Black pearl has done it again ! This is the second time I have used this company. The first time I had my whole house painted before I moved in ,Mike was quick and efficient in his work. My husband and I were so happy that we hired them to paint our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. He has transformed out dated 90s home into a neutral contemporary space. Mike is professional, Efficient and reliable . We will be using him in the future for other painting projects .

We just spent the last 2 weeks working with Black Pearl. Mike and his team were awesome in all the work we needed. Black Pearl painted our whole house and stained all of our new decking. Him and Jose and their team where awesome to work with. We new exactly what was going to be done and the time frame. Also understanding mother nature kept hindering our outside project!

We were looking for someone to stain our new deck cover and rails. Of concern was the composite deck and trim. After reviewing several sites reviews I decided to ask Black Pearl for a quote. Mike was at our house in two hours. He explained the precautions he would take as well as the procedures his crews would follow. His quote was reasonable. That afternoon he had men on site and prepping the material. Despite his packed schedule he got a crew on site two days later to stain the cover. The amount of prep work paid off. My composite surfaces are stain free. They did a fantastic job around all the metal poles in the railing as well as all the hard to reach surfaces. I won't hesitate to use them in future projects that I am considering. Thanks Mike for class A job!

After reading several stellar online reviews for Black Pearl Custom Painting, I reached out to Mike for a staining estimate for my new deck. The deck was still under construction but far enough along that Mike was able to give me a quote, which was reasonable and within our budget. Anticipating the deck would be completed shortly, we agreed on a timeframe for staining. Unfortunately, there were several delays caused by the deck company, and I had to push back the staining timeline several times. Mike was wonderful throughout the whole process, reassuring me that he would do everything he could to work around my delays. Near the end of the deck construction, I had a personal deadline that was nearing (family visiting from out of town) but Mike still assured me he and his team would be able to complete the job. On the last day of deck construction, as the deck crew was packing up to leave, Mike and his crew showed up and started prepping. Aside from being incredibly flexible and extremely professional, Mike and his crew were amazingly efficient. I had expected the job to take two to three days but they were able to sand and stain my 400 sq ft deck and arbor in one day. The results are simply amazing…they transformed a plain deck into a thing of beauty. One of my main concerns going in was how they would work around my recessed hot tub and how careful they would be not to get excess stain on the house, concrete, hot tub, etc. I now realize I had no reason for concern. They protected my house and hot tub perfectly, just like Mike assured me they would. Throughout the entire process, Mike delivered as promised. He and his crew, in fact, far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to partner with Mike and his crew for any future painting or staining needs.

We just moved into our house and wanted the master bedroom and bath painted before our new bedroom furniture is delivered. Mike was able to come give me an estimate and have someone out to paint in the short time frame I gave him. He reviewed colors with me and made sure to check in again before ordering paint. He took extra time to walk through to give me an idea on what future projects will cost when we are ready. On painting day, he came out with his painter in the morning to make sure instructions were clear. We had a contrasting accent wall and archway and a lighter shade in the bathroom. The work is lovely. I will definitely hire him for future projects.

I called Mike and he came out for a free estimate. We needed our backyard fence re-stained. One side was brand new wood, but was stained unevenly by a family member, and the other 2 sides were faded. Mike made his suggestions to make the whole fence match and have even coverage. He gave me an estimate there then followed up with an email. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. We had other quotes that were cheaper, but I felt like he knew what he was doing and was more concerned about the outcome. He was able to schedule the job in a little over a week, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and we were very happy with the result.

Very professional service. I had my fence stained with Ready Seal Pecan. Mike not only advised me on the fence cleaning and staining process when he came out for the free estimate, but really listened to what I expected as a customer.
