Since 1985 Boldfort have specialised in the alteration and refurbishment of family homes in the centre of London. We are main contractors and project managers that are dedicated to realising the visions of our clients. All of our projects are managed by our highly experienced and invested team of Directors who have been overseeing high-specification residential refurbishment projects for over 30-years. Uniquely our pre-construction Cost Management and Quantity Surveying services are provided by the same Directors who deliver our projects – offering the ultimate in accountability when assessing project feasibility. Our wealth of experience enables us to be flexible, calling upon past experience and expertise to deliver high quality services. We know that no two jobs are the same, so we will work with you to ensure we are meeting your individual requirements. During our time in business we have prided ourselves on remaining current, innovative and client focused. All professional services are overseen by a Director who is also a RICS Chartered Surveyor and CIOB Chartered Construction Manager.
