Poor responsiveness and delivery of products. Don't waste your time buying from this place (not reputable to call a business). They've lied about delivery of items and will not return calls or emails.

This company is a scam!! I gave a 50% deposit in March of 2022. It is Jan 2024 and I still have not received a door. Every month they say oh it’s coming in 2 weeks or the end of the month. I don’t them at this point after reading their current reviews. This is not a legitimate company! I have asked for a refund and so far have not even gotten a response. I’ve seen some people are taking this company to court to get their money back and may have to do that as well. I will update.

Door quality is terrible. Had the worst customer service experience I've ever had, (particularly Mike) strung me along with excuses about not shipping my door for 6 months. Now finally installed the door sweats constantly, and is rusting in several spots. There is NO thermal break in the door (which their site clearly states that there is one) and what little insulation is in it does virtually nothing. I have solid ice on the frame after less than 24 hours below freezing Temps. Plus the door is not the size advertised, unlike every other door for sale this seller measures from the outside of the frame, not the actual door opening. Stay away from this company.

Hello I hate to write this review but I am being totally honest. This is my last resort because I can't seem to get a resolution. I will start from the beginning. I started talking to Arthur from Precise doors back in November of 2021. He gave me a few quotes. I reached out to Arthur to say I wanted to buy a door but I was concerned about the reviews. He assured me that he would do right by me. I want to be honest I think Arthur is a good dude but the follow up has been terrible. I finally ordered the AVANT 65 x96 door on 12/30/21. It took a month for me to get my door. I live in the Nashville area and my door arrived here but the shipping company could not get it to me. I missed work 3 -4 times waiting on them to deliver my door. I reached out to Arthur to tell him what the shipping company was doing, he promised somebody would make it right. That never happened it just started being a bunch of finger pointing. They eventually sent a guy to deliver my door. It took 4 people including my self to get the door delivered even though I paid for Liftgate delivery, it arrived on a hot shot. The door was moved in my garage Jan. 25 and moved to my new house in June. I reached out to Arthur to let him know that I discovered upon opening the door that the handles were bent. He said no problem I will send you some new handles and give me a day to get the shipping and arrival timetable together. That was June 27th of this year. It has been almost 3 months and I have called the office numerous times and sent emails. I have even texted his cell, no reply just being ghosted. I told Arthur that I would write me review and be honest and I will give a company every chance to make things right. I could have written this review 8 months ago. I have have a house about to close and my handles are bent on my door and nobody cares.

WARNING!!! Stay away from this company. They don't stand behind their products. I received doors with several defects and was told that I'd soon be contacted to get the defects fixed. The defects include paint runs and miscut latch holes in the jambs. Anyone want to take a guess as to how difficult it is to fix issues like this on IRON doors??? Haik promised to resolve this over a month ago. It's clear now that Precise Iron Doors has zero intention to make good on their warranty promise. HAIK is one of the owners and is listed on here as a Manager. I've called HAIK approximately 10 times in the last 30 or so days. Haik has not replied to my calls or emails. He's deliberately avoiding contacting me and leaving it up to the very polite front office ladies to run cover for him....and yet Haik has time to come here and thank his friends for their 5 star reviews...I guess it keeps the racket going... If you aren't going to fix my doors HAIK, at least be man enough to call and say that. When this economy turns, companies like yours will go belly up...it's gonna happen sooner than you think. I quote from HAIK's profile above: "We are committed to providing the highest level of professionalism, service response, and quality workmanship." FAIL, FAIL, and FAIL ... unless you call ignoring customers "great service response" ... try again HAIK... Follow up...they finally responded and reworked the doors after I posted negative reviews online...of course, the first thing they wanted was for me to remove the negative reviews! Nobody should have to go through what I went through to get this company to do the right thing. Now I'm dealing with an issue for door handle parts that they are ghosting me on...it never ends...

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago. They had the door in stock which was the zeus wave design. They said it would take 5-7 days for me to get the doors and I must say, they were on the dot! The door I purchased was luckily in stock and I got it within a week to Florida! The door arrived and the packaging was amazing. Everything was boxed in a crate and my contractor was amazed on the quality of the door. He installed it with his crew and my house looks amazing!!

I've been delaying writing this review, but at this point things have gotten to such a ridiculous point that there's no other choice but to write it. Like many here, we ordered our door from Precise Iron Doors in June of 2021, with a promised 17-week lead time for a September delivery. It is now June of 2022, and we still don't have our door, 8 months past the original delivery date and a full year after we placed the order. The company does not proactively communicate and we had to chase them for an update every couple of months. The update is always - the door is stuck somewhere in the ports, and it's out of their hands. For the first several months, knowing the ports were indeed backed up, we were understanding and going along with it, but it's now June 2022, and we're seemingly no closer to getting our door than we were 8 months ago. At some point, they put up a tracking page for containers and started referring requests for updates there. Our batch #9 has been slipping every month like clockwork to the next month. You can sure of several things - taxes, death, and Precise Iron Doors' ETAs slipping into next month every month. Having lost hope with Patty, I tried contacting Haik, their GM, but he has not replied other than to ask for the invoice number (which he should have known all along, given the vast amount of communication and customer names being present in all of them). Some others have mentioned getting a discount for such unreasonable delays, but we have not been offered any, and Precise Iron Doors doesn't really seem to be concerned with how poorly they're executing. At this point, I am not sure whether this company is a scam, in financial trouble, or just inept at doing business on every level other than the part where they were happy to quickly take our money. Stay away and look for your doors elsewhere. I will update the review if the door ever shows up.

