Advanced Kitchen & Bath Design

I hired Advanced Kitchen & Bath Design to renovate a master bath. The contractor breached his contract by walking out and leaving the work unfinished and in an unsatisfactory condition. The contractor installed 15 chipped tiles in the shower and on the floor, failed to mix grout properly resulting in multi-colored grout, used an unlicensed plumber to cut a hole that was too large for the shower fitting, forcing me to use hardware that did not match the shower hardware and was not to my liking, underestimated the amount of tile needed twice costing me hundreds of dollars in freight charges and causing me to alter the design I had chosen, midway through the project. Grouting and caulking was sloppy and has already cracked in numerous areas. The shower came out of the wall the first time I used it.

Very dependable. Listens to client's needs very well and a pleasure to work with. I am going to continue to rely on John and his team of experienced professionals for my needs at my new house as well.

The project started on time. The work was done with respect for my home. The work was done with only minimal flaws, which they offered to correct. The project took longer than was estimated. The work was completed for the estimated price.

Work was kept on schedule. We were continually kept informed of timelines and plans. Working with Advanced Kitchen and Bath Design was a pleasant experience. We would definitely use them again.
