Residential Maintenance Services Inc.

Residential Maintenance Services in Edmonton provides Property Management services to Edmonton homeowners. Whether it is a large renovation or a small remedial job we can always rely on Christina and her staff to provide us with excellent service. If there is a miscommunication on product ordered or delivery, it is always dealt with quickly. If we need a plumbing or electrical items rush shipped, we have never had any issues. We can always count on the team for excellent service.

By far the worst supplier on my renovation project. Every item that was ordered from Robinson was late, and when did arrive was broken, or incorrect. The items they have are beautiful, I just wish I could find them at another dealer. - Broken bathroom mirror (now back ordered) - I don't know when I am going to get my chandelier - wrong glass in my kitchen island pendants (after a long delay), again who knows when the correct glass will ever show up. The worst part is nobody can tell us when we are going to get our fixtures.. My contractor warned us to look for equivilent products at a different supplier, and I wish I had listened. My project has been complete for over a month, with the exception of all the BA Robinson items that were ordered in October.

Built a brand new home. In less than 6 months the tap in the main kitchen starting leaking and they are in the process of replacing the item BUT NOT the labour as this is there policy. This is just not satisfactory when this tap cost well over $500.00. I recommend when purchasing any items you know their policy. Salesperson was amazing with helping to purchase the best plumbing & lighting for our home.
