Applause Repairs and remodeling did an Exceptional job remodeling our bathrooms. Mr. Ken Bada and his wife's expertise are the best in the business. Their professionalism is superb. They are very meticulous and have a very strong attention to details. They listened to our specifications and made a very informative suggestion/ideas on every aspect of the project. Cleanliness is also topnotch. They made sure that the working and surrounding areas are free of clutter on a daily basis. Every materials they used are well explained and of high quality. We are very pleased on the high quality job they did on our project. We highly recommend Applause repair and remodeling and will definitely would love to have them on any future projects that we will have.

After a disastrous attempt at a bathroom remodel, we hired Applause to fix the mess left by a previous contractor. Kenneth and his team were so friendly and courteous. They did a fantastic job, not only fixing the previous mistakes, but also leaving us with beautiful bathroom. So much in fact, we decided to hire them again. They do a great job from demolition to clean-up. I thoroughly trust and highly recommend them.

Kenneth and his team did a wonderful job on our master bath project. They work clean, are very knowledgable and reasonably priced. They changed out our older tub, installed a new one (including building a new frame and cement work to make it fit), installed new fixtures in bathtub and shower. They went above and beyond when the correct parts were not sent with the new shower head and got the entire project done in a timely manner. They also installed new faucets in our upstairs bathroom which look great! Couldn't be happier to their attention to detail and timely outcome.

The quality of work performed and the professionalism of Applause was Excellent. My 1985 home presented many structural and dated problems to overcome. Kenneth's problem solving skills lead to goals being accomplished (within a tight budget) on a daily basis. His attention to detail was dependable and accurate, but what set Applause above all other contractors I have encountered was the cleanliness and neatness of the work environment on a daily basis.

His integrity is a definite plus - he's fair, reasonable, always on time, and makes sure that you are completely satisfied with the completed work. If/When necessary, he recommends only qualified and top-rated contractors (i.e. licensed plumbers, fabricators, etc.). I will continue to call Applause Contractors for all of my remodeling needs.

Ken and his staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. The contract was to change the floors but by the time they were done our house had been completely transformed. The attention to detail in the finishing is what sets them apart. Ken truly is gifted with the vision to not only see potential in an old house, but he also had the talent to bring it to fruition. I’m very grateful and glad to have used him.
