needs during the installation. Their skill and expertise were evident and the quality of the finished work met all of our expectations. Everyone at Artisan worked to ensure that all contract start and completion dates were met.

What a great experience working with Mark and Lisa to design, build, and install the kitchen, bathrooms, and downstairs bar cabinetry and countertops !!!! Mark had some great ideas on layouts and products to use. The Quarts and Granite countertops came out tremendous. I really appreciate the great experience and the overall professionalism. We are loving our new kitchen, Artisan worked with us to make sure we understood what we where getting and when things where going to be completed. There was a mixup in the size of the tile we wanted and they replaced it without any question. Let them give you an estimate I am sure you will be happy with them.

Although we didn't go full custom, there were a couple of items which needed to be custom made. The quality of the work was excellent and matched perfectly. Mark was very professional and I'm sure worked a little magic to ensure we got the kitchen we wanted. Everyone worked hard and with as little disruption as possible. We are more than happy with the final result and will definitely be recommending this company in the future.

We had a great experience working with the Team at Artisan Kitchen and Countertops and Fairway Home Services (FHS). From the initial phone call, to the estimate, to the completed project, Artisan and FHS are 100% customer focused. FHS completed a $50,000 basement remodel on time and on budget. (No easy feat when we made some changes mid project.) The craftsmanship throughout the project was Superb and the attentiveness of the Owner and Project Manager was first rate. Additionally, the experts at Artisan Kitchen and Countertops did an equally Superb job designing/laying out the cabinets and countertops. The compliments we have received on the overall project and specifically the locally made oak bar are too numerous to count.
