Good afternoon Ms. Moore. We feel this is an unfair review. We where not notified of a damaged product. You requested a regular return. We received your 2 fixtures. We gave you credit for 1 that was not broken. And notified you to contact the carrier for a credit one the one they broke. We held the product here for 2 weeks waiting for a UPS inspection. We where following the Houzz return instructions on this end. The product arrived smashed. We could not return this product for credit to the factory, because we were not notified it was broken. If we had of been notified we would have had you field scrap it an given instant credit with-out having to return it returning the pieces. Could you please consider removing this review.. Thanks Don
