Peter KARDARIS is a very reputable business operator. Titan has completed two painting and drywall repair jobs for us over the past year and a half. The first job was a complete painting (trim and walls) of our lower level. Titans crew did a good job preparing the walls and trim to be painted and did a very nice job painting. The areas they worked in were very clean at the completion of the job. The second job was a collection of ceiling repairs. They repaired three separate ceilings in three rooms and the entire job was completed with almost no evidence that they had repainted, except that it looks absolutely beautiful. I’m 40 years in homebuilding and I am very pleased with the quality of the painting and drywall work and the price charged. I would highly recommend Titan Construction.

With a tight timeline to list my condo on the market - I needed the whole thing painted fast. The team at Titan did an amazing job and were able to start ASAP. They painted my 2 bedroom condo, trim, and cabinets in 7 days and it looked so much better. They even did some drywall repair where it was needed and were very flexible on what I needed.

Peter and his team are true professionals, simply an amazing team. I had major wall damage from neglect by a tenant of my home in Arlington heights, The plaster was severely damaged and needed to be refinished and then painted. WOW! was the first words out of mouth when I saw the completed project. All the walls were completely repaired with no evidence of any damage, they were brand new and the paint work was expert quality throughout the house, I mean beautiful. The other amazing thing about Peter and Titan is the customer service, my wife and I had a very specific paint color, brand and finish. Peter went above and beyond to exceed our expectations personally and ensured we got the color, brand and finish with no questions asked. Outstanding Job and I highly recommend the Titan team!!

Peter and his team did a great job painting my place and completed the work very quickly. The price was reasonable as well. They also went above and beyond and helped me finish a few things my contractor was dragging on related to my bathroom renovation. I highly recommend them.
