They remodeled the kitchen and bath at our small ranch house and also repainted inside and out. We had a short deadline and they were able to get the job done on time. Work product is good and we are very pleased. They are also very easy to work with and try hard to do things right.

Outstanding service, quality workmanship, responsive communications, and professional and thoughtful workers. Work was completed in timely fashion. Cost for the level of excellence was very reasonable. We will have them back for our bathrooms next.

We are very pleased with the work Mark and his crew did on remodeling our guest bathroom. Our home was previously owned by an excellent interior designer, so we needed to keep with a consistent level of finishes on this project, while still allowing for some transition to a more up-to-date look. We replaced the tub with a walk-in shower, and a larger vanity for counter-top storage. What do I like best about the project? We love the lighted mirror/medicine cabinet! It even has some sort of heating device in it so it doesn't fog up when taking a shower. The shower door has a vertical squeegee so every time it is opened, it wipes down the door - saves on cleaning. What would I do differently? I would have replaced the floor tile as well - we kept it to keep a smooth transition to the hallway. Mark and his crew were always very polite and kept us informed. I will definitely use them again.

I started out with a lot of repairs both inside and out, a lot of interior wishes and a very firm budget. Mark walked me through every step and advised on how much I could spend in each area, even adjusting when I went a bit over on my dream stove. His team was so nice and talented and reliable. Every room in the house was touched and his team was very thoughtful about scheduling the different rooms so we could still live in the house during construction. I 100% recommend these guys! We chose BKB for a complete bathroom remodel in January 2019. The owner, Mark Burns, listened carefully to our vision of the remodel and worked with us to meet our budget. He met us at his preferred tile, granite and plumbing suppliers and helped us coordinate everything, again staying within budget. His project coordinators Michael and Diego offered suggestions and kept things running smoothly. One glitch was the proper slope of the shower floor, but Mark had his tiler do it three times until it was correct. BKB is very concerned that they do things right and to your satisfaction. Recently (Nov 2019) we called Mark to see if he could convert the laundry cabinet door from pull-out to swing open. Michael came to the house twice with ideas how to do that and it is working perfectly now--and at no charge! Mark and Michael are quick to respond via text or phone call and all workers were courteous and considerate of our home. We would 100% recommend them..

Boerne Kitchens and Baths has just finished a remodeling project of our kitchen and master bathroom - new granite, new paint and hardware and a few other odd projects. We are very pleased. Mark was always upfront as to when he would arrive, how many workers I could expect. Since the completion of project, any minor repairs were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend Mark Burns and his company. He totally was in charge of the project and took over all responsibility.. from tile selection, light fixtures, electrical needs, counter surfaces & paint color. He helped in all my selections & did the foot work for me.

Boerne Kitchens & Baths did a tremendous job on our master bathroom. Their estimate was in line with others, and spot-on by the end of the job. They communicated clearly throughout the project, met their deadlines and kept a clean workspace. Mark has a good eye for design and details of the project. I've had several projects with other companies in the past, and I can say that Boerne Kitchens & Baths exceeded our expectations. I've since hired him for another project, this time in the kitchen. For the bathroom, we had a full demo. He redesigned the shower and vanity areas, and built a wall cabinet for additional storage. We had new granite and all new tile. The workmanship was very good, and as I mentioned he has a good eye for design and current styles, so was able to direct me when I was unsure. I am thrilled with the result and just love my new bathroom.

Mark and his team did a significant renovation of my house and its out buildings (e.g., pool house), including kitchens, bathrooms, painting, external siding, lighting, stairs/railings, fixtures, drywall work, electrical changes, flooring, and more. When we encountered issues or I asked for changes, I was provided with all the information, including the price, up front to help me make those decisions. Even before we hired him, Mark offered various product and design recommendations that were thoughtful and innovative. Mark's crew, especially Michael, was respectful of our home and of our schedule. The crew was pleasant and professional and kept us informed of every step in the process. We had given Mark a non-negotiable deadline to complete the project because of previously planned visits to our home by friends and family, and Mark and crew met that deadline despite some unexpected complications in the remodeling process. We would highly recommend Mark and company for any remodeling project, and will definitely call on him again should we have more projects.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He had great ideas and was very knowledgeable about the look I was trying to achieve going from dark stained kitchen and bath cabinets to painted cabinetry. Joe and his crew were on-time and very conscience about cleaning up and leaving each day with a functioning kitchen. The job was completed when Joe said it would be. I needed my kitchen sink replaced. It was mounted under a granite countertop, so it wasn't going to be a simple sink swap. The granite cut out was unique size and I could find no replacement sink that would match it. I sought out Boerne Kitchens and Bath to help me figure out how to proceed. We felt like our taste were meticulous and Mark and his professionals from management, design, tear-out, to finishing touches were on point with beautiful finishes as we agreed. Mark Burns from Boerne Kitchens and Baths was amazing to work with. He was incredibly professional and Bobby, one of his associates, did a fantastic job installing a ventilation hood and gas cooktop. The job required a significant amount of modifications to the cabinets, wall, backsplash, granite countertop, paint matching, electrical work, etc. Mark and his contractors pay great attention to detail and completed the job for a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. Mark was very accommodating in meeting me after work to review the plans and discuss details. I have already recommended them to some close friends of mine and would love to have them handle my next remodeling job.

We are thrilled with our new guest bath. We had Boerne Kitchens & Baths tear out the existing bathroom, remove a window to the hot water heater closet (!), move an inconveniently located attic access, and build a beautiful functional space. Mark made the process of choosing fittings easy, with several excellent observations, and Bobby was a super supervisor, always available when we had a question. When our 1926 home threw out a few surprises, Mark and Bobby worked through everything to a satisfactory result. We recommend Boerne Kitchens & Baths wholeheartedly.

