Because of our passion for painting, Karen has put a huge focus on training and development. She is an active member of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA), and is in fact one of only three painters in Colorado to be accredited by the PDCA. In addition, she attends numerous classes and seminars throughout the year to make sure that she is aware of, and putting into practice, the most cutting-edge techniques and styles. In addition to her own professional development, Karen also consistently trains her employees according to the PDCA Craftsman Procedures. This kind of investment in training allows for skilled consistency, as well as a focused and talented team.
