My first experience with MR Professional Painting services was as a homeowner about 6 years ago, since then i have recommended and applied their services to my own company. their work and dedication to their business creates a result of a clean and TRULY professional job.

When I called Robert, he immediately came out that afternoon to give me a free estimate. I was pleased that they could start work on the house the following day. Robert was very knowledgeable about paint and we discussed colors and brand of paint that he would use. Felipe and his crew power washed the whole house and prepared all the stucco, eves, soffits and wooden decorative trim, garage door, side patio cover, side iron fencing, iron gate, wooden gate, and two front shutters. All of these things were painted. They discovered severe termite damage on fascia boards and window trims, which they replaced. The crew is very professional, conscientious, and they take pride in their work. They cleaned up every afternoon and arrived on time every morning. My two-story house was completely painted and wood replaced in five and a half days. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. I appreciate the fact that they pointed out the termite damage to me so I could correctly repair the problem before it got any worse.

Robert Lopez, President of Mr professional Painting, was recommended to my wife and I by a local contractor who has done work for us in our home and who we trust very much. We needed to paint the outside of our home. I received three bids in total and Robert's was directly in the middle. He gave us some older references, and we asked why? His response was we should only ask people whom he painted years ago, to see how the paint job lasted. An unusual approach but right. What I especially liked was his explanation of exactly what he would do to justify his price and the time it would take. Our exterior window trim was not in good shape, and he specifically concentrated on this aspect of the job. The trim came out beautifully restored. He also adhered to his timetable and worked very closely with our landscape contractor who was doing some work for us as well. I recommended Robert to a neighbor, who used him as well.
