Excellent, professional service!!! Repair was done quick and clean. Andrew did a very good job. I use Centennial service for many different projects and they always achieved and exceeded my expectations.

Renovations finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Very professional and courteous workers at all stages of the project. Chris was exceptionally handy and went above and beyond to make the job right! Will definitely use Centennial's services again in the future

The tech Brody was great to work with and he was great at keeping us posted on details. Whitney was great for design ideas and getting the design done. Kaylee helped get it over the finish line with Whitney going on may leave. Everyone was reasonably prompt in keeping us up to date on the project and the timelines.

I had a tub exchanged for 3 piece shower with glass doors. I live in an apartment so access and space to work is not great but the workers made it work with no inconvenience to me or my neighbors. The workers, showroom and office staff, were all professional and pleasant. The workers were on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Special thankyou to Andrew for his dedication and great work. The unit was put in almost a year ago and I am extremely happy with it.

We were very pleased with our bathroom renovation, completed earlier this year. We would especially like to commend and thank Derrick Gramson, for his exceptional work on this project. Derrick arrived very promptly each morning, working ceaselessly (not even breaking for lunch!) and quietly in the background, unless we had questions for him, which he answered politely and in a friendly manner. He completed the task in fewer hours than had been estimated, and arranged other Centennial staff (electrician, plumber, tub surround installer) in an efficient manner; so that the entire process was completed without our need to arrange these steps, ourselves. Derrick was unfailingly hardworking, polite and efficient, and was a pleasure to have in our home.

The renovations done to our home by Centennial 360 were excellent. The staff was professional and courteous and were always ready to answer any inquiries we had. We combined two bedrooms to make a larger master bedroom and bath and a custom closet. We are thrilled with the results and would recommend Centennial 360 to our friends and relatives.

Complete kitchen reno. The workers were always on time, willing to accommodate my schedule, friendly, and knew their jobs like the back of their hand. The project took around 6 weeks but the crew worked in such a way that we were only without a kitchen sink for a couple of days. At the beginning of the project the carpenter offered some suggestions which were brilliant and made our project look even better than what we had originally planned.

Had a drainage problem with my mobile home. Called Centennial and arranged an appointment for the following day between 1 & 4. He arrived at 6:30 and proceeded to check the system. Must admit was good with the equipment and was very amiable. Discovered a problem with the drain ( a snake was broken off in it) However, that was not the drain problem. The problem was in the drain to the main and I told him that. He decided that everything should be left as is until it drains totally (approx 2 weeks) then he could snake it out. Toilet was put back on with old wax seal pending his return in 2 weeks. Then I received a call indicating they can do nothing for me and charged me $476. I went under the trailer, opened the drain and snaked it out in 15 minutes and now have a totally functional bathroom other than toilet as I have to go get a new wax seal. Backup problem solved by a 71 year old who walks with a cane. Would not recommend them for plumbing problems.

Shannon was great to work with for my basement bathroom project. The products Centennial carries are far superior in quality to any others I've seen. We used a combination of fixtures, some that I purchased through Centennial and some that I've accumulated over time. Communication with Shannon was beyond my expectations, and the installers were very professional and friendly. I have no hesitation recommending them to others and will use them again for future projects.
