Had issues with the contractor doing the remodel. They allowed me to work directly with Arrow Glass & Mirror. I am very glad they did as there was a problem with the installation and I am sure the original contractor would not have handled it professionally as they seemed to have issues with admitting and fixing problems with the job. The problem was, the glass door for the shower had a pretty significant warp. When I called to report the problem, they already knew about it as the installers had already told them. I was told not to worry that a new door was already on order and would be installed by the end of the week. I did not have to follow up as I got a call in two days and was told when the replacement door would be installed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quick action. The rest of their portion of the project went perfectly and I am VERY pleased with the results. THANKS!!!!

I needed custom cut mirrors for indoors and outdoors. I had a hard time finding a company to accommodate my requests. When I contacted Arrow Glass they sent a very professional team to come to my house and discuss my request and to take measurements. I soon received a quote and I accepted. They were able to cut the mirrors in a short amount of time. Arrow Glass sent the same team to install the mirror. Again, they were very professional and did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Arrow Glass.

I was in the process of renovating a master bathroom and use them to fabricate some plate glass. They were very informative about their products and were willing to discuss strengthen design as a related to my project. Then results was a happy customer from my point of view with a superior product.
