From the very first phone call made to OHI, we found a caring and committed partner. Cheryl was a warm and welcoming voice ...followed by a call from John in a short amount of time. He set an appointment to meet us and see what our needs might be. We needed to replace all our hardwood floors ....then moved on to replacements of our countertops..once we started the list seemed to grow and other items were added into the mix....Izabella was the talented designer who worked with us with a knowledgeable eye for color and sensibility....it was such a positive experience....our project manager was Jeff....he was so knowledgable and could figure out any tasks needed....we cannot sing the praises of this company enough! All workmen were scheduled through OHI --- everyone arrived as promised at an appointed time....the high quality workmanship was exceptional ......our selections were always considered within the budget we had set ....we never considered looking for another company once we met John and his talented "family"......we have already passed OHI on to several others knowing they will have the same positive experience we did.....OHI's attention to detail is unparalleled ......Lucky us!!!!!! OHI did a fantastic job on my kitchen. It turned out above and beyond my expectations. It was really great working with their team of professionals. Sarah was my design expert, and we worked together choosing everything from the cabinets, plumbing fixtures, wall tiles, and everything else. It was a very enjoyable experience. Jeff Kolota was my project manager, and he did a great job of coordinating. Every day when workers were done, he would call and let me know who was coming the next day, and what time they would arrive. All of their tradesmen were very professional, and did a very good job of cleaning up every day that they completed their job. All work was completed in the time frame I was given. I would highly recommend them for any of your home projects.

Our experience with the team at OHi was fantastic! They provided a level of professionalism that is rare in today's Home Improvement contractor world. Their Design team (Teri and Tammy) spent time with us to understand our tastes and requirements - then put together a beautiful plan that we were able to flesh out with countertops, tile and fixtures chosen directly from their showroom. Their project team, led by Project Manager Jeff and our primary Craftsmen Tom and Chris, started the very complex project when promised and completed it in 7 weeks. They were a very pro-active team and continuously identified ways to improve the project - going above and beyond our expectations. We came in on-time and on-budget! Highly recommended!

The entire OHi team was wonderful - professional, prompt, quality workmanship. Ben, the project manager ,checked progress daily and paid close attention to every detail. He was so very helpful! Tammy, our rep./designer, was outstanding. All her suggestions were right on target with what we envisioned and she was very patient while we sorted through decisions to be made. The wall color paint she suggested coordinated beautifully with the new counter tops and back splash. Our kitchen looks great!

OHi gutted and rebuilt the bathroom in my downtown Chicago condominium. They were attentive to my needs and delightful professionals to work with. They transformed a dark and dreary room into a bright, modern fabulous space. The tile work is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

An excellent remodeling experience with OHI. Worked with Kim and John to design our Powder Room, Foyer, and Kitchen remodel and from start to finish everything was very professional. We liked the fact that they either used their own employees or contractors they have been working with for years to get the job done. Especially liked having a dedicated project manager (Ben) that oversaw all the scheduling. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail showed in every aspect of their work, as if they were remodeling their own home and wanted to be proud of the job. I recommend them without hesitation.

Working with Tammy at OHI was such a great experience. She helped me pick out our new counter tops and back splash for our newly designed kitchen. I came into OHI with no idea what to do and she was there to help out. She came to my house to make sure everything we picked out was the perfect match. I loved working with OHI so much they are back at my house redesigning our next project.

After a beautiful kitchen remodel using OHI Remodeling, I contacted them again to remodel my bathroom. I could not be happier. Teri, my designer knew what I liked and helped me make every decision. Jeff Kolota, my project manager was with me every step of the way. He called me every night to let me know who was coming to the house the next day and what time they would be there. And he was constantly checking on the work that was done. The workmen cleaned up every day and let the job site as clean as possible during the renovation. Ray is fantastic, he is a very talented tradesman. I would not hesitate to recommend OHI Remodeling to anyone considering remodeling their home.

I worked with Tammy from OHi on our kitchen remodel and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Tammy was great and so helpful through the entire process. I was a bit anxious about all the decisions going into the remodel, but Tammy made it easy and was amazing walking me through everything. OHI just completed my master bathroom and are working on my main bath. Everything has been wonderful. They help you from beginning to end, they have great design ideas and helped me bring my vision to life. Even though my spaces are small, they treated them like they would a mansion. Where most want to charge and charge OHI actually was the voice of reason for what was called my “champagne taste”. I will continue using them for each project I have.
