I had an old decaying tree in my backyard that Tree Doctors removed. We had a small hiccup in the posses but Tree Doctors owners and managers where very quick to make sure I was happy and that the job was done to to my full satisfaction. I was in constant contact with a very professional and kind manager. The owners of the company went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Tree Doctors to anyone.

I had a tree infested with white flies, so I needed someone to remove it in a timely manner. Tree Doctors did just that. I sought out several companies online and they were by far the timeliest response with the best price. The owner was at my house that afternoon to give me an estimate. The manager came out with his crew the next day to remove the tree and all the debris they left. They were all so fast, professional, and knowledgeable that I knew I picked the right company for the job.

Great from start to finish. From the start, when I called, they picked up the phone right away and was very pleasant and professional. They came by the very next day for an estimate. They were able to work with my budget and got the job done next day. Their promptness was much appreciated because I had a huge limb that fell on my neighbor's tree and pushing their tree down. They cleaned up the area upon completing the work. Neighbor, tenant and I are all happy! Excellent company and I wish all companies were like this.

Excellent and timely customer service and communication. The crew leader during the actual work, was pleasant and helpful to speak with. The actual work was as described: fast, organized, and amazing to watch. All surrounding area were cleaned up perfectly. If you are looking for the best service and experience for tree removal and trimming look no further than this experience service. We thought their price was very reasonable as well, and will definitely use them again in the future, as needed.

We hired this company to prune a 50 year-old tree. We were quite pleased with the excellent service we received. The owner responded promptly to all emails, provided a reasonable quote and arrived on time. Most importantly, our tree looks great. All members of the crew showed an excellent knowledge of, and a great love for trees.

I requested a quote for some service at my home and the company was one of the first to reply. They were very attentive and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. The quote they provided was certainly in line or better than some of the others I received and they followed through with near perfection. They had to use a crane to get one of the trees out of our yard but the team did a terrific job of completing the job and making sure nothing was disturbed in our yard or our neighbor's yard. I would certainly recommend them.

I have a group of trees that are growing closely together, we noticed the branches of one tree were extending out and blocking the growth of the other trees. The other trees were looking lopsided as the branches were growing up instead of out. I called the tree guys to see if there was anything that could be done to help the cluster look better and to help the growth of the other trees. Adam was very knowledgeable and able to walk us through which trees would need trimmed. After we got the estimate, David and his team came out and got the trees trimmed. They even cleaned up after they were done! My little cluster looks so much better now and they advised that additional trimming may be necessary in a few years to help encourage growth in the right areas. I know who I’ll be calling when that time comes!

My twin blue spruces required some tree maintenance and called Tree Drs. I was given an appointment window ( 3hrs ) two days after my call. The crew ( Malcolm, Andrew, Matthew) arrived on time and introduced themselves and explained how best to tackle the problem. I asked many questions ( often) during their work and at no time did they appeared annoyed or frustrated. If anything they took time out and reassured me things would go as discussed.They did a GREAT job, looks neat and tidy. They cleaned up and left the site damage free ( no broken flowers/bushes). In addition I must mention that during the chipping process of the downed limbs, my 85 yr. old neighbor ( who just lost her husband ) asked me if the crew could chip some of her branches. Apparently they were left over from an "completed job" by a competitor she had hired a week earlier ( unfortunately she paid in advance). I had my doubts,asked anyway and it was "no problem " Thanks for stepping up Tree Doctors. Great work quality/professionalism. Special mention to Malcolm, Andrew and Matthew Thanks Guys

Mechelle from the Tree Doctors was very polite and friendly. She helped me order a load of mulch so that I could spread it around my house. It was surprisingly cheap, and they delivered it in a timely manner.

Wonderful crew. I had a dead tree that needed cut down, and two more that needed pruning. I called Tree Doctors and they sent Adam out to give me an estimate, and they quickly got a crew out to get the work done. Cory and his men showed up, and went to work right away. They did such a great job with everything, and they worked quickly. Within no time everything was cut and moved. This company is the real deal!

Fair price! When I first contacted tree doctors for an estimate I didn’t realize how much tree service cost. I’m on a budget so when I told Glen that I had to think about it, he was very understanding. After shopping around I realized that the tree doctors are actually the cheapest! I gave them a call and spoke to Mechelle, she agreed to let me use Glen’s original estimate for my scheduled project. Very understanding and professional service that I do not regret using at all!

My wife called and spoke with Olga at Tree Doctors about ordering some firewood for our house. She said Olga was very sweet with her, and that she gave her the best prices in the area. The crew that delivered the wood was very polite with me, and they stacked the wood very neatly right outside the door for me. It will now be very easy for me to get wood for the fireplace now. These young men were outstanding, and they were a great representation of the company.