My wife and I hired BKB for a small kitchen renovation project in our newly purchased home. Mark was very courteous and professional throughout the week long project. The reason for the low rating is a few issues we encountered with this project. One of the workers blighted the top of our ceramic stove top. We brought this up to Mark and he only discounted the project and didn't replace the stove top. We felt since it was severely scratched up, it should have been completely replaced. The project compensation wasn't enough to cover the cost of a replacement. We also noticed for the areas they had to do some drywall work and repaint, there is still a yellow tint from the plaster and we are going to have repaint the entire area. While Mark was professional and courteous, we do not recommend BKB and will not hire them for future projects.

Even though it took longer than expected the results of our small Helotes bathroom came out great. The pocket door gave us tons of space and there is no more getting hit in "back-side" by the door when I wife comes in and I am brushing my teeth. Going to take a break from remodeling but when get enough confidence again he will be on our short list.

Our master bath has been transformed from a dated disaster to a spa-like retreat. Mark took our vision and added his design elements and expertise. We now have a full ADA shower with bench, double sink vanity, linen closet and storage access. Added ADA doors and assist bars keep us ready to meet future needs. Mark's crew and specialists met all challenges encountered with skill and attention to detail. We are 100% satisfied with the results.

We were very happy with the final result of our kitchen remodel. When we hired Mark to do the work, we were instantly impressed by his ability to listen to our requests, but also to offer suggestions on design elements that we weren't sure about. Mark did a great job selecting dedicated leads on our project (James & Adam) who were very reliable and did a nice job keeping us in the loop on what to expect throughout the project. The project did take longer than expected, but we are extremely happy with the results!

Mark Burns and his crew took on the challenge of remodeling my bathroom in a rock house built in the late 1940's. Under the old tile were solid rock walls. The challenge of leveling and tiling the new walk in shower was a big deal. Mark's crew were great to work with. They were respectful. cleaned up after themselves and made changes as we all discovered as we came to them. Mark was very helpful in design decisions. I got a new bathroom that fit my old rock house. I am very happy with the result. Mark was great to work with.

We recently had our 22 year old kitchen updated by Mark Burns of Boerne Kitchens and Baths. We found Mark and his crew members very easy to work with. They were always on time if not a bit early which I really appreciated. From picking out fixtures to selecting paint colors, Mark was infinitely patient and used his expertise to guide me. There were several 'glitches' along the way which I am told is not uncommon with projects like this. Mark always had an acceptable solution and re-ordered or refinished until I was satisfied. The final cost did not exceed the estimate even though there were some project additions and I find that remarkable. We are happy with our 'new' kitchen and I would recommend Mark and his company to all including family and friends.

We had Boerne Kitchens and Baths change out our bathroom vanities in three bathrooms. The major work focused on replacing the vanity counters with granite, new sinks and faucets in the master bath, and mirrors in two bathrooms. Boerne Kitchens and Baths was very patient as we looked at many slabs of granite at three different granite yards. We ended up going with the granite Boerne Kitchens and Baths thought would be a good choice before we started looking. Boerne Kitchens and Baths was very flexible in working with our schedule and handling the "little things" that usually happen during a remodeling project. The work crew always arrived on time and were very attentive in making sure we were satisfied with the job.

Replaced all exterior siding on my home, painted, caulked etc. Built a pergola on the back porch as well as extending the porch concrete by three feet. Built a cedar post/hog wire fence around my backyard with 3 gates that everyone compliments when they see it. I invest in real estate and my expectations are high when it comes to this kind of work, Mark and his crew go over and beyond giving a great product. He even replaced my mailbox and painted it because the previous one took away from the new look of the house.... this was done with out me even asking. Mark will continue to get my business as I have other projects to complete at my home.

Boerne Kitchen and Bath will be the only remodeling company that I work with in the Boerne area. Mark, Alan and Greg are wonderful at what they do. We just purchased a home and the kitchen was very dated. They replaced the upper cabinets with new ones, replaced dated tile counter tops and back splash with granite and subway tile, painted all the lower cabinets and built an amazing vent hood out of reclaimed wood (I purchased the wood from Kathy at Pieces of the Past in Johnson City). They always kept me informed of what they would be working on each day as well as any "issue" that I needed to know about. Alan is very talented and always had great ideas on finishing touches. Mark Burns always responded to any email, phone call or text from me very quickly. I cant wait for my future bathroom redo... I will be using Boerne Kitchen and Bath!

Very prompt and thorough in their work. They are very respectful of the customers' time and concerns. Always cleaned up after they finished a task and are flexible to change work, without much added costs. We requested a painting style that they were not familiar with and their crew actually learned how to create that finish that we desired. It did not bother them to work during the holiday season, which is usually like pulling teeth. Pleasant experience and will use them again when needed. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We needed some updating to our Master bath, kitchen, and utility room in our 22 year old house. All work was completed professionally, timely, and of good quality. We had Mark remodel our bath and transform it from a hideous children's color theme into an elegant guest bath. The work was done with great pride and care and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Great work. I have had these windows painted twice and this was the very best. Bad spots patched and crack filled with finish that looked like a new window. Very good suggestion to add an angle board strip to window bottom to aid water run off. Also, work was done in a timely fashion. Crew showed up as scheduled and completed work ahead of schedule

We have used Mark for quite a few projects in the last year and a half. He was able to fix the mistakes another company had made in our master bath. They remodeled our master bedroom, re-did our ceilings in the living room and entryway with wood, crown molding, painting, tile work, texturing, etc. He just finshed a pantry project for us and hope to start a few new projects shortly.
