We are a small local business out of Round Rock, Texas. Having over ten years of experience has allowed us to open doors to so many new projects and people. We love what we do and hope you do too! Working with Santiago Home Improvement was actually a very easy and enjoyable experience. They were very attentive and showed up when they said they would and the crew keep the area clean all the time. The work included removing a window framing out a new wall to expand our bedroom. After the work was done-we were very happy and still are.

Santiago’s painted our living area, dining room, kitchen, hallway, master bedroom and master bath in one day! We didn’t expect the quick turnaround on such a large space and on top of that they did a fantastic job. It’s evident that their team has experience and works toward perfection. Would absolutely use them over and over again.

Santiago came out and painted my master bedroom and bathroom. Work was done quickly and for a very fair price. I had him come back the next day to restain my front door. Again, work was done quick for a great price and the door still looks good 4 years later. I would and will hire them again.
