CertaPro Painters Baltimore and Towson

CertaPro recently painted my family room, dining room, hallway, closets and doors. Once again, I couldn’t be more pleased. Wilmer and his team did an excellent job ! They arrived on time, worked throughout the day and did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. I have used CertaPro for the past 8 years and will continue to use them in the future.

I am very pleased with the exterior painting of our entire home. The crew was always on time and incredibly hardworking. The contract clearly outlined everything to be done and there was no guess-work. Excellent communication from the office staff. Dave explained the process and answered all my questions. I can feel proud of the street view of my home now!

It's no wonder that CertaPro never posted my comments on their website. I went with CertaPro because they promised to immediately replace rotted fascia boards that supported the back gutter on a time and material basis. A 2 man crew arrived the day after signing the contract and removed one rotted board and announced that they needed more people to remove the gutter and complete the job. They placed a temporary board in place and said they would replace the rest of the rotted fascia when they had a full painting crew at my house. I agreed. CertaPro delivered material for the repair to my house. The CertaPro Supervisor promised me 4 times that the work would be done the next day. It never happened. Once the painting was completed, the Supervisor told me that CertaPro would not complete the repair because they did not have insurance and said that CertaPro considered that the job was complete. I spoke to Leona who said the same thing. My only option was to pay another company (at a much higher price) to complete the job. I do not consider this matter closed. Despite the problems with the fascia, the CertaPro crew did a good job with the painting portion of the job. I give people considering CertaPro this advise: 1) Their contract wording is vague. Protect yourself by being specific in the wording of the contract. 2) Do not expect that assurances made by the Estimator but not detailed in the contract will be honored by CertaPro. 3) Despite assurances that there will always be an onsite Supervisor who will resolve issues, don't believe it. 4) The Supervisor is the only member of the crew that speaks English well enough for conversation. 5) Expect that YOU will be the onsite supervisor when the CertaPro Supervisor is absent.

Your painters were excellent and I would have them back again if we needed them for any other painting. Thanks!

I had the interior of my home painted and George, Anthony and Hector were excellent workers. They treated my home with the upmost respect. They were very courteous and very professional.

They provided interior painting of walls and ceilings for the first floor and second floor hall. They were on time, courteous and professional. Outstanding work!

Wallpaper removal and painting. Any multi day inside home improvement project is an inconvenience to homeowners, but Anthony and Mark were very respectful to us and our home. They were professional, honest an friendly. They stated that they enjoyed painting and did an excellent job. The wallpaper removal was not an easy task but they persevered without complaint and go the job done and for that we are most grateful. Really appreciated their caulking skills too.
