ZERO stars!!!! They installed Quartzite countertops in my kitchen and had no idea how to seal them!!!! Eight days after installation I had a product overnighted and sealed them myself! It was not only aggravating but terrifying. I was afraid to put anything on my $12K counters for fear of staining them. My advice is to stay away from this company if you're installing Quartzite!

It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this business and has delayed our home renovation by over 6 weeks.They scheduled to template our counters 12/13, but blew off our template appointment.We called an hour after their show up time they said they weren't coming, rescheduled for 12/17 and pushed the install until 1/3.They came 1/3 with 2 out of 3 pieces, and on 1 there were a few imperfections.We said we were missing a piece which they said they would get out asap and would send someone out to look at the remaining issues.The owner Marco and the templater came out 1/11 and met my mother-in-law, and told her we were out of luck and measured the missing counter piece for the 2nd time so it could be brought back out.On 1/12, I asked to have Marco call me to discuss what they saw since I couldn't be home for the meeting and was told he would call me.On 1/13 I followed up to say I still had not heard from Marco. I got a follow up on 1/14 saying Marco would call me that day.Later that day I was told Marco wasn't coming in and I would hear from him Monday 1/17.I got busy and didn't call back until 1/19 to say I hadn't heard from Marco.I was told the office had come down with Covid and Marco would now call me Monday 1/24.I called first thing 1/24 and spoke with Bill(the original templater) who reiterated we were out of luck on the issues they came over about, and even though we were unhappy, it was what we had verbally agreed about and they weren't replacing the tablet. When I asked about the entirely missing piece, Bill said he had to speak with Marco before he could say. I called back later in the morning and Marco was still not in yet.I called back at 2 PM and Bill was very short with me and said Marco was still not in and didn't have an answer.I reiterated our project had halted and our contractor was unable to bring in his subs until the missing counter at least was brought in, he responded "okay" and hung up the phone.I waited for a response and on Weds 1/26, wrote a very in depth email including our conversations, pictures of the imperfections and sent it to the original salesman Chuck since I was unable to get a reply from anyone else.Chuck acknowledged he had received the email, but no further response.On Friday 1/28 in the afternoon I called Chuck who agreed to come and meet me at the house on Monday 1/31.He came out Monday, reiterated we were out of luck on mismatching corners, but that the other imperfections would be resolved when they brought the missing counter piece.He then measured for now the 3rd time and said the piece would be brought mid to late the following week as we were behind a big project. I told him this was unacceptable and we had already been waiting a month but nothing changed.I followed up 2/9 to find out when they were coming to find out we were pushed back again.2/15, 6 weeks after the install date they brought out our last piece.It was a different color and thickness than the other pieces, they said it wasn't

It is worth it to pay a couple hundred dollars more and go with a reputable company. The installers came, they were in a hurry. They installed our sink backwards. They were rude when I asked them to fix it. They scratched the new stainless sink all up. The counter top was put in crooked and seamed with a light color (when the countertop was dark). They left it in a completely unsafe shimmed condition with wood shims sticking out in several places. I spent hours fixing their shimming job and making the counter safe. They also got caulk all over the place. They placed the dishwasher on top of its water line which cut off the water and scratched up the top of my new stainless steel dishwasher. I complained, and they sent out the same crew who then reinstalled the counter crooked again. This time they bent my brand-new stainless-steel gas range. On the 3rd try the counter is reasonably straight. They said they would fix my appliances in a few weeks. After 2 months they called to schedule the repairs. Needless to say, we had already repaired our appliances. When I attempted to pay them online, they couldn't process an electronic billing statement from their system correctly.. They charged my bank account instead of my credit card for which I filled out and signed authorization. Then they started the process of putting a lien against my home even though I signed an authorization to charge my credit card, They were extremely rude when I attempted to resolve this issue. Stay away from this bogus company.

This company did not show up to the scheduled time between 1:00 and 2:00. I spoke with the office manager 40 minutes after they were meant to be here and she told me she’d call me back right away with Joey’s ETA. One hour later I still have not heard from her. Instead they put on their answering machine with a recorded message saying they were closed for the day. I’ve left messages and called back a few times and I’m still waiting for Candace to respond. This company has terrible customer service. I don’t know when my counter will be installed now. They are officially closing in 5 minutes. We had a very large renovation planned but they will not be our choice for the kitchen, three baths and laundry room. I’m glad that we tried them out on a small job first because I’d have been even more upset to have this happen with a $200,000 renovation project.
Update: The installers called at 6:30pm on Friday evening and wanted to come over to install the counter. They arrived with the marble we had selected, however, it had been cut in the wrong direction leaving the vein hidden under the sink and running vertically. We specifically asked Marco to cut it so that the vein would run horizontally from side to side in front of the sink. We selected this piece because of this feature. We are very upset. The installers told us to keep hold of the stone until Monday so that we could speak to someone since the shop is closed. Upon further inspection, the stone is scratched and there are chips in it. Nobody has called us and we still have nothing installed- we’ve paid for installation too!

One of the worst experiences I have had. Extremely poor workmanship and customer service. I hired Art Stones Design in Jacksonville, FL to install granite in my kitchen and bathroom. They installed the wrong granite and refused to take responsibility. I finally contacted one of the co-owners of the company and after quite a bit of back and forth, agreed to keep the granite in exchange for a discount. It took the installer multiple visits to finish the job because he kept making mistakes; installing a back splash over a mirror frame in the bathroom and leaving a chip and a crack in the kitchen granite. In retaliation for my complaints the installer left my house filthy. RUN, don't walk away from this company!

Company was curteous, professional, and easy to work with. Exceeded expectations on renovation of whole home, offering suggestions and solutions for everything we discussed.

THE STONE WAS CHOSEN AND YOUR REP SAID IT WAS PERFECT. MY SALESMAN PUT YOUR TOP INTO PRODUCTION AFTER THAT. IT WAS ONLY AFTER THE INSTALL OF THE TOPS, THAT YOU MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE STONE, YOU ALLOWED YOUR REP TO PICK OUT FOR YOUR HOME. AS FOR THE OTHER STATED ISSUES, THEY WERE ALL ADDRESSED BY MY CREW PROPERLY. IN FACT, YOUR KITCHEN RANGE WAS TOO HIGH AND WAS CORRECTED BY MY CREW WITH RAISING THE TOP UP A HALF INCH, AND TRIM WAS ADDED TO COMPLETE. YOUR MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT LEFT WITH THE BACK SPLASH OVER THE FRAME. MY CREW CUT IT, AND IT WAS LEFT CORRECTED. ID LIKE TO ALSO ADDRESS YOUR COMMENT MADE ABOUT MY CREW LEAVING YOUR HOME A MESS, AS YOU ARE ACCUSING THAT WAS DONE IN SPITE. MY CREW NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL DO SUCH AN ACT. WE ARE ALL PROFESSIONALS HERE. WE HAVE ZERO NEED TO ACT IN SUCH A MANNER. THANK YOU.
