Since our mother is homebound, they came to the house, bringing pictures and samples of materials, fixtures, and colors and allowed her pick what she liked best and suited her needs. They worked diligently with us on the layout of the bathroom, how it would work best with her physical capabilities and the space limitations. They even provided financing options to meet our needs. Their talented and professional staff worked with us, remotely as we live and traveled out of state, and directly with our Mother throughout the entire process, ensuring she felt safe, respected and part of the remodel project. The bathroom came out beautifully! Ben and Edgar were always available for me and helped with problem solving. We retiled our tub, redid our shower and got gorgeous new porcelain floors. They also did all of the electrical and plumbing in the bathroom!

We called Smart Homes, inc a week before heading out of the country. Benjamin showed up the same day we called him and started the job the next morning. He did our exterior paint that HOA required. We had a leak in our bathroom too and and Benjamin was able to fix our leak, the walls, put in dry wall to fix the holes in the wall, primer and matched the paint perfectly. It looked like there was never any damage. So happy with how quick everything was done. Benjamin was amazing to work with! Definitely will call him again for more remodels in the future.

Barry Tucker from Smart Homes gave me an estimate on the damaged FACIA board on my home. It was a good one and Barry was so easy to work with that I asked for an estimate on painting the interior of my home. I was hesitant to begin such a huge project, but Barry assured me that I would have their help from start to finish. It was amazing ‼ The painters delivered boxes for my packing before the weekend. When they came Monday morning, Barry had already been back to help me move the boxes I had packed. The painters were clean, quiet, respectful and very professional! They moved all my heavy furniture so carefully. They even moved my China cabinet when it was still half full without moving one item inside! They cleaned up after themselves each day. They worked in a mindful fashion so that as much as possible got done every day. The job that could have taken 5 or 6 days was completed beautifully in 4. Barry came frequently to evaluate and help pack or put back materials as needed. As promised, everything was back in place when the work was done. They even helped mount my pictures where they should go. I will recommend Barry and his crew anytime. I'm sure they will do a great job for you as they did for me.

I did some remodeling before in my life but Smart Homes is definitely the best company I ever dealt with! Eden was very helpful right from the beginning all the way to the end of the project. My kitchen remodel project was a bit complex because it was involving a removal of a load barring wall. I could see Edén had experience in that, he made me a 3D design , brought the architect to draw the plans and approve them with the engeneer, pulled the permit and supervised the entire project. One is just as important as the other and if either is lacking, the results will be less than satisfactory. The representative I dealt with Don Brants, made sure the job preformed for me had both 100%! He was very proactive in ensuring that the job was done correctly, properly and efficiently. My house is 4 bdrm, 2bth and 1700 sq ft and they repaired the stucco and damaged wood, primered and painted the entire house and did a minor electrical job all in a weeks time. When it was all done, it could have been on the cover of any contractor's magazine. Don is very courteous and professional and a perfect representative of this company and it showed all the way down to the crew that actually did the work, all very efficient,courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Smart Homes Inc for your contractor needs and if you are lucky you will be dealing with Don Brants.

Our guest bathroom remodel started with removal of a wall/door between the vanity and the toilet/tub. We also replaced all the wall and floor tile, tub, toilet, vanity, and light fixtures. Smart Home directed the overall project, brought in excellent subcontractors, and coordinated the permit/inspection process. The project went quickly-- a month from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent, particularly Cesar's tile installation. There were some communication gaps, which could have been helped if we'd put more details in the original contract. Overall, the work was beautiful and we're very satisfied.
