From the beginning everything was smooth and really great. The work was completed in one day and we were happy. After everything dried and we started using the bathroom again after 5 days we noticed cracks, bumps and some messy corners. We contacted the company and were told we’d need to pay for more paint which I replied that wasn’t going to happen as I didn’t feel it was fair. I then said instead we can do a half refund and I’ll have another company come correct the work to which she relied she spoke to Jim and he’d have the areas corrected. The same worker was sent back to my house who does not speak English and he corrected some of the areas but as he was leaving and packed everything up he called to show me what he’d done and I noticed he didn’t fix any of the corners I asked and he missed to wall bumps. He fixed the crack but you can see where it has been fixed. I received a call from the office explaining these things and she said sorry about that and that’s that.