Do not ever order a door from this supplier. I order a door 7/21 and it is almost 10 months later and it has not been delivered. They have been telling me for 5 months it is still at the port in a container! Not only do I not have a door but I no longer have a client due to their delays.

I ordered two doors from this company on June 10th 2021. Paid a 50% deposit at this time as well. I was told that I should receive the doors sometime in October 2021 and that things were improving with their China manufacturing and might even see them as soon as the end of September 2021. Well, here we are today, and still no doors! My home construction is at a stand still waiting for these doors. The company made no proactive attempt to contact me and let me know that there were any delays. I have had to repeatedly contact them to inquire where my doors are, and they keep putting me off with the same excuses of delays. The doors are supposedly at the port waiting to be released for months now. Before that, they were apparently at sea on a ship waiting for the port for months. I certainly want to believe they are telling me the truth, but am losing faith. I have asked for better assurances ( any tracking information or dates ie. date that they were made, shipped, arrived to port, or anything like that ). All I get are further delays, and now a webpage that supposedly gets updated, but only has generic expected dates that is not updated in a timely manner, and when it is it is just further delays. So frustrating. If anyone has received doors from them recently, please share your experience. I will definitely update this review if and when get my doors or opt for a refund of my deposit.

Purchased doors, got the wrong ones AND damaged, now they won't call me back. Customer service is horrible. Don't buy here. I ordered months and months ago. They told me initially that they were shipped in late June to get to the US (Also told me that they were going to be made in Russia, but wound up made in China- I would not have bought them if they told me they were made in China, but that's another problem). They lied to me for a couple months and I found out on the bill of laden that they weren't even shipped until early September. I know things get laid up, but to lie about it for a couple months? That's unethical to start with. If they had just told me that they weren't even built and on the boat, I would have gotten them from a different supplier that could have met my deadlines. Instead they lied and lied and lied. Every single email for months. Finally I get them about 2 weeks ago. All fine and dandy, but they are the wrong color. I ordered dark copper color and they sent me flat black. They told me I was wrong, and asked for pictures. I sent pictures. (One below) Lots. They clearly show that they are flat black- if nothing else, I taped a piece of paper to them to show the contrast on close-up. Plus, the copper was supposed to have a slight sheen to resist dirt and fingerprints, but these show every single print and dust as a grey-white mark. No dirt hiding here. After I sent the pictures they asked for, they won't contact me. I've called over 20 times, left messages, sent emails and more. The receptionist knows my name well. Not a single contact. The excuse? "Haik is busy". No, only too busy to deal with a customer that needs support. Oh, also there is damage, caused before the finish coat. The metal mesh on the screen was evidently hit by a hammer or something prior to the final powder coating (of black, of course) and has a hole in it. They won't replace it, either. Again, ignoring me after my initial report. Besides that, mounting screws for the weather stripping were missing. The touch-up paint broke en-route. They won't send me replacement screws or more touch-up paint. Lastly, the touch-up paint is flat black. No copper color, nothing other than black. Even the chinese characters on the bottle and bag translate to "flat black". There are lots of companies making good quality doors with outstanding customer service. Buy from them, instead.

The purchase of an iron entry door from this business did not go through due to vague delivery timelines and unethical business practices. See my full review on Yelp in case Precise Iron Doors denies this review. The transaction was made in February 2021 and dragged on until June 23, 2021. They did not honor their part of the deal. Harry was good in the beginning but left me high and dry close to delivery time. Up to our last correspondence, he won’t admit that the reason why he can’t uphold his side of the deal was because of their own wrong doing that caused Wells Fargo to cut ties with them. This business made me lose money on: 2 HOA Approvals and Extension Fees Materials needed to frame the door They wasted my time. They opened a store branded credit card via Wells Fargo for me over the phone (which I found out later was not legal) and the open account is deemed useless because: Wells Fargo severed ties with them because they have not been complying with WF policies, yet Harry failed to let me know back in April that this was happening. Instead, he wanted me to pay for the doors upfront with my own credit card, not with the credit card I opened with them which I was told by WF that it was ready and open. Harry said he would reimburse me once he gets funded by WF, but said there was no guarantee that he would be funded, yet he can’t provide any proof of tracking documentation where the door was. In the same breath, he told me that he had someone else interested in the door I ordered if I wasn’t interested. I even offered to put a refundable earnest money deposit and said that once WF charges my account, he would return my earnest money, but he didn’t want to accept it I can’t attest for the quality of the doors coz I never received mine. But if you are considering ordering from this company, be forewarned about ordering doors that are not in stock, they will string you along for a ride. To add insult to injury, I let Harry know that I received the deadbolts from Emtek and I needed him to send me a pre-paid return label to return to him. His response? “Ship it back and I will reimburse you.” After all he put me through, he can’t even be bothered to create a pre-paid return label. I called Emtek and explained the situation, at least they were empathetic and said they would pay for the return shipping. It’s not about the shipping cost whether I will be reimbursed or not-it’s the principle. The way he handled the situation left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Looked at a lot of doors and after reading the customer reviews decided to buy form Precise Iron Doors. I wanted a front door that made a statement and thats what I got. Well made and functional. Everyone that comes over loves the look of these doors as do we. We also wanted garage doors but shipping was very expensive and because we live in a culda sak they would not deliver and we would have to go and pick them up which was out of the questions so we purchased local. There door are great though.
