I'm so pleased to review AD Blinds. When I first walked into the Blue Bell showroom and met Laura in 2018, I knew instantly that I was in good hands. I'm so glad that I chose to work with her, as she and her team are not only consummate professionals, but also personable and down to earth. Their knowledge of the Hunter Douglas products as well as their innate sense of style and good taste made my choice easy! I felt comfortable that they wanted to get to know me and understand my vision. After enduring a very extensive and weary year-long remodel, it was finally time to enjoy our "new" home. Laura's ability to really hear me and understand my window treatment needs was refreshing! It was a pleasure to look through all the many gorgeous fabric choices and to settle on the perfect treatments. I had full confidence from beginning to end that the finished product would not only be beautiful, but functional and enduring. My review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Dan, who knows absolutely everything about the HD products, installation and care. He is always prompt and courteous when he stops by to service our automatic window treatments, and he's extremely personably and friendly! Laura and Dan are the dynamic duo of the window treatment industry and their staff go above and beyond to ensure that one's project goes smoothly! Inspiration Kitchen and Bath

Very happy with each and every client we refer for window treatments to Laura and the entire AD Window Treatments team. Since we do not do window treatments directly with our clients/projects, it is a perfect scenario to work with you on our projects. My husband and I purchased our new home in October 2019 and needed new window treatments. I found Ambiance Design through Google and couldn’t be happier with my choice. I left a message with the company and Bryan called me the next day. We scheduled a walk through for the project for the following week. During our initial meeting, he presented design books and ideas based on my desired look, “modern, but simple and classic.” He immediately understood what I wanted and also suggested two contractors to address my flooring and painting needs. Bryan also suggested wallpaper, something I just didn’t think about. As he said, it’s not like the “old wallpaper you think of from your grandma’s house. It’s better.” He was right!! The wallpaper totally transformed my dining room. Austin did an excellent job installing my Roman shades in my living room and dining room; tiered shades in the family room, and kitchen; and functional shades in my laundry room and half bath. Throughout the entire design process, Bryan and the entire Ambiance Design team provided me with exceptional service. All of the workers were on time and explained how to operate the shades properly. They protected my furniture and cleaned up when they were done. Nothing was left behind and Bryan stopped by each day to make sure things were going smoothly. My project was completed in 4 weeks, this included the time it took to order the shades and wallpaper, and complete the installation of both, which was great. The project wasn’t cheap but well worth every penny we spent to turn our new house into a home! I would definitely recommend Ambiance Design for your window treatments and wall coverings.

This year, I needed to replace all of my original blinds in the house, after I was to have all new windows installed. From the beginning to the end of the project, I received absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional help and service! From the selection of the design, carefully taking the measurements, consideration of the practicalities my house required, and attention to all details, the experience was extremely smooth and easy. Installation was accomplished promptly and expertly. This family-run firm is exceptional! They worked with my timetable, even though there was a hold-up with my windows being installed, and the blinds had to be held by the Ambiance warehouse for some time. Absolutely everyone I dealt with was exceptional, and I LOVE the end result! I was just so impressed by their service and offer of follow-up care. I can heartily recommend this firm to anyone who has a future window covering project!

Clearly they do this because they are the best. They responded to my service request very quickly. Austin was very professional when he came to the house - he even wore booties before coming in! And the price is very reasonable. Can't say enough about this group!

I used them today, May 31, 2019. Their customer service is unparalleled. I brought in my broken blind, and they evaluated it. They had the part in stock (for a 21 year old blind)! They fixed it right away. While there, they answered all of my questions about new blinds, their features and benefits. I will definitely use them when we redo our blinds.

Everything about this company and every staff person is top notch, professional, caring, kind and their knowledge is superior along with their sense of humor. They take time to get to know you and what you are looking for and will help guide you towards making your decision. When i would ask for their opinion of fabric i was choosing for a valence and the blinds, it helped me to make up my mind. Laura has a great eye for design and what would look well and why. Austin was a pleasure to have come and install the blind and valence and does a perfect job and is very skilled at what he does. This was the second time we used Ambiance. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again. They make shopping for blinds enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks to all of you!!

After working with your mom on the rest of her house and learning how particular she is, i was worried that she would not be happy with our choices. I was THRILLED when you shared how happy she is and is glad that her problems have been solved. Sliders can be tricky and the finished product looks great.
