We hired Painting in Partnership to refinish a wooden garage door and front entry door. They did such a good job with the finish and stain color matching, I had them return and paint the entire second floor of our timber over stucco Tudor style home. His crews were skilled, professional, courteous and efficient.

Years ago they did a specialty paint for my family room. Recently, we removed an installed cabinet which left a blank wall. My options were to repaint my walls a different color or see if what I had could be matched. I called Painting in Partnership and they came out to look at my project and took pictures. I was so surprised when I got a call telling me that they had the original directions for my project. We scheduled for 2 weeks later. The day of the project, they were on time and cleaned up when they were done. It is a perfect match, beautiful. Thank you.

We hired Mario Guertin's company to paint the exterior of our 110 year old house. He provided a 2 hour color consultation at the outset, which was very helpful. We picked our colors and talked about all the details several times before the work began. The painters, Walter and Jeff, were excellent. They were here every non-rainy day for about three weeks working on our house. They were incredibly skilled and did a great job. Mario kept in close communication throughout the project. We added several things that were beyond the scope of the original contract and everything was done exactly as we requested.

Painting in Partnership did an excellent job of bringing back a door that had been exposed to excessive sun damage. I also respected that they told me what was realistic in relation to the restoration of the door. I felt they had more expertise than other companies that bid on the job. They did a nice job of taking care to protecting the work area and cleaning up at the end of each day. I would recommend with great confidence.

Mario and his team of professionals installed Lincrusta in the foyer of my Victorian rowhouse in Chicago. From my first communication with Mario, I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He explained how to obtain the materials and - once they arrived - his team was swift to get the Lincrusta installed and glazed. Painting in Partnership did an meticulous job of restoring our Colonial Revival home's front door entry system which included stripping several layers of paint from the door and decorative millwork, making repairs where needed, and finally painting. The work was labor intensive but Jackie and Walter persevered and the results were truly amazing. The crew also stripped and painted several window lintels which were badly rusted. They look like new. We were so impressed with their work, their professionalism and the care they took when cleaning up, we're having them do interior work in the very near future.
