Growing up I was exposed to the real estate industry, my father was a realtor. It never failed every weekend it was mandatory that I accompanied him to his open houses. A key factor that I still remember was him advising his clients in ways to bring up their home value. A cost effective way to do so was to add a little landscaping and definitely a fresh coat of paint inside and out. I've been personally involved in the painting trade since the tender age of 16. I spent my time as a teen learning the trade from the inside out by starting at the bottom and working my way to managing jobs as a foreman. Upon graduating with a degree in business management I decided wholeheartedly to create Dan Madrid's Custom Coating. We employ a consistent staff of professional journeyman painters. Our pride in the finished products translates to complete satisfaction for our clients. We pride ourselves in the number of repeat customers year after year. Dan and his team were a pleasure to work with, painting the interior of my home. Everything was explained in detail with a walk-through to address issues requiring attention. His crew was punctual, courteous, down to business, and finished a day ahead of schedule. Dan communicated daily with me and all went as planned. Final cleanup looked as if they had never been here and Dan completed the project with another walk-through to assure I was satisfied. 100% recommend this company for your painting needs. Side note - We had previously used Dan's services 10+ years ago and his work ethic and quality of work made a lasting impression on me. Unfortunately I had misplaced his card and contact info. While recovering from surgery I had the opportunity to go through some old paperwork and thankfully came upon his prior proposal! The rest is history and his business card is tucked away in a safe place!!

The best service The best prices and the highest quality from start to finish ! I am a Realtor in Orange County , Calif. I met Danny several years ago when the painter I had hired never showed up. I had 1 week to get this home ready to go and on the market. Danny and his crew worked non stop over the July 4th weekend and did a perfect job ! Dan and Rigo did a fantastic job on painting our whole house! They were very professional, efficient and punctual. Painting the whole interior of your home is not the easiest task but Dan made sure that our family was able to function comfortably during this whole process. The previous homeowner’s paint job was a literal nightmare (just envision: roller and brush marks everywhere done with the cheapest paint possible with not the most even walls - I know I cringed too) and I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. They did a fantastic job, thank you gentlemen!!! If you’re looking for a painter I would not hesitate for one second to hire Dan and his crew!!!

The absolute best painter I have worked with! I am a Realtor and I could not find a painter that would even take the time to give me quote. Dan Madrid came to the property the next day, gave me an unbelievable price, worked over the 4th of July weekend and he beat the deadline promised. Dan Madrid hand rolled every wall and did hand cutting with brushes. This home was two stories with vaulted ceilings and there was not one drop of paint on the flooring or missed stroke of paint on the ceiling! Danny Madrid is one of those rare finds...a true professional and someone who exudes integrity. I sold the house in 48 hours and the fresh paint had everything to do with this successful event!

I hired Dan to complete a full re-paint on my rental unit. He did a great job! He was quick, efficient, and educated me on the process. I'd highly recommend Dan, as his price was the most competitive and the results were fantastic. Dan provided me with a schedule ahead of time and was able to complete the job as planned which worked out perfectly. You won't be disappointed by his work.

Had the outside of the house along with the inside done by Dan and was extremely happy and satisfied how it came out. Dan is definitely a professional in his job and completely trustworthy. Comentado: Please vote!! Which kitchen floor should I got with?Considering the fact that you have a small amount of square footage in your kitchen respectively. I would choose a light color that way it optically opens up your square footage. hope this is helpful
