I have been getting my doors from espitia since 2014 and have never been disappointed. Juana is great and Clemente is completely amazing and on the whole everyone in the shop really knows what they are doing. Doors are beautiful and professionally done, look awesome! Price is also very competitive

Ive been in business in Houston since 1999. I build custom built in cabinets. I was referred to Espitia's by a colleague six years ago and have been using them for all of my cabinet doors and drawer boxes ever since. Prices are reasonable and quality is great. Turnaround is about a week. It used to be three working days. I think it has allot to do with the graphics on their vehicles now. They are obviously doing something right. For the record, I've had numerous job orders and only once did a door not fit. I called and a new door was made.

BUYER BEWARE!! The worst experience of my 35 years in construction! It took Juana FIVE times to get the estimate correct; every single aspect of it was wrong even though my clients and I went into their "showroom". Once we got the order corrected, she over charged me on the initial deposit. The worst part was that it took them FOUR attempts to deliver the correct products. The materials were wrong, the counts were wrong, the sizes were way off, and the styles were incorrect! Customer service was non-existent and I was lied to repeatedly by everyone I spoke with. Filo Espitia (whose name is on the business as well as the business card they stapled to my brochure the first day) told me that he was just a delivery driver and couldn't help me. Then they charged the second half without my authorization ten days prior to completion of the order; we still went through two more remakes after they charged me! According to all of the estimates they sent me, the second charge is due at completion, but the invoice (that you will never see unless you demand a copy), states different terms. I was supposed to be issued a credit for the second half, but shockingly it never came. When I went back to the showroom, Juana lied to me again and said that she couldn't process the credit that someone else had to do it despite the fact that Clemente (the other owner) told me he would have her do it that day. We are currently filing a legal dispute.
