Troy and his team did an excellent job on 2 bathrooms 2 years ago, and my kitchen 8 years ago. I still love my kitchen/bathrooms and it has been almost 10 years now. I'm so thankful for all the suggestions Troy made that made my remodel timeless and done professionally. Not only is Troy and his team punctual, honest, conscientious, and detail oriented, he stands by his work and will follow up with questions long after the job is complete. We had a plumbing issue (unrelated to their workmanship or products) that happened several years after the project and Troy and his team came over ASAP to assess the problem. I would highly recommend AC Home Design if you want your renovations done right and to stand the test of time.

We commissioned AC Home Design to update our kitchen in preparation for selling our house. Our kitchen turned out great and was a key selling point. AC was sensitive to our tight timeline and delivered on time and on budget. Everyone from AC was a pleasure to work with, especially Kevin, the owner. AC's workers were very respectful of our home while working in it, which says a lot about their professionalism. We invited them back to work on our new house!

Kevin and his team remodeled our kitchen and our hall bath and they did a great job on both! The guys who did the work were very professional and always cleaned up before they left for the day. I get so many compliments on both rooms and especially on the custom seating area Kevin built for the kitchen. We recently had an issue with our shower and AC Home Design responded quickly and remedied the situation at no cost to us. I've recommended Kevin to many of my friends and I will continue to do so. And I love his support staff!

We hired Kevin and his team to redesign and renovate our kitchen as well as update the remainder of the downstairs with changes to the fireplace, hardwood, and trim. We had put off renovating for so long because we knew it would be messy and we would feel completely displaced. Now I wish we had done it so long ago! Kevin's team was efficient, respectful of our home, and very easy to work with. Plus they were on time and on budget. I've heard horror stories about contractors but AC Home Design lived up to their reputation of excellence, down to the last detail. The end result is everything we wanted! Troy, Kevin & the AC Home team finished our basement & did a wonderful job. 4 things we loved about AC vs other contractors we've used - 1) attention to materials & finishes used. wonderful suggestions on themes, colors, materials. great demo workshop to go see ideas. 2) the design work by Troy was fantastic. great suggestions, 3D models really helped see it. 3) quality of the contractors was top notch - drywall finishing, tile, carpentry, granite, even unseen wiring & plumbing. 4) stayed on time, kept us up to date on scheduling. Turned out great.

We had our basement finished, and utilized AC Home Design for completion of the project. Troy and his team were outstanding! They were friendly and respectful, assisted with design layout and suggestions, and were quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. The project was very reasonably priced and was completed within the projected timeline. All workers were respectful of our home, even laying down mats so they would not track anything in, vacuuming, and cleaning up the construction area after each days work. Kevin and his team were amazing! They helped us rebuild our lake house after a fire. Kevin and his crew were extremely professional and timely down to the last detail. Kevin was crucial in achieving the rustic/industrial feel we were hoping to create with a custom light fixture and barn wood accents, all within our budget. In addition, we absolutely love the custom dining table he built for us! We could not have been any happier with the building process or the end result! We truly feel blessed to have worked with Kevin and AC Home Design.

As first time remodelers we required a lot of help when we decided to remodel the entire first floor of our home last year. From the design concept to completion Kevin guided us through the process and was so helpful with questions that needed to be answered and any issues that needed to be resolved along the way. The AC Home Design crew was amazing to work with. The team members took the utmost care of our home when they were working here. They were always prompt, courteous and cleaned up the entire work area at the end of every day. It made living in our home through a remodel that much easier. We also employed the help of AC's design consultant, Mary. With Mary's help we were able to coordinate choices for the finishes we wanted in each room. From tile choices, to cabinet hardware and paint colors she made what can be an overwhelming amount of choices a breeze. We have already hired AC Home Design again for a remodeling project this year.

We remodeled our kitchen last year. This was our first home renovation of this scale and we talked to several contractors before selecting Kevin Bagdley/AC Home Design. Kevin and his team did an awesome job. Kevin has been doing this for a long time and his experience really showed as we went through the process. He was fair in his budget estimate, gave us great options when we ran into issues, kept us on track from a timeline and budget perspective and the crew that was in our house was respectful and great at what they do.

AC Home Designs took care of an issue subsequent to our bath remodeling project. Kevin is to be commended for his personal attention to the matter which was completed to our utmost satisfaction! Customer satisfaction is paramount with this company and they did not disappoint - give them a try!

We used Kevin and his team to have our kitchen and family room done. We could not be happier with the job they did. The entire process was smooth. They were right on time and no surprises in the budget. We have our dream kitchen!

Kevin Badgley and his crew are truly amazing. We put all our furniture in storage and moved out so they had free reign of the house. This is what they accomplished in 5 months: remodel of 3 bathrooms, including a master ensuite, full kitchen remodel with quartz countertops, and including installation of all new appliances and induction cooktop, remodel of mud/laundry room, addition of built-ins and a cooled wine room in the basement using reclaimed wood, revamp of all lighting in every room, including cans lights, indirects in the kitchen, dimmers everywhere, etc. They took off an old-style mantel in the family room and replaced it with a more updated version using reclaimed wood, and they installed new cabinetry to match. They also put in a sliding door where a bay window previously existed, and extended and rebuilt the deck with new cedar and black wrought iron railings. They replaced the bannister in the foyer with new posts, rails, and wrought iron newels, and replaced all interior doors as well. We also had every window and exterior door replaced, all new wood flooring installed upstairs and down, and had 2 new water heaters put in. Kevin took care of everything and worked with all the companies to make sure it got done correctly, and he replaced all the trim around the windows and doors when they were done. Kevin guided me about every decision, and he just seemed to know exactly what would work when choosing tile colors, wood flooring, cabinetry, backsplash, sinks, faucets, hardware, lighting, etc. He even helped me choose the paint for every room in the house. He has an amazing eye for design and is instinctive and innovative in all his ideas . My husband and I truly love everything, and wouldn't change a thing. And the crew are all top notch and very nice people to work with. Our neighbors even commented on how polite, neat, and quiet they all were. They were all knowledgeable about their craft, and detailed in their work. Kevin's assistant was also nice and very helpful. Best of all, it all came in as close to on time and within budget as possible. We couldn't be more happy with the result of this project, and would highly recommend AC Home Design.

After interviewing a couple of contractors to renovate our entire 1984 California Ranch home, we fell in love with Kevin and his entire AC Home Design team. He listened intensively and provided excellent feedback during the walk-through. During the 16-week project we came in on time and on budget.
